Today I had a had a bad experience at this clinic. I wrote to Dr. Shepard my concern where I said Hi Dr. Shepard... I was at you office in time at 11:30 AM today 07/08/2021. The front desk lady said that my Meridian Medicaid is inactive. My husband called the insurance for me & they assured to him that it is active since 07/01/2021. I also called a friend who has access to the insurance system. She was confirming to the front desk lady that it is active since 07/01/2021. The front desk lady did not want to cooperate or check again in the system. She told me either you pay for your visit or you need to reschedule when my insurance becomes active again. I live in Roselle & that is around 45 - 50 minutes drive & I have to leave my 3 years baby with his siblings to come to this visit. The front desk lady was extremely rude & not cooperative. She did not want to check the insurance again in the system. And I had to leave the office. Im so upset & unhappy of this customer service.This is not the first time that I have a bad customer service in the office. When I brought my son before, she was rude also. When anyone steps in the office, she does not welcome the person and does not ask what he/she wants. The visitor needs to step in & mention his/her name to get her attention.For you own sake Dr, I wish that you would address this with your employees so that it will not happen again. As for me I will go to another doctor & frankly will give a bad review for the office.Bye.

I would highly recommend. They are a bit difficult to even get in touch with someone to make the appointments, but Dr. Claire Keneally and is wonderful and so are the staff!

Having my sleep study, diagnosis and ongoing treatment by Dr. Kenneally has been life changing.

They weren’t open to checking my blue cross blue shield ppo to see if the doctor was in network.When new patients call, it should be customary to check their insurance to see what is covered. Especially when someone has a PPO. This office will not do that for you. The office people are of no help.

Be prepared to WAIT. Each time I come here I wait 45-60 minutes to see a doctor. They rush you incredibly but the doctor seems knowledgeable. Just wish they would actually spend time with you.

The staff was professional and the facility was comfortable and clean. Dr. Friedman was very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly determine that what I had worried about for so long was nothing more than a cyst and of no consequence. I wish I would not have waited and worried for so long.
