Been going here for roughly two years. I have to say this is the best dental office Ive ever been to.

Hands down my favorite dental suite. Wonderful and professional staff all around. Service is quick, information provided is detailed, contingencies were offered and most importantly almost none of the tests/cleaning hurt.Most of my dentists in the past have been sadistic but this office makes the process physically and emotionally painless!

My experience at at Park Dental office went great. I was called before the scheduled appointment date and was notified of needed information, parking, and location of the office. I was sent multiple notifications reminding me of the appointment and even a link to fill out my information (insurance, health history) from home to expedite the process of the appointment day. Upon arriving, the request for all patients to use the hand sanitizer and temperature taking made me feel at ease knowing that health protocol is being taken seriously. The dental assistant made quick work in getting my x-rays and was really helpful in making the process smoother. Dr. Park was really informative of what the procedure of the appointment was going to entail and was readily available to answer and questions or concerns I had. Great dental office!

My experiences with Park Dental are consistently excellent. I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Park since I moved to Silver Spring from Richmond VA in 2019. I have been a coward when it comes to dental treatments, but have overcome that thanks to the care and compassion of Dr. Park. I have had a root canal, fillings, a town and deep cleaning, all with minimal discomfort.The high standards are carried out as well by the staff. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Stephen Park and the entire staff are amazing. The personal care that you are given is like nothing else. Its always a pleasure to see Dr. Park and Sharon as well as the other support staff. They take time out to answer your questions regarding dental procedures and/or billing inquires. They are also great at remembering the little things that you might have shared in the previous appointments about the family, a vacation, or even a house renovation. While my memory is failing, thats truly not the case with them. : )

My family have gone to Dr. Park for over 20 years. That should speak volumes in itself. I have been postponing my regular checkup appointments during the recent health crisis but had a minor tooth emergency last week. They made me feel safe going to the office during this time of COVID-19 and he also took care of my emergency promptly. THANK YOU Dr. Park!

Simply an amazing dentist, kind, understanding, and explains well.

Fantastic experience at Park Dental. Staff was courteous and had diligent COVID precautions (limited patients, temperature checking, masks, machinery to limit the spread of air particles, etc). My dentist, Dr. Brian Park (the son in the father-son practice) took his time to answer my questions, was gentle during the cleaning, and gave me a great referral for an oral surgeon. Highly recommend.

Dr. Park was awesome! He is very sweet, thorough, and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain my x-rays to me in detail and showed me many visual aids to answer any questions I had. Would absolutely recommend!

I have always hated going to the dentist, mainly because I did not care for my teeth growing up and now Im left with multiple crowns and root canal. Dr. Brian Park makes it so much better for me. Hes always very nice and patient, and always explains to me what is going to happen and what needs to be done. The staff there, especially the front desk lady, are also extremely friendly, and very pleasant to work with. My husband, who never got his teeth checked up, loves going there too. I feel really happy and lucky that I found Dr. Parks office.

They have weird, nonsense rules for scheduling that change over time and makes it hard for the patients to maintain continuity. Avoid this practice if you are a healthcare professional or pregnant. They need a letter from your OB even for basic cleaning if you are pregnant. They need you to show them a negative covid-19 test of you are a healthcare worker. Does not matter if you dont see any covid patients, you completed vaccination >6 weeks ago, and on vacation for the last 10 days with no exposure. It is the RULE. I am transferring to another dentist because it is too cumbersome to continue with them. I guess they have enough patients so they can avoid ALL healthcare workers to MINIMIZE their transmission risk.

I was a little nervous (who likes going to the dentist??) but really had a great experience with Dr. Park and all the staff! I was able to fill out forms ahead of time online, so there was no need to do it in the office, and they clearly read through my forms and knew what I had said. Dr. Park walked me through everything, and I even learned more about my dental health/hygiene! Will definitely be returning in 6 months.

Everyone from the front desk to the dentist was friendly and helpful. The office was clean and well keep. Dr Park was very thorough and went through everything step by step, including reviewing your x-rays with you and any exam findings. You can also book appointments online and get all your pre-appointment paperwork done online which is nice. I was taken in right on time for my appointment (it was first thing in the morning, but still a plus).

I have been looking for a new dentist for awhile as my previous one seemed to just be in it for the money and not the job, but Park Dental is thee best!!!! From the receptionist to the dental tech who takes the X-rays all were professional and very welcoming. Dr. Park explained everything as he examined my teeth and any recommendations or concerns. I have found my new dentist and a great one!!!

It is my first time to visit Dr. Park’s office. 100% I love it. He explains very clearly to me of what is going on with my teeth and what things need to be done. Dr. Park (younger one) is my dentist and he is truly amazing. He is very thoughtful about his patients needs all the while being very thorough yet quick. Thank you for making my dentist visits not something I dread like I have in the past.

Great experience! I was impressed with everyone I met. they were all knowledgeable, kind and caring this was my first visit and I love how friendly everyone was I felt completely comfortable. The front desk assistant was so nice and helpful the dental tech was very nice too she took my X-rays and made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Brian seemed very passionate about his work He explained my dental xrays in such thorough detail and answered all my questions He made me feel like I was his priority I didn’t feel rushed..I highly recommend.

Dr. Park is the ultimate pro. Hes always has the best interest and solution of his patients in his mind. Hes very warm and personable.

Ive been going to Dr. Stephen Park since I was a child. Hes been my dentist for 30 years. He does a wonderful job and makes you feel comfortable in the dentist chair. They have recently upgraded the office with new technology and it makes them even more effective and efficient. They recently added Dr. Brian Park to the practice. Dont let the young looks fool you, he is very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining the work that needs to be done. I know parking in Silver Spring can be a hassle but luckily they have a pretty convenient parking garage next to their office. Overall, Id recommend this practice to any of my friends and family.

I was scared to go to the dentist as it had been 18 years!! This was by far the best dentist experience Ive ever had. He made me feel very comfortable... His office and staff were very nice and also very inviting! After x-rays he examined and cleaned my teeth with NO pain what so ever. He did a great job!

It is always pleasant to visit Dr. Park. He is efficient, careful and always explains his procedures in simple words so that I am aware of everything. He gives great recommendation about what care I need and what is necessary, which will also bring the cost to the minimum. The clinic is clean and comfortable. The assistant and front desk are fast and nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Park!

Dr. Stephen Park is the one the best dentists Ive ever been to. The utmost professional, Dr. Park walks you through any questions and concerns. He will place your x-rays on a screen in front of you to describe what is happening with your teeth and will even have you look at your teeth with a mirror to make sure you know whats going on with your oral health. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist in the area.

Ive been going to them for 2 years now. Incredibly nice and the only dentists Ive ever had do the cleaning! Ive had several dental emergencies and they have always accommodated me into their very busy schedules. Best dentists Ive ever had.

I am terrified of the dentist, mostly because I hate the sound of the drilling, the needles, the fillings all of it! Although he is not able to reduce the sound of the drill Dr. Brian Park and his Assistant do an outstanding job of making you as comfortable as possible, very patient and tells you what he is doing step by step. Sharon and the front desk team are also wonderful they will help you through the insurance process step by step. Great dental office.

Dr.park is excellent. I went to a dentist in the same building one month ago and she wanted to extract my molar and make me a new denture or implant. Thank god I went to dr.park for a second opinion and guess what he fixed my molar in 20 minutes. I couldnt believe it. I will never go to any other dentist.he is very good and very gentle.I did not even need anesthesia. I would highly recommend him for your dental needs. He is very nice and very knowledgeable.

Love this place. I see Dr. Stephen park and I love that he explains everything hes doing. He gets a bit nerdy with it. Sharon Park is great, too. The receptionist could be friendlier, but whatever, she gets the job done. Ive recommended co-workers and overall they love it.

Dr Brian Park is the best dentist I have ever been to. The office staff is friendly and gets a quote for you from your insurance, before you even show up. There are no surprise expenses. I like that most, but aside from the office, Dr. Park explains everything he is doing as he is doing it. The dentist himself even does his own cleaning! Most other dentists have their hygienists do that for you. He shows / explains to you what is going on every step of the way. The only thing I REALLY HATE, is the no show $75 fee. It makes me nervous that something will come up the day of and I have to cancel--- I mean life happens and emergencies come up. I get that they dont want people to no show but it makes me uncomfortable as a patient. Luckily I have never had to deal with this / cancel appointments. Overall, I have had my fair share of dental work, and been to a ton of dentists in my life, I would highly recommend.

Had a deep cleaning appt. today. I was nervous but Dr. Park was very gentle! I did not feel anything at all! (Whew!). Front desk was welcoming, technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. No complains here! 5 stars!!!

I brought my 6 year old, 20 month old and my self to get cleaning and check up. My 6 year old has become so much more comfortable that she was at the kids dentist (too flashy and high energy). Dr. Park is so patient and calm. My 20 month old showed a few teeth but nothing more and that was ok. Dr. Park did as much as he could and didnt push beyond that. I got my teeth cleaned with my son on my lap. He wasnt interested in going anywhere else. Amazing. Maybe not for every visit but very very helpful not to make 3 different trips. And so much more convenient for me than going downtown.

Wonderful dentist experience-- great staff and Dr. Park is excellent-- knowledgable and down to earth. He remembered exactly what we had discussed on my last visit over 6 months ago! He remembered my husbands name and asked about our child whom he never met but heard about from us at our first visit. Described the procedure and made me feel safe and comfortable.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Stephen Park for at least 15 years and have been very happy with his service. He keeps my teeth in good shape, and while I dont have the professional dental knowledge to rate his skills, Ill just say that I have never had a problem with anything he has done or recommended. He also has a great bedside manner and is good at letting you know just what he is about to do and what you may feel. His entire staff is very friendly, and they are very accomodating if you have an emergency, even if it means the dental technician and doctor have to give up their lunch break. I also am impressed that Dr. Park does dental cleanings rather than having his assistant do them. The office is easy to get to by driving with a parking garage a block away and there is public transportation available as well. I recommend Dr. Park without hesitation.

One thing that stands out about Dr Stephen Park is that he takes the time to answer questions, explain concerns and educate about prevention. The last few dentists I went to the dental techs do all the work then the Dentist comes in for 10 minutes and explains any issues tell you what the problem is and leaves. Dr Park is unique in that he will take the time to answer questions and concerns and not rush you out of the office. I also want to mention that his office staff and assistants were very pleasant and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Parks for about twenty years now. When I first started seeing him my dental health was not very good. He has worked with me to achieve and maintain good dental health. My treatment has been very professional and he and his staff have been most helpful over the years. I am happy to recommend his practice to anyone in need of dental services.

Best dentist office experience I have had. Both times I was in and out for cleanings in 15 mins. Dr. Park is clear and explains everything. I went to him after a previous dentist tried to tell me I needed a $5k gum surgery. Dr. Park assured me that was not necessary right now and to just monitor the condition. I am so sad I moved and had to find a new dentist. I almost considered driving the hour to go see him. Great office staff as well!

Dr. Park is amazing! Very professional and informative, while also being personable and genuinely engaged. I relocated to the area 2 years ago and have visited two other dentists prior to Dr. Park. Unfortunately, both of those experiences turned out to be nightmares and left me with a lack of confidence in dentistry practices. Dr. Park has renewed my confidence and his actions illustrate a high level of integrity and credibility. I wish I found him sooner.

TEN GOLD STARS!!! I am so glad that I have found a great dentist who is conveniently located! I found Dr. Park by doing a search on ZocDoc. My former dentist was good, but it was too difficult to make appointments and get parking. Dr. Parks office building is within 2 blocks of two parking garages and there is metered parking outside. Also, the silver spring metro station is four or five blocks away - gold star#1.When I walked into the office, it was very clean - gold star #2. The receptionist smiled at me and seemed genuinely happy that I was there - gold stars #3 AND #4!Dr. Park saw me within 10 minutes of arriving, was SUPER friendly, and talked to me throughout my teeth cleaning. Some dentists kind of talk down to you, but not Dr. Park. I had some questions and some were frankly tangential, but still about my teeth, and he answered all of my questions and concerns - gold star #5.Dr. Park took his time cleaning my teeth and told me what he was doing each step of the way. - gold star #6.I experienced NO PAIN when he cleaned my teeth - gold stars #7 and #8!Before leaving, he offered me a free tooth brush and dental floss - that was nice. He also showed me how I can address the one area in my mouth where my flossing hasnt been working - gold star #9.Because the dental patient work room has a big picture window (almost floor to ceiling), there is a lot of natural light and a terrific view - this helped me to relax and enjoy getting my teeth cleaned - gold star #10.Ill be back to see Dr. Park again. I saw Dr. Park once for a consultation. I called the office a couple times to figure out an appointment time, and the receptionist was friendly, polite, and professional. I accidentally showed up exactly one week early for my appointment, but they were able to fit me in.I was told at another dental office that I required an expensive and permanent procedure. I wanted to make sure the procedure was actually necessary. Dr. Park observed my teeth in person and on a localized x-ray. He did not think the procedure was necessary. The procedure would have had a lifelong detrimental effect given the placement of the tooth and the shape of my mouth.He could have told me that the procedure was necessary and offered to perform it at a lower price point or more competently, but he didnt. Maybe because he wanted to run an ETHICAL practice or something...? lol, *shrug*

Called Park Dental and scheduled an appointment as a new patient about two weeks ago. Being new to the area of Silver Spring I wanted a convenient location. This fit that requirement. Went in for an appointment and filled out my papwork, receptionist was pleasant...waited less than 5 mins after returning my new patient forms to be called back. X-rays etc were taken and Dr. Park came right in. He was very nice and explained everything we were looking at on the X-ray.He examined my teeth and cleaned them. He gave me tips on flossing better and brushing better. It was a pleasent appointment I will be returning for my next cleaning. I would definitely recommend.

I hadnt been to the dentist in a very long time...Dr. Park was really nice, professional and non-judging. He has a great demeanor which really put my nerves at ease.

I wasnt terribly impressed. Seemed to be quite expensive. Poor communication. Temporary cap came out (I know this can happen but never happened to me before). When crown went in it was sized very wrong and had to be corrected a week later. Im not happy considering the work was non-essential on a tooth that already had a root canal. Also was not impressed to hear the dentist badmouth local competition.

Dr. Park was friendly and thorough and helpful. Its a nice office, and the room had a great view of the skyline.
