I scheduled an appointment via this companies website. My appointment was scheduled between 10AM and 1PM. At 12:30PM I attempted to call the number on the website. It said the voicemail was full but that I could text the person. I texted the number provided. I asked them to confirm they would be arriving for my appointment. I received a message back stating that they didnt realize I booked my appointment on line. They said they thought they turned that feature off on their website and they would NOT be coming for my scheduled appointment. They said they wanted to talk to clients before performing work. They said they would call me later to discuss the job and set up a new appointment. I have NOT been contacted to discuss the job or set up an appointment. Looks like I will have to find a different electrician.

This company was great! Came out let us know what are issues were considering we have an amateur of an electrician do our prior work. They let’s us know that the fact that our lights kept turning on by themselves was because the prior person wired it completely wrong but that they can fix the issue right away and could do it same day if we wanted to. We got it done same day and the bill was fairly reasonable. Word of advice here, pay someone what they are worth and you will get great work most of the time.
