I come quite often and have for around a year. They do great on my nails every time and always do what I want perfectly! Everyone is friendly and super nice. I recommend to everyone!

Poor customer service. Was told to sit in a chair and sat there being ignored while that walked in after I’d be sitting there for 10 minutes were helped before me.

Ive been a pedicure regular here for years and recently started looking to them for acrylic nail services. My first experience was amazing and I was excited to go back. When I went this morning, I showed her the design and she said it would be no problem! One of the nails featured a dripping slime look for halloween. She tried it and I was unhappy. It looked messy and more like lines with dots on the end. They even mixed shades of greens. I told her that it was okay immediately and that we could replace it with green gems. She decided to drag someone else over instead, who swore she could achieve the look. This woman also attempted the design multiple times...none of which looked nice or professional in the end. I told her that I would rather just do the gems, like I suggested before. I wanted to save everyone time! She proceeded to storm away in a huff. The original tech came back and gave me the gems then told me she was going to do a gel top coat for extra cost, even though I had requested regular polish up to this point, because I do not do well with gel. She got upset and told me to sit only 3 minutes under the dryer then leave, even though my nails were still wet. I was super upset. Ladies go here to feel beautiful and the fact that they wanted to make me feel bad for disliking a design that I was totally reasonable with changing, upsets me. I didnt want to go home and repaint my nails immediately. That would defeat the whole point! I wish they would have been upfront and honest with their abilities instead. It couldve saved a lot of frustration. I think that next time I will go elsewhere.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I’ve been to many nail salons in the area but this one is by far my favorite. Walking in I was greeted and attended to quickly, the technician took her time and was very nice about me asking to refile some nails. The price was great and I was very pleased with my service. I even got cuticle oil and lotion on my hands whereas some other nail salons in the area would just leave my hands dry. I loved it here and will be back for sure!

They messed up my nails and made me pay full price without fixing them.

When I planned to come out to visit family in Sioux City, my 13 year old niece who has acrylics asked if I would take her to get her nails done while I was here. I had her make an appointment for a full set for her and a basic manicure for myself. I dont normally get my nails done, but thought itd be fun to do with my niece instead of just sitting and waiting for her. As far as my nieces experience goes, it was really great. Nicky did her nails and I would give her 5 stars if I could rate an individual. My experience was different. Right away I was pressured to do more expensive services that I didnt want by the person who greeted us. Then, I was immediately sat in the chair and the technician got started. I thought Id be asked what color polish I wanted when it was time. She started adding white paint I thought was a primer, and before I realized it and she was a ways in, I realized I was being given a french manicure that I didnt want or ask for and was charged more for it. I would have happily paid more to get what I really wanted. She did, however, do a nice job on the french manicure. I feel like if they dont make enough on the basic manicure then they should charge more or not offer them, but not trick people into something they dont want.

Decent enough service. Good pedi. But one of the gals said something in, I think, Chinese about a friend that was with me. The gal she said it to looked at my friend and laughed. How insulting!
