I have been going to Dr Willis for more than 15 years. I switched to him after my dentist moved his practice. He has been my wifes family dentist since she was a child. Everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating. Ive never had any issues making/changing an appointment, no problems with insurance, etc. I would like to say something about their waiting room, but the fact is j havent spent much time in it! They are very punctual with the their appointments (which I appreciate); I dont think I have ever waited more than a minute or two.

A credit to their profession, Friendly, Flexible. Caring. What more could you want from a dental practice? Ive been seeing Dr. Willis for several years now. Both he and his staff are great at explaining both the good and the bad in what they find when youre in their care. What I think I like the most is their friendliness and their approach to doing whatever it take to put me at ease.

As a newer patient of Dr. Kauffman, I couldnt be happier with my change. The appointment schedule is very convenient for my work schedule and the level of service provided is fantastic. Ive left every time knowing I received top notch treatment and actually enjoyed my dentist visit. I highly recommend choosing this office for your family dentistry!

Fantastic office. Clean, professional and utterly impressive staff. The chairs are like Lazy Boys. I nearly fell asleep in it. No joke. Then the view from their 10th floor office is worthy of a Rockwell painting. You can get your teeth cleaned while staring at the gorgeous Chicago skyline. This place could be a tourist photo op. The dentists provide efficient and superior work as they explain what is going on in your mouth in a way that you can actually understand. I finally know why I have been brushing wrong...for...my entire life. Id highly recommend this office to anyone. Great job!

Ashley Kauffman is amazing. Great bedside manner and first dentist to finally solve my bad breadth issues. In a world where dentistry has become too much of a business, Ashley is an exception. She treats patients with a caring and sensitive attitude, and doesnt shy away from taking extra time to answer your questions. Ashley is truly a family focused dentist, and I highly recommend her.

Excellent service for 13 years now. Cant imagine you could find better general dentists or a better practice. Mary, the office manager, does a great job keeping the office running smoothly.

Ive been a patient with Dr. Kauffman for one year. She is very kind and thorough, with excellent bedside manners. Office is clean with what looks like the latest technology. Scheduling appointments is also easy, evening times and Saturday availability are very convenient with my work schedule.

Dr. Abt has been our family dentist for at least 20 years. He is a professor of dentistry, continues to study academic dentistry, while still maintaining a large practice.I trust Dr. Abt and have referred may friends to him over the years.

Dr Abt, Dr. Kauffman and their team of professionals messed up my bites and dental health with the two crowns they put in. When the crowns were obvious mis-fitted, they kept taking away the surfaces of the opposite teeth and teeth on other side of my mouths to adjust the bites. All properly trained dentists would know this is not the way to fix the problems of ill-fitted crown. They should re-do the crowns and stand by their work. This practice did not. Not only did it cause me over 6 months of pain now. I have to get costly 24-hour guard to get the my problems fixed now.

Very professional, friendly, and makes going to dentist an enjoyable experience not one to dread.
