First, I think they need to supply patients with another provider as getting appointments, at times, can be so frustrating and difficult! Second, We sure do miss Stephanie, their former receptionist. She was so warm, professional and efficient....and now it is so frustrating to call and speak with their receptionists to make an appointment here - I end up repeating myself over and over, answering the same questions repeatedly. Its just not as professional or efficient as it once was. :(
Our experience was terrible. My son had a terrible ear infection. The PA shrugged it off as a pimple and proceeded to babble on for 20 minutes about how he should wash and use OTC products to wash better. She kept repeating herself over and over again. It was weird and exteemely uncomfortable for both my son and myself. We ended up in urgent care the following day with his ear swollen shut. Hes now on antibiotics and anitbiotic cream. She was useless!
