I would hate to give them one star because I really loved my doctors there, but Northwell has this revolving door problem where they cant keep their doctors in one office for too long. Having to change my GYN for the third time now in three years is just insane to me and its also unfair and just really inexplicable to me. I would get very comfortable with the doctor and then they would tell me that the doctor was leaving the practice last minute. Its sad. And to top it off the waiting time to see the doctor can be an eternity. They need to do better.

Excellent doctors. Ive used them through multiple pregnancies. HOWEVER with excellent doctors we need excellent staff to support them. Whenever I was had an issue when pregnant it would take a nurse end of day and sometimes never to get a call back. Once I finally received a call back but I had already taken myself to the ER. I get blood work and cant even get a call back with the results. The results can tell me if I can no longer have children. Pretty important right? Well not to them. I waited and waited. No call back. Now its Fri and Ill have to wait until Monday. Sad to say after having two children Ill be leaving the practice. I promise you. This is not the only bad encounter with staff. Another the nurse told me I was being dramatic and I need to stop using Google to research things. Ends up I was right. I had a major health issue during my pregnancy that could have caused stillbirth. Pretty important right? No woman deserves her concerns to be discounted. There have been many instances dealing with staff. Ive made formal complaints. Especially the one time the nurse ripped a hole in her glove so she could feel my vein. So are gloves worn only to protect the nurses? I only stayed for the doctors but now its enough. Good luck ladies.
