Dr. Click has always been able to work us in when needed. Hes been caring for my family for about ten years now and I never plan on switching unless one of us moves. He has always been so patient with my kids and answers all our questions. We never feel rushed or like we are wasting his time.Best doc around.

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Click and his staff. When I tell you they are always on time! Always have the answers snd always willing to listen. The ladies in the front office are quick to get your scheduling done or answer questions about your insurance. It’s a wonderful clinic. His nurse Angela is a DOLL. Call and see if he is taking new patients - he makes a great PCP!

Dr. Russell Click was our familys doctor for 6 years when we lived in Shawnee. He was the best physician I ever had. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, and he always took the time to really listen. In addition, he was able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. It was apparent that he cared about us as individuals. Now that we have moved away from the area, it is going to be difficult to find another doctor as wonderful as he is.

Fortunately, I do not need to visit doctor much. But when I do, Dr Click makes me feel right at home. He takes time to catch up with how and what I have been doing and shears asks about my husband’s well being. He approaches my specific physical needs with a listening ear. He thinks about different protocols for treatments out loud with me involved. He reviews my personal hesitation for taking prescriptions and takes caution before delivering care. I love having a family doctor who I can feel this kind of connection with!
