If I could give zero stars I would. I am disgusted by the rudeness and incompetence of this nursing staff, coupled with providors that not only make mistakes they refuse to correct, but dont hear a word you say, Waste of Time and Money. You might get a test, good luck with getting your results, you might get a prescription, good luck getting a diagnosis code applied so ins will pay for it Beware, Go Some place else WORTHLESS

Was hoping I finally found a good Dr but all I got was more bills and no help. Do Drs even care anymore? When you tell someone your out of important medicine that you will give the a call back so you can call the medicine in ....no call back. Now I have no medicine. The Dr doesnt even look at me or talk to me im sure he just thinks I want pain pills which is the last thing I care about. I just want to figure out why i feel so terrible. Back to square one... does anyone know of a good Dr who really cares in the area?

I Love Dr Stinnett hes always kind and listens to me no matter how long I talk. Very Thorough! Recommend him to everyone!

I would not recommend Dr. Stinnett to be anyones health care provider he will not take care of you like a doctor should. He has treated me with disrespect, unkidness, and very unprofessional behavior. But I should thank him I found another doctor that is amazing and she is very sweet and she is every thing Dr. Stinnett will never be. I would trust her with my life

I came to office Tuesday for a covid test they said the quick test wasnt accurate so I needed the regular test so they said two days for results after two days I called they said 3-5 days for results then Friday they said test results were inconclusive so I needed a quick test so I took it they said a couple hours for the results I called they said it was negative so I asked what about the fever Ive been running all week the nurse said she would have to talked to the Dr so I asked about a note for work so I and my wife could go back to work and the boys could go back to school they said head over to the office and get them so I drive the 20+ miles there I get there and they say there not ready and it wont be today so Im still sick dont know what I have out of work for over a week I live week to week and nobody there cares if I pay my mortgage or put food on the table for my kids

I went into this clinic with three main concerns,Aching joints, long term sinus infections and a UTII was told that my joints hurting was just normal part of being an old twenty-two year old and offered no treatment. It was easily curable tendinitis.For my chronic sinus issues I was prescribed sinus medication which I had already said hadn’t worked, and despite having fully examined the deviated septum that had caused the issue I wasn’t even told that there was anything abnormal, two years later I discovered the issue myself and was only able to have it corrected this spring three years later.For my UTI I was initially ignored under the presumption that men don’t get urinary tract infections and I was later congratulated on not having an STD when asking me would have shown that that was an impossibility. After that they took my concern seriously and I was was suggested cranberry pills in while they waited for test results .I got a call a week later saying the test came back negative and that they couldn’t find anything wrong, they hung up without offering any other help. Fortunately I continued treating it as if it were a UTI and the problem was resolved because that’s what it was.I also had a long term prescription run through this clinic and on two occasions where I needed additional doses ahead of time I called to request them and was ignored, only finding out that my requests had been received by confirmation calls from a random pharmacy. After I had used up my additional doses the second time, my prescription was revoked without my knowledge despite having been on the same prescription without change for over two years.I more often then not have had very good personal interactions with the staff there and I’ve generally been able to get an appointment without issue but when 75% of my diagnoses were wrong and half of all my concerns having no treatment options presented, correct or otherwise, I can say that there’s a lot of room for improvement.

Tried to call & make an appointment for nausea. the women who answered the call laughed. i’ve never had a good experience here & highly recommend you go elsewhere for any medical needs.

Trying to schedule an appointment at this clinic is worse then remaining sick. They encourage you to use their online scheduling platform which is frustrating and requires you to fully renter all of your information should your chosen time slot get taken, which it will. Betty, the individual who I spoke to at the clinic, once I gave up on the digital platform, was condescending and made me feel like I was wasting HER time. The only reason this gets three stars (instead of zero) and that I continue to go to the clinic is Dr. Harris, who is great.

I’ve used this clinic for 16 years. Our family used mainly two doctors. Both were knowledgeable, kind and caring.. The staff has always been courteous and friendly. Sometimes they deal with extremely rude people so you have to take that into account. There are a couple of doctors I’m not especially fond of but I think it’s more of a bedside manner issue. If I compared this group with others in the area I would have to put this facility close to the top of my list. As far as urgent care goes, I’ve been seen a few times after hours and I definitely prefer this facility to the others in town.

Ive seen quite a few doctors in my 62 years of life and my travels. I have to rate Dr. Harris and the staff at Siloam Springs Medical Center in the top 3! They are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Harris doesnt tell me what I WANT to hear...he is never shy about telling me what I NEED to hear. However, he always does in a kind, compassionate way!

I’m always well taken care of by Dr. Harris. He’s thorough, friendly, and invested in his patients. His staff is top notch. Ashley always takes good care of me and makes sure all my information is well communicated to Dr. Harris and she’s a sweetheart!

Had a super great experience here! I saw Dr. Harris and he was incredibly nice and understanding. He worked efficiently to figure out what course of treatment I needed and communicated throughly with me about the process. I would highly recommend Dr. Harris as a physician and the Siloam Medical Center!

I have been seen by 3 different Doctors here, and every experience was a good one. The whole staff is friendly and caring. They all greeted me with a smile and I was taken care of perfectly! The wait time was above average for a Doctors office in my opinion! I highly recommend this place!!

I took my mom in to see Mindy the nurse practitioner. I was looking for a new doctor for mom hoping that this would be the place. My mom has been in bed for 5 days refusing to go to the dr finally I convinced her to try out a new place. As soon as Mindy came in she prejudged my mom as a drug seeker(my mom wears sunglasses all the time because she mostly blind) Mindy would have known this if she looked at my moms chart) when all she asked for was some antibiotics maybe a culture to see what was going on. But no Mindy shrugged us off and told her to go home and get rest. Come to find out my whole house has Strep Throat, which to cure it you need antibiotics. I think we all know what it is to AssUMe.

So thankful for Dr. Harris and the excellent care he has provided me! He explains medical problems in such an easy-to-understand way and makes sure Im fully informed on treatments before letting me make a decision. Would absolutely recommend.

I have been coming here since I was 14, and that was almost 30 years ago. Dr. Stinnett and his team are wonderful. They have been my family’s go-to clinic for a very long time. I can’t see myself going anywhere else.

They do not seem to care about their patients. I have had multiple instances that seem to reflect this. I recommend finding somewhere else to go, as there are many other offices in the area.

I like coming here. The staff are always friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Stinnett is my pcp and has been for a year and a half. He always listens to problems I may be having, and always suggests a more natural approach too helping my issues instead of just handing out prescriptions like most Drs would. There has been a couple times where I had to call a few different times to get someone to answer, big deal they have a large volume of phone calls to answer, as well as other job duties.

Dr Springer is amazing very friendly,and listens to you. I had ear pressure in my right ear he checked it out and perscribed me with the medication ,and now my ear is better if I didnt go it wouldve been an infection.

The best place to get medical care in Siloam. The providers and nurses deeply care about their patients, and its an excellent place to be seen for acute care, or to establish a long term care plan.

I love the doctors, especially Dr. Youmans. However, good luck getting anyone to ever answer the phone there. There hasnt been a single time Ive called where it doesnt take me at least an hour or two to get ahold of anyone.

Between poor and inconsistent care by providers not only at the hospital, but at the new clinic (a younger nurse practitioner there is great, but the front office staff say things I believe are inappropriate about her abilities, and the older lady who put me on the wrong medications) it seems that what Siloam Springs Hospital and clinic want are money, with as little actual care provided as possible. What I can only describe as billing fraud, (I was signed in, paid my copay only to be told I could not be seen) and a very poor attitude by the intact person? at the urgent care clinic, I would give this a negative stars, but Google doesnt allow that.I am however going to be contacting the state and federal government agencies in charge of insurance and file a formal complaint, and after that I will be contacting an attorney regarding malpractice.So, in short, if you want to survive, Tulsa is not far away.

Scheduling an appointment the same week is possible, so very speedy and many doctors to Handel patients. The receptionist are very nice and capable.The asksistant nurse that walks you to the back gets your wt and info was very immature. Playing stupid jokes with my wife and I. Asked where do we go from here as we walked to room she said arent you leading the way.Doctor was not very helpful, but they prescribe what ever you want. Although they said they would give me a blood test and none, they said they give me shot no shot, they said they contact my other doctor no contact. The appointment with doctor lasted 2 min.Wont go back.

I brought my daughter to get her eyelid checked without an appointment and 20mins later a lady came in with her son without an appointment and they got called in before my daughter did... and then after waiting for 40 mins they tell me they can’t see my daughter!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!!

Me and my Wife love this clinick. It is the best in the area. We have been to another and it was difficult to get things done, but this one took care of things instantly and the staff is wonderful. We recomend it to every one.

Years of care at CPG in Siloam Springs. Excellent doctors, nurses and staff. When my doctor wasnt available, the others have done very well too.

Im not sure about the rest of your facilities, but the womens clinic sucks. My sister is nine months pregnant and her due date is in five days. Her blood pressure is really high and the baby is hardly moving today. Oh just wait five more days. Yeah. In five days her preeclampsia will set in and shell be dead. Yall are such jokes.

I went in for back pain doctor told me to exercise and gave me a steroid injection next month same strengthen core and more steroid injection but would not give me anything for pain not even a muscle relaxer. Still crazy pain called a specialist found out I had sever degenerative disc disease buldging discs torn disks and slipped vertabrae some slipped backwards some forward. Called to make a evening appointment they tried to give me a morning then afternoon then tells me they have walk in clinic in the evening I said great Ill take it. Nope they tell me its only for throwing up and fever SMH so stupid.

I called to schedule an appointment due to severe back pain. Came in an hour early for my appointment because the pain had gotten worse. I mentioned this to the reception staff THREE TIMES while I sat in the lobby for an hour and a half. Still waiting actually. STILL IN PAIN ACTUALLY.

Highway robbery. They charged me 108 for a normal office visit.
