Good guy. However, If your appt is 4:00 plan to be see 4:45 - 5:00
Best dermatologist ever. Made me feel completely comfortable about my treatment. Explained what they were doing and about how much longer it would take.
Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses to Dr. Crosby were kind, knowledge, and genuinely wanted to help. My appointment got lost in a computer system swap, but they were able to work me in only 15 minutes later than my original appointment. The appointment itself was great--I was listened to but also educated about options. Highly recommend Dr. Crosby and all the staff at Epiphany.
I was pleased with my overall experience at Epiphany Dermatology. The staff was professional and efficient. Dr. Crosby knew right away what my issue was and quickly devised a treatment plan. He also offered me options that allowed me to be involved in the decision process.
As always, the admin staff was polite during sign in, nurse was smiling and made me feel welcome and then there is Amy Weirman. She is the best. Kind and listens to what I have to say and we decide on best treatment! Always look forward to going there because they care.
Everythingwas fine, recepcionistas, nurses and doctors. Good job Epiphany! Thanks! Ill recommend your professional services.
Front office ladies are rude. Wont be going back, have put up with them for way too long, from the stupid parking rules to policies that they have yet never tell you about. Done dealing with them, though I am told that the rules are Dr. Ps. So be it, as nice as the other doctors are (and they have been great) between the stupid rules and the treatment by the front office people, I would rather drive to Tucson.
Fast excellent and friendly service. Answered all questions I had. Pleasant experience.
All the staff is so kind and friendly. Dr Crosby sure does know what he is doing. Highly recommend him if you have any skin problems.
A bit of a wait to see doctor after arriving but happy with the doctor and assistant, good communication skills, questions asked and answered.
When I got there it took a little over an hour after the actual appointment time to get to see the Dr. Tht doesnt include my wait from when I actually arrived. The care I receivr|ed from the doctor was caring and after several appointments the issue was finally resolved. And yes I would go see him again if another problem arose.
Another great experience, on time and very Thorough, Friendly staff, and Doctor P is great! Thanks again
It had been a while since my last visit to Dr. Petropoliss office, but the atmosphere was still professional and friendly.
Amy Waterman is knowledgeable and has a light touch. She is a skilled practitioner and I highly recommend her
I got a very thorough check-up, and felt very comfortable during it, the staff is so friendly and I really felt my health was a priority. I wouldnt go anywhere else and really appreciate the care I get.
A bit of a wait, but a professional staff made for a great overall experience.
I have to agree. The two female receptionists are very rude indeed. I look around the waiting area and see many elderly folks and I wonder, Are they as rude to them as they are to me? Respect your elders.I spoke to Dr. Crosby on the phone prior to this delightful interaction with the clinic staff. He informed me that I could come in Monday (must be in person) for a copy of my report and see Debbie to make an appointment for another procedure. So I did, being anxious to read the report. I also want to add; I work full time and time is money. When I arrived I engaged one of the two pleasant” receptionists who curtly informed me that I had to fill out a form to receive a copy of my report (Bring it on!) and also that I was not going to see Debbie to schedule an appointment. When Debbie was ready to schedule my appointment, SHE would contact me. During this delightful conversation I had pulled one of their courtesy pens out of their container to fill out the release form and while waiting I noticed a sign in sheet and asked, Do you want me to sign in? She responded, NO! That’s for people who have appointments. Please put the pen back. Then she hands me the release form. I plopped my GIANT purse on her counter and dug up my own pen, filled it out, handed it back to her and said, Okay, just give me the report. I don’t need an appointment. I’m going somewhere else. I can get over the rudeness but I wasn’t going to wait until Debbie was ready to call me. IMO, that’s a red flag. I’ve been to that rodeo before with some other clinics who shall remain nameless (phone tag). My doctor (in Tucson) made the referral and told me that he knew a good dermatologist who could see me right away. I said I would prefer to see one in Sierra Vista because I’ve been going back and forth to Tucson many times since beginning of 2014 for other stuff. I’ll just call him and get that referral.Wasnt seen by Dr. Petropolis. Dr. Crosby performed a procedure on me. He was polite and professional; a good bedside manner as well as his assistant/nurse, a male; dont remember his name. Debbie was a bit condescending but polite. I guess she heard me say that I was going somewhere else, came out and called my name. She escorted me through the door of the waiting room; stopped me just inside, at her window, stuck her arms out as if directing traffic and said, Stand right here, like you would a child. Gave her the thumbs up. Then she walked around divider wall sat down and slid her window open to make me an appointment.Lastly, I don’t respond well to rude and/or condescending behavior and normally respond in kind. More importantly, if you’re working in a MEDICAL facility, engaging patients, young or old, who may be stressed about their health situation, you should be MOST empathetic and show some respect, and manners. So very strange and I’m tired of it. Knocking one star off for their staff. UGH!
The ladies at the front desk were very friendly... and patient! The nurse that screened me - very pleasant.
Very little waiting time, and the staff and doctors are unfailingly considerate of patients.
Amazing staff and Drs! They are so caring and understanding. They treat you like a friend/family. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for amazing Dermatologists!
Not sure why the bad reviews, personally Ive had good experiences here. Last appointment I made I was disappointed at how far out it was, but then somebody cancelled and I got in within a few days. Doctors and staff alike are very professional.
It was more than I expected, very quick and a good experience
The staff was great and the dr.s and assitents were great and helpfull
Bit long wait time, but once I was in, was good.
No problems here, all services were excellent.....
Great care for my wife and very professional.
Dr Petropolos, Dr Amy Wierman, and all the staff at Cochise Dermatology are absolutley exceptional. I have had several conditions diagnosed and treated by them, and was extremely impressed with the patience and thoroughness they demonstrated in sleuthing out the sources of each condition. Even when something is not cureable, it helps to know what is causing it and how to best avoid its triggers. I have utmost faith in the entire team there - the office has an obvious air of functionality and loyalty - old fashioned good cheer. A rare commodity in todays medical world. In a 5 star rating system, I would give them a 10.
Dr. Petropolis has gone out of his way for our son who suffers from severe skin outbreaks. He is compassionate and ready to help when we need him. The staff is always friendly and thourough. I highly recommend this office to everyone.
As always, everyone was very nice and professional!
Thanks for the people who treat us and GREAT work. Theyre like family.
Amy is the epitome of professionalism and efficiency.
Friendly and professional staff. Wait time was short. They listened to my problem and suggested a solution, and I hope to have it all resolved soon.
Dr. Peterson was so disrespectful to me and my daughter. My daughter was crying because she wanted her mole removed and the Doctor had the audacity to say: I believe that she is crying because of the perspective you give your daughter about her moleI am her mother and I would never say anything negative about of what she has!! She was crying because she believed that she was not getting ice cream like his brother when he had his surgery.Very un-professional!! And she walked out of the room while she was still crying. The only good thing was the nurse that was able to calm her down.My daughter is 7 years old and Autistic.
Dr. Petropolis is a very kind, thorough and thoughtful professional. During a recent exam I asked if he knew of any research that linked diet to skin cancer. He mentioned an Australian study that had good results with a particular form of a B vitamin. He quoted the dosage used in the study and quantified the positive results. When the exam was over, unsolicited, he wrote down the name of this B vitamin (nicotinamide) and handed it to me. I found this study online and everything Dr. Petropolis stated was accurate. I have also found the staff to always be very kind and accommodating. However, If all of the people in this office had the demeanor of my old drill sergeant I would still never miss an appointment. What this office does is life saving (I have had several melanomas). I am indebted to Dr. Petropolis and his staff.
Very professional, talented, caring and courteous!
I just wish I’d read the other reviews before choosing this awful place! They’re just needlessly rude for no reason. I wouldn’t go back if you paid me. I plan on notifying my referring physician and warning everyone I know to stay away. Horrible experience.
Chesney is amazing and always does such a great job!
My wife showed up for a scheduled appointment at 0730 and was told youre not in the book, please come back tomorrow. Really! What a waste of her time and fuel.
Been going here for years as it is the BEST !!!!!
Great patient focus !
Lied about when they received test results. Did not contact me. Did not return my call about surgery that I needed.
Efficient and comfortable
Very rude, nasty at front desk if ya dont wanna be there, then dont beMedicine is suppose to care for people and be understanding, not send them away because the poor Dr may have to work a little over
Excellent Service
