I made a reservation 2 days before for Mother’s Day. I called on the day because we couldn’t go at the appointment time and re-scheduled the appointment for the next day. The first time I made my appointment I said it was FOR 2 PEOPLE, and for the second time they did not ask me and I supposed that because it is they business and have written all the appointments I supposed they will schedule FOR 2 PEOPLE. The day we went they said it only was for 1 people. I told the lady I made the reservation for 2 people since the beginning and she told me if I remind them it is for 2. Like no ? How I am supposed to know I have to remind them ? And she did not even apologize, but at least my mom enjoyed the massage. Experts in that.

I scheduled a last minute massage for me and my mom. The lady on the phone was super kind and got me in the next day. We went to 1941-C woodruff Road Greenville SC 29607 which was confusing because it wasn’t the address online. We arrived early just in case this was the wrong address but they welcomed us in and started even though we were almost half an our early. The place was clean and beautiful. The aesthetic is really nice and there rooms were large. I went to the restroom before hand and was surprised to see all kinds of lotions, different soaps, and even hair brushes in the bathroom for customers to use! I thought it was an extra bonus that was considerate.During the massage both ladies were very considerate. She understood it was our first massage and asked questions before doing something. For example, I left on my bra and she explained the experience was better and easier without undergarments. Later she asked if I felt comfortable moving my underwear down so she could rub my lower back without getting oil on my clothing. She also made sure I wasn’t cold and went out of her way to get me extra layers. I had a great experience and my mom really enjoyed it too!Now, a lot of these comments complain about communication. I won’t lie, these ladies aren’t the best English speakers. They have thick accents and I had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times. However, by the third time I always understood what they were saying. You just have to keep an open mind and be considerate, these are human beings after all. I’m sure many of the rude reviews below couldn’t say a single word in these ladies’ native language and the fact that they are bilingual is incredible. Even with the communication struggles these ladies never got angry or disrespectful even though I felt terrible for asking them to repeat themselves. They are all very considerate and polite.I have recommended them to several of my friends and will continue to recommend them. I’m looking forward to my next visit! For the low price and excellent massage it is definitely worth it!

Went in for a 30 minute massage. Massage was horrible and was just plain out a waste of my time and money to put it nicely. Lady left out of room leaving me exposed naked on table several times. Pressured me mid massage to add on an oil which was $10 addl which should of been included also pressured me to tip her. Very unprofessional and just didn’t seem to know what she was doing at all. Massage was Not relaxing at all sadly. Will not return !!

First time experience. Loved the laid back environment and hospitality of the staff. I had Nina. She was very good, focused on some sore spots I had and gave me good pointers for what to do and expect from a deep tissue massage. Definitely coming back. Recommended.

Worst massage I have ever had. The environment is not friendly and the staff is not professional. No music played during the massage. Answered phone twice during the massage session. Left very disappointed. Waste of time and money. Do not recommend this place.

The lady that did my massage was very rough after I told her she was hurting me she continue to rub in the same spot that’s right RUB the whole hour I was there I pretty much got a rub down I don’t recommend this place and on top of that she didn’t inform me that the oil was 10 dollars worst massage ever please don’t waste your time

Ive been here three times now and everyone does a great job. As a Bartender working 6 nights a week currently, I consider this my one reprieve and I do a lot of research before choosing a massage therapist that also practices reflexology. This business is busy so dont be disgruntled if they answer the phone. My time has never been wasted and the calls are generally a minute or less. Great service with the amount of turnover here! Cant wait to come back.

This was the first time at this place! Nina did a great job! A different style than I have experienced but I am totally relaxed and my neck and back feel so much better after the hour long deep tissue massage and hot stones. I will definitely be back! Very close to home.

Im a big guy with chronic back pain and it is really difficult to find someone with the strength to work on me. Most places are typically closed on Sunday however, today this place just made a lifelong customer. I was treated promptly and professionally, my back feels a million times better and I was able to call and go right over. Pricing is pretty standard and well worth every penny. Highly recommend 🙂

They leave the room several times during the massage, are on their phone, and will leave the door open while you’re on the bench laying down. Very unprofessional. The massage was not well done whatsoever. Very painful. I felt like she didn’t know what she was doing.

Great overall massage but they will try to nickel and Dime you and you will end up paying for time you didnt want. Dont speak very good English and is hard to understand them so be cate because you may agree to something without realizing it.

2 of the 3 therapists are good but they all, leave the room or talk on the phone during your massage and then try to sell you more time and their English isnt that great. But the ladies are very polite at least.

This place is amazing. I have chronic back pain and nerve damage and this helps a lot. They are sweet and caring. I always tip them well because they don’t expect it. And it’s a much better deal than massage envy

Great experience!! I took my girlfriend this last Saturday for her Birthday. She felt relieved and in way better condition when we left. She struggles with constant back and neck pain due to stress and a cliff jumping accident. We had the 60 min. massage together in the couples room. Everything was provided for us. They made her birthday experience one to remember. We will definitely be going back to take advantage of the free upgrade for 90 min. massage.The restrooms both had all the amenities one would regularly have at home ( lotion, mouth wash, hair gel, blow dryer, comb, towels, etc.) We will be going back.

A little-known gem of a place, for Chinese-style massage therapy (they are Mandarin speakers). Very skilled therapist (Moko?) on both foot and body—she reminds me of the best ones back home with similar techniques. Great value for money.
