Horrible at communication and returning our phone calls.. my husband is so frustrated with this company and he hasnt even started this place yet.. guess gonna look elsewhere. Lost a customer!

These physical therapists are really friendly and thorough. When I went to physical therapy at MGH, they ONLY spent 30 mins with me at each visit. Shelton Physical Therapy spends as much time as needed to do all of my neck strengthening exercises. I really like Patrick, Shawn, and Madeline!
