I purchased a product from Nature’s Elements in Sedona Arizona. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant, was told by an employee that the product was safe to use during pregnancy. After purchasing I called my doctors to ask them to make sure, as I am supposed to do with any new products used during pregnancy and they said they did not think some of the ingredients should be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. So here I was with an expensive product that I cannot use for years. I did not realize until trying to return the product unopened and unused that they only offer in store credit. I did not see any other products that could be used safely during pregnancy. Simon the store manager was more than helpful working with me. He went above and beyond working with me, listening to my situation and decided to refund the purchase. I appreciate him a lot and would recommend working with Simon and Nature’s Elements. Specifically because of how caring Simon is as a manager and how well he cares for his customers. Thanks Simon!

This salon has the most phenomenal staff. Thor, Paul, Roxanne, AND Dee were all so fabulous to work with and talk to. Literally felt like hanging out with family. By far the best customer service I’ve received in a long time! They all went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I will make it a point to book a facial every time I’m in Sedona for sure!

I was there last week. First, the only person wearing a mask was the person giving the facial. Second. It seemed that their primary func was to up sell expensive creams and products. It was a nice place but not for me.

So happy I found this place! Gary was amazing and accommodating even with all my kids lol!!! First night using my product and my skin looked so beautiful this morning!!! These products can run high but its worth it and will save you thousands in the long run! This product is for the celebrities but they make it possible and affordable to bring home! My skin is glowing! Im so excited to continue my new routine. Even my husband was impressed with the white gold immediately eye lift!!!!!!!! My skin looks beautiful with absolutely no make up on it definitely has a little glow after using my facial peel and moisturizer.

I live in Sedona and dont go to Uptown much but Nature Elements Facial Spa is definitely worth the trip. Had a great facial , Amber, my aesthetician, was fantastic! The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Im totally relaxed. Skin looks great and Im looking forward to a return visit. I highly recommended Nature Elements.

High pressure sales people. They dont stand behind their products. F rating by BBB. All of the reviews on line say the same thing, do your research! Within 1-2 hours I was welted and in pain and they refused returns. If they stood behind their products this would be no problem. Scam company.

Jordan was an excellent sales associate!! Explained the product and how to use. Definitely coming back again. My eyes look wonderful!!

Rude..rude rude...dont waste your time!!! Was told we arent getting married..I just wanna show you something by the way my wife would kill you anyway...then i was told i should shut up & take the deal...she thought she was being funny. NOT ! would NEVER spend my money there!!!!

I took a trip to Sedona for vacation and found Nature Elements (beautiful, beautiful store), I was greeted by an awesome employee named Jordan who was super knowledgeable (and really funny!). I was totally skeptical having a salesman try and sell me yet another miracle eye cream but, Jordan was ZERO pressure sales and what he told me was true - the cream WORKS! I would highly suggest that any of you woman who live in Sedona or who are planning a trip there, to stop in and meet Jordan and see what miracles he can give to you, too!
