Just to spare anyone from wasting their time, dont see Dr. Nuss. Yes, Im calling out names here because I care about others and that they dont go through more pain than theyre already in. She treated me like I was just another patient, her 9 to 5 job, she was closed minded, condescending, and snobby.I will say that all the receptionists are great and the nurse I saw was wonderful.

Worst clinic. Psychiatrist are rude and unhelpful, nurses will talk bad about you and act like it’s a problem to care for you, you will not get treated like a human here. the director will never return a call (been waiting about despite year for a call back) making it near impossible to switch providers. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else but here

Called to transfer care from avera and was told that before we could make an appointment our records would need to be reviewed to see if were a good fit for the clinic and that they would need to decide if they want to help us or not. clearly not a clinic that is in it for the patients and after reading the other reviews we wont be switching.

Patient 1st is not a concern here. You are just a number and a money maker. If you decide to go, set your expectations low. No empathy in a place that should have it. Expect to hear about their lives in your appointment because thats worth your $400.

Was happy with services until a nurse decided she didn’t believe me when setting up an appointment. She asked what school my child went to then proceeded to go through the school calander and ask me about every date that she saw open on it and acted very rudely when I repeatedly told her we were busy. Very unprofessional and now I feel like I can’t trust them if they don’t trust me. I was also driving over an hour one way for these services. Pretty disappointed in this experience.

I have been going to this clinic for years due to depression and bipolar. I cant imagine any other psychiatry professionals being as wonderful as they are at this Clinic! Dr Singh is a neuro psychiatrist and has a wealth of knowledge! He explains things so well and is very supportive! If I could give this Clinic 20 Stars it wouldnt be enough!

Great place to go to! We are treated very nicely and my son enjoys this place. They are very good with kids!

This place is a joke n a half. They give u a title n thats that. The director needs to come to the year we are in n not the 80s. Nurses love to put u under a category n tells the rest. Ill never go there again

They don’t care about their patients! This is supposed to be a mental health facility! They keep messing with medications and the director thinks it’s alright to kick patients out of the clinic because they ask to get the mental care that every person deserves! I do not recommend this clinic for anyone with a mental illness! The director is one of the meanest women I’ve ever met! She really does not care about the patients! A new director is needed ASAP!

Iv gotten the help Iv needed so far and I love my DR.

Went for 4 sessions and decided to discontinue because I was receiving no help. Bill ended up being $1000 dollars. Straight up scammed! I’d look at the pricing before you check out this place

I attempted to contact this clinic via email, citing suicidal thoughts. I was never contacted back because I am between jobs and I dont have insurance.
