I had an ER visit to Unity Point, and in my discharge paper it stated to follow up with Woodbury Medical Society. I tried contacting them multiple times. Phone would go to someones personal voice mail and Woodbury. I left many messages asking them to contact me ASAP. its now been 7 days and I still nobody has returned my phone calls. Its a good thing I didnt need urgent follow up Ive just been here in pain waiting for them to contact me.
