Very customer service oriented business with a smile on all the time (behind the masks) during this difficult time.

They are always kind and friendly. They also keep me well informed of every prescription I pick up.

Atrocious customer service. Came in to pick up a prescription, they didnt have the correct one, so I rejected it. The CSR behind the counter lied and said I threw the pills back at her. I was nothing but calm in explaining that I required a certain manufacturer formulation, and all I got in return is being treated like a child. Pretty ridiculous and condescending behavior by the people who work here.

If I could give more stars to this business I would. The pharmacy is fantastic. The staff is professional, friendly and incredibly smart. They are respectful to everyone who comes in. To top if off, it’s an amazing store to buy gifts and trinkets to keep. Again, awesome people who run the store. This place gets 50 stars!

You cannot compare the experience at Neils with a big corporation. If you like doing business with people that go out of their way and know your name, I would move my prescriptions to Neils.. Best move I made.

Always have my medications unlike some pharmacy s they have back orders on blood pressure medication...hmmm

I guess they close at two pm I went in here to look for a mothers day gift. The lady at the register was rude when she said just for your fyi we are closed. I left right away and will never go back to put up with her attitude.
