I am thrilled to have found THE BEST massage therapist! She found (and fixed) everything that was bothering me and more! She truly knows and understands the body and masterfully addressed each issue….without pain! She’s incredible!! Shelton is extremely lucky to have this gem!!!

Brenda does great work. She is kind, and listens to client needs. I have seen dozens of massage therapists over the years and Brenda is easily in the top 3. Prices are reasonable, and the location is easy to access.

Wow! I cant say enough about how wonderful, relaxing, and professional my experience was with Brenda at Cedars Bodywork & Message. It still brings a smile to my face.Her facility was clean, peaceful, and welcoming, with lovely soft music playing in the background. Brenda has a wonderful manner about her which made me feel at ease immediately, and I appreciated how thorough and educated she was in her practice while still remaining down-to-earth.Best of all, though, she schedules her clients with time before and/or afterwards to discuss problem areas and cover techniques for increased flexibility and pain relief, which means you can enjoy a full hour (or 90 minutes, or two hours) of uninterrupted message and maintain that relieved, flexible state longer! She has great technique that left me with MUCH greater range of motion than I had before my appointment (I was beaming the rest of the day).I heartily recommend her services and eagerly anticipate my next appointment!
