The facility is clean and cheerful. All the instructors are wonderful. I love the selection of classes to take and the diversity of the instructors that teach them. I am getting into the best shape of my life and enjoying the process.

I contemplated for awhile on whether to leave a review but I realised that itll be good for others to know what theyre getting themselves into.To start, Yogativiti is a gorgeous studio, parking in the lot next to the building, super clean hot room, infra red panels for heat, and great ambiance. And as a long time practitioner of Bikram Yoga, I took the 9 am 26+2 class on April 5th, 2021. It was advertised as Bikram but what I took was Bikram inspired and not Bikram. For starters, there were no breathing exercises (the 2 in the 26 and 2). I asked about it before class and Tomér (the teacher) told me that it was performed via nostrils instead of mouth because of COVID-19. But he just removed it completely. Secondly, the postures were off in terms of not doing it in duplicates e.g. Fixed firm pose which has been discussed to have the benefits in the second set, and a few others. When the class ended, I felt a little cheated by the description of the class and not getting it. It was a nice and juicy class, and a good yoga class BUT it was very far away from a good Bikram class. I hope that the owner corrects the description or at least takes notice of it. There were a few other things that were off but Im just a student and not a teacher to comment on it.Will I return? Not for a Bikram class. Will I return for a different modality? Maybe.

I just took the union class this Sunday afternoon, and the last thing I expected was blaring Beatles music, and someone yelling into a microphone. I work in the healthcare industry, and this was the wrong place to go for an hour of relaxation. Ive taken zumba classes that werent this loud. This class should NOT be called yoga.

Judy’s Wednesday night sunset yoga class is not just a class, but an Experience. To see the view from the 7th story roof, feel the wind softly blowing, watch the sun set close-up, and experience an inventive yoga class, all while you have truly beautiful music playing softly is absolutely magical.

Ive been to many a Bikram Yoga class and this is the very first studio I have been to that didnt have shower facilities or separate male and female locker rooms. What they had was a large room for everything. When you walk in to get to the front desk you have to dodge men and women putting their stuff away in little cubbies (and there are not enough of them). This room had carpet in it. So it was somewhat gross to step on it barefooted. There were two changing rooms. The hot room floor was rubber of sorts and also the room smelled. I like the carpet that other Bikram places have. It helps the Breathe towel stick better to the floor and just seems easier to clean with a steam carpet cleaner. As for the class itself, it was really good. The instructor was knowledgeable and nice. No yelling.

Just would like to say that during the difficult time of COVID-19 Tomer, Matt, and Zoey really showed phenomenal creativity in making sure we could continue our practices. And when does one need yoga more than in a crisis? Maintaining the community and the integrity of practice for all their members was certainly a daunting task but was handled quickly and with great management of the technology. If anything I am doing yoga more often now, through the streaming classes, than I was before. I miss the heat but given the circumstances the folks at BYS really knocked it out of the park.Bruce Gussin

It was my first time doing yoga in such a hot room and my feeling was awesome, very relaxing and learning new postures. Its helping me with the pain in my neck and shoulders that I had for a long time. Very good experience.

High intensity and very helpful for body! I try to go at least twice a week and it has been very good for my muscles and toning up..although that still needs a little help. Enjoy!

Nicest facility I have ever been in.Beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and they do their best to foster a sense of true community (and isnt that what yoga is all about?)Edi is the owner (as well as a teacher) and you could not meet a kinder person. If you want Bikram in Fairfield County this is the place to go. No other facility comes close.Come for the Bikram-stay for the peace of mind.(PS-they now have PIYO and I really look forward to the addition of a regular Vinyasa schedule)Namaste~
