They are the only pediatrician in Smyrna which is great; however, they NEVER pick up the phone. The phone rings forever and when they finally do answer, they ask you to hold. They have extended hours which is nice; however, you are stuck waiting forever, entirely way to long. As far as the service it’s ok, not too bad but I had better. I’m in the process of looking for a new Dr for my kids. My daughter continued to get ear infections and they put her on a antibiotics every time. I got tired of it and took her to A.I, they immediately Schedule her for tubes. I can’t hade the long waits and phone ringing, they have a sign up that’s says to just come in if you can’t get through. That is extremely inconvenience when you just have a question. I will be switching my kids to another Dr.

Appreciate all of the hard working staff and Doctors. They are very accommodating especially with extended hours for the working people. I have been a patient for 13 years and my daughter is as well for the past 14 years. Its nice to see friendly people and when you need a good doctor the are close by. Think of it this way all good doctors are busy. Extra questions often come up in the doctors office. So please remember they could be seeing a very sick person and they needed to spend a little extra time answering questions. I have not had any issues with doctors being delayed an hour only waiting 20 minutes or even 45 is plenty reasonable. I am very happy with my care over the years and will continue to refer friends and family. Thank you!!

Do not go here. After 14 years we are switching today. It has been a painful 14 years but they are the only pediatrics in Smyrna so we were stuck by convenience. They never pick up their phone or it rings busy for hours. Be prepared to wait on average 45 minutes to see the doctor. They say they open at 8am but they dont start picking up their phone until 9am (if they remember). We were told to give them some time to settle in. We usually end up driving in because they have to talk to you if you are face to face. After them giving my daughter the wrong shot, me getting whooping cough from one of the sick kids in the waiting room and today I have been trying to schedule an apt all morning and still cant get through. We are making the switch today. I called a doctor in Dover & someone answered on the 1st try and made us an apt right away. Good bye Smyrna Medical! It hasnt been fun!

My entire family have been patients there for over 20 years . It used to be a great place with great staff not so much anymore. The staff is VERY rude you cant get in when you are sick, they are real quick to tell you to go to a walk in clinic, that is if they even answer the phone! Dont bother leaving a message because they wont return it! You walk in and the window is covered in notices they dont greet you and you have to sign in even if you have a question or they wont help you!! I complained multiple times and the office manager acted shocked that I was offered a sick appointment a week from the day I called and was told well guess you will have to go to a walk in! Not once but twice and yet nothing was done! If you do get an appointment expect to be there at least 2 hours but if you are 15 minutes late you have to reschedule no exceptions! I am currently in the process of finding a new doctor!! I love Dr.Rosal and hes been good to my family but Im DONE!!! It saddens me that he has allowed his staff to run that place into the ground like they have!!! It pains me to write such a horrible review but the incredibly rude staff is to thank for this!

I will give them three stars because they are great once you finally get to see them. They would get more if the wait times werent so ling and if it didnt take three days and a bunch of phone calls to get prescription refills.

Absolutely love this practice and Doctors since they opened for business. I live in Lewes so coming up to see Dr. Rosal is always a pleasure even when Im sick. Top Doc!!!

DO NOT COME HERE. Front desk staffs are rude and loosing documents. We tried to get their service, had documents submitted to them for approval of the doctor, took 3 months, alot of calls and the front desk staff told us our documents were not there, obviously, someone screwed up and lost it, yet I still asked what happend to our documents if it gotten lost, and the staff answered us rudely that maybe the doctor threw it and rejected us for patients.

Though they do run late on Apts they are are very caring and skillful staff. my whole family go there so I know all of the doctors.

The pediatric doctor is very nice but trying to get through on the phone is ridiculous. I get frustrated and just go to the walk in.

I have been taking my 3 kids there since they were born. I have always had a positive experience and they are a carring group!

Dr. Rosal himself is great however Ive been calling for 3 days an I get out on hold for over 10 minutes apiece 38th no one picking back up to schedule appt. Hire more staff to handle work load, or hire someone that wants to do the job.

My appointment was at 9am and at 10 I still wasnt seen. Somebody walked in with no appointment and got seen before me. Every time I come its at least an hour wait time. Its crazy.

This office is TERRIBLE. The staff is rude, unhelpful, does not return sick calls (2 experiences), does not timely transfer records (over a month when we finally tried to transfer), and you can anticipate at least a one hour wait. One time we visited and the waiting room (for a 9 am appointment) was DISGUSTING. My 2 year old was finding all kinds of food, etc. and the staff explained our cleaning person quit, LAST WEEK. (PICK UP A BROOM? TAKE OUT THE TRASH?) The worst part is that the physicians are clearly knowledgeable and have a fair rapport with children. However, the terrible experiences I have had with the office as a whole make me loathe to ever recommend this pediatricians office.

They have a great peadeatric department and a great adult department

The doctors are great, but the wait times are ridiculous, you wait in the waiting room close to an hour and once your called back you wait close to another hour for the doctor to come in for 5 mins and your done, we transferred to this office because our old doctor was too far, thinking about switching back because the drive would be better then waiting a total of 2 hours just to be seen for 5 minutes

Great doctors but reception and scheduling is terrible
