This office has gone through so many changes in the past several years. They have slowly gone from a good office to a bad one. There is only one person at the front desk that has been polite and compassionate to the patients in the last year and half. Tracy Kidwells nurse, Peggy, who stayed on after Tracy left is one of the best! She cares for the patients. However, the office manager who is training or replacing those out front, has done the worst job ever! Some of those women that are out front greeting patients are not fit to greet someone in a funeral home. They are not kind, sympathetic, rude and sometimes just downright mean..... when patients are not feeling well or anxious over their appointments, it does NOT sit well with the patients. They need to remember they are a doctors office, patients go in there with all sorts of problems! Treating patients in the manner in which they are being treated can cause them to react in ways they dont normally act! Being rude and sarcastic with them isnt how you should deal with them, ESPECIALLY for a Physicians Office! I gave a 1 because there was not something less I could give.

My doctor is Brandi strayhorn and I love her. She so kind and attentive to my wants and feeling. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. The front desk is always kind and courteous when I show up. The billing department is willing to work with you with any billing questions you have. The nurse staff is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while waiting. Great place to be a part of.

The staff is very pleasant and the offices are clean. My issue is, and has been for years, they’re inability to keep doctors on staff. It seems every couple of years they change out all their doctors! At that point you have start all over with someone new, who may or may not share the same view as your previous doctor. You end up spending more money on visits trying to get the new doctor on the same page as the old one. It’s like going to the same job for 20 years and dealing with a new boss every 20 weeks!

The staff is so nice, going to the doctor usually is a task . But there , they make you feel like family!!! And DEE !!! OH MY GOSH IS AWESOME, SHE ALWAYS REMEMBERS MY KIDS, NOT ONLY THAT SHE REMEMBERS WHAT SPORTS MY DAUGHTER PLAYS AND ALWAYS COMMENTS ON MY SONS ❤ for COMPUTERS ! THEY ALL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. I can be a crazy mom freaking out and they always work my kids in and calm my fever freak outs !! Thank you ladies for all you do🙂🖤❤🖤 the Lawrence family!

I really do NOT understand the negative reviews at all about this doctors office, its almost like, Did you even go to the same place? Just wow. Ive been taking my kiddos here for numerous years. When Dr. Tracy Kidwell and Cindy Heath, RPN were still there, and liked it then. But when they brought in Kelly Lucas and Brandi Strayhorn, I think the level of service got even better. I dont think Ive ever seen the level of care and compassion the staff here all have for their patients, and I mean EVERYONE, from the nurses to the lab techs and YES, to the front desk as well! I love all of you wonderful ladies! Dee (one of the nurses), you are awesome woman! Thank you for all your hard work and outstanding service. There are those of us that appreciate you guys! We were very happy with our visit. The staff was very helpful and we were seen by Kelly Lucas and were very pleased with her. We would recommend them very much. They gave a lot of time to us during our visit.

Ricia Brooking is the best manager I have ever had!! She always extended compassion and grace to everyone (pts, staff, ect.) It was such an honor to work with her. I miss having an awesome manager like her. Ricia you are the best and one of a kind!!

After being here since 2007 all of a sudden this new dr won’t write prescriptions for my anxiety meds anymore. I have been through 6-7 drs since 2007, they can’t keepDrs there

This is where all my kids go to the dr at and they are always able to squeeze us in for the times that work best for us and our busy schedule. The staff is always helpful and very friendly and we are lucky to have them as our physicians!!!

The medical care is fine but they will punish you for having insurance and you come out paying $70 for a visit WITH insurance.

Alliance Health Shawnee clinic is very clean, The staff is super friendly & welcoming.The doctors are knowledgeable, wonderful bedside manner and professional. Superior service all the way around.

I have a problem getting past the front desk. I call to speak to the nurse or my doctor, she will put you on hold or someone will answerVery Rude who is this? Im so shocked. I just hang up. I love Brandy Strayhorn but the people at front desk need replaced. Wish i would have chose a better place. Not happy at all.

Dr. Brandi Strayhorn and her staff are an answer to prayer. I have just had one thing after another the last 2 years and then my medical problems have just been pushed aside and then like most problems, when you don’t address them they get worse..... but she walked threw that exam door and treated ME!!!.::: the person ATTACHED to the symptoms... after gathering all the medical info she needed. She looked me in the eyes and said some of the kindest words to me, that meant more to me than any pill or anything medically he or a specialist could do at that moment. What she did was lend me a hand up and dusted me off, and tell me that she is on my team now....... which was exactly what I needed in that very moment, along with obvious medical stuff.Also I can’t leave out the amazing nurse who was just as encouraging!! She was so kind to me, she didn’t just listen because it’s her “job” she really listened to me and what I was experiencing and going through and before she walked out she told me she would be thinking of me and praying for me. Which I think a lot of people take for granted, but I do not! Those ladies right now in my eyes ARE THE HEROS. There is nothing like being empty completely empty and being shown true empathy and compassion especially in the medical field where the system is so broken.YET THEY STILL RISE!Also the front desk receptionist was so friendly and helpful. All around what a great team! I’m so blessed I found some great people!

I can’t express words strong enough stating to everyone - stay away from this hospital and healthcare chain. They’re incompetent in countless ways, their doctors are terrible at making an accurate diagnosis and after your insurance pays, whatever co-pay you have, if you don’t pay it immediately and in full, they’ll sue you at the drop of a hat adding thousands of dollars in legal and court fees!Run from this group as fast as you can! This is the worst case of for profit healthcare in Oklahoma!

My family loves this clinic. The staff is friendly and caring.

NO PATIENT CARE: After four conversations with the office staff to make sure things were clear, they made the wrong type of appointment, misled me about the type of appointment, billed me for it (which insurance should have covered, if they had scheduled the physical wellness exam I asked for), AND DENIED a prescription refill for necessary medication when I questioned the billing. They have delayed returning phone calls and denied to let me talk to anyone in charge in a timely fashion, to make sure it goes past the payment due deadline. The office manager keeps varying the excuses for why this error happened. She tells the insurance company a different story from what she tells me and tells the BBB something different again.So they won’t tell you true information when you ask, and if you question what they bill you for, they deny you service, and they do NOT care about patient care at all, they just want your money and your insurance company’s money too. The receptionist said I could have a physical on the first visit but the office manager said no, it had to be two separate visits because they want to get paid for as many visits as possible. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE - they do NOT care about your health.
