Had the procedure done to have my spider veins on my legs removed August 18 th 2020..followed all the post op instructions..wear the compressions socks for 6-8 weeks . Paid in full for the procedure. I noticed that the spider veins were not going away like they said it would .. I had a follow up appointment one month after the procedure.. the Doctor assured me the veins will disappear .. I made another appointment in October 2020 to express my concerns about the veins being more plump and painful than they were originally.. the Doctor agreed that some areas needed to be re-done since the veins are clotted and don’t look like it will disappear (mind you I had no clots or pain before this was done). I WILL NOT RECOMMEND Connecticut vascular surgical associates to anyone because they expressed to me that I will be charged again to have the procedure re-done. I work in healthcare also.. it would have been courteous of them to re-do the areas of concern at no charge.. since it’s only been 2-3 months.. so unprofessional of them.. I am very disappointed in CVSA. You get Zero stars!!
