Havent see the doctor with whom I have an appt but its already off to a bad start. I cannot get an answer if my records from another doctor have been received. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now. I cant seem to speak directly to the care team involved so I have left message after message. Without the records, my scheduled appt will be a waste of time. Someone there suggested I BRING the records with me. In 2020, no one should have to hand carry records from one doctor to another.

A for care with Dr Ashwin Rao but D for very high facility charges and their failure to alert patients there are extra charges for ultrasound as part of office visit. Understood I would pay $900 cash for platelet procedure, but did not expect follow up office visit to cost $914 (professional $247 and facility $667), insurance allowed (& I paid) $582 for the 15 minutes visit.

Went in 2010 and had a wonderful experience and succesful back surgery...Now in 2017, not so much for a similar issue. The care and attention to detail has dropped off significantly. It is at VA level to me now...And I hate the VA.

These guys are terrible.
