This is definitely one of the best stocked, well-maintained stores that I’ve ever been in. Really good selection of merchandise. It is laid out really well and the staff is super friendly! As always prices are amazing!

Clean and nice with excellent prices. It was more like a boutique than a thrift shop! Scored a leather Anne Klein for a very reasonable price, so really happy! Plus, saw a really nice nightstand - also for a super reasonable price - set that someone had purchased and the shop was kindly holding.

Definitely smallest location Ive done across but the clothes selection was of good quality, while other sections such as electronics, etc. didnt have much to offer as far as item selection but overall decent for what there was. Im curious if this is usually the case as far as the electronic selection they usually have to offer? Ive just recently went there for the 1st time but have been staying in the area so I will probably check it out again in the near future.

Small Goodwill store - I believe is the smallest around town which would be understandably considering the prime location. A bright small store to pop in and quick browse a limited inventory of new and previously loved donated items.Currently stocked with Halloween costumes for adults, pets and decor for the home. Fitting rooms available. I noted there werent a lot of designer/branded clothes as some reviews have noted. Maybe I missed it?

I had bought a birthday present for my son. It was too heavy for me to carry home. The Cashier was nice and held onto it until my son could come and pick it up after work , that would be 5-6 hrs later. And since it was a birthday present they helped me so he wouldnt know the price

Was walking in and found a shirt I knew one of my friends would absolutely love. Right as I was taking the photo, the Karen of a cashier snatched the shirt away nearly taking the rack with her. Seemed very inappropriate aggression and not a good impression at all for someone who just entered your store and was confirming if a friend would like the shirt. From what Ive seen of other reviews, I guess she just hates her job or is heavily overlooked by management.

Very small, not much selection of items, very unhelpful, unfriendly, uncaring staff. This is the 3rd Seattle Goodwill location Ive visited in 3 days and it seems the attitude is pervasive so it must be coming from the Top down! Sad! Trust me, theres much better thrift stores in the area and some that truly care about you as well as about their mission. From what Ive seen and read, Goodwill is NOT one of them! They are way overpriced for poor items.People: dont donate your items to Goodwill. Donate to organizations that actually care about helping those in need. Some organizations actually give your items directly to those in need, rather than selling them to make a buck that they pocket!

Just came from there. I must admit, they have a higher quality selection than Im used to. The neighborhood is upscale with Google and Amazon preppies and people who love taking their dog everywhere...so... thats why. The staff was really friendly and outgoing. They seemed to really enjoy doing what they do. I got a scotch glass decanter, jewelry box, a japanese painted min urn vessel jar, seeds for planting in pots, and a giant mug. less than 30 bucks. Nice .

A Very Fun Store to Browse With Quality ItemsPros:Organization:The staff here makes good use of the relatively small space. They have a lot of inventory but it doesnt feel messy or unorganized.Quality (menswear only):Almost immediately I was able to find some Italian made sport coats and some very well made cords and wool/cashmere blend dress pants. Even the shoes were of better quality (i.e. both maintained and of better construction) and they had more in larger sizes (around 11) than you might usually see.Staff:They were very busy at the time of day that I went but lines moved quickly and I received great assistance while checking out.Cons:Layout:Despite being able to arrange a berth of items quite well, the aisles, at least in the mens section, were quite inconvenient to navigate when you had to pass someone in said aisle. This was made all the more apparent as several patrons used rolling cases. From what I could see there were only two dressing rooms. I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy enough that I had to wait at least five minutes for a room that was already occupied. I cant imagine that this is sufficient for peak, weekday periods. The bathroom is both solo and only accessible by a key that staff members have. Understandable, sure, but neither customer friendly nor efficient when its busy. Its location also comes off as a bit claustrophobic but its probably the nicest public restroom Ive seen so thats a plus.

I am a huge fan of the Goodwill stores throughout the Seattle area. It doesnt matter what Goodwill location you go to, youll always find hidden treasures throughout the store. You can everything from: furniture, bathroom decor, kitchen decor, bedroom decor, outdoor decor, tools, power tools, electronics, kitchen electronics, men & womens clothing & shoes, children and baby clothing & shoes, accessories for men and women, books, board games, kitchen wear and much much more. At the same time theres a lot of used goods but if you didnt know theres a lot of new or newer items to choose from. When you get some time check out your local Goodwill store.

Small, but good selection of stuff. Tends to be VERY overpriced, even for a Goodwill. Was still able to snag some great deals for a few brands they havent seem to caught onto for markups (I wont say which brands so they dont wise up). This is a small store, but the offerings are usually pretty nice in terms of quality and care. The staff are friendly, and particularly nice womens clothing items are on a special display. As others have pointed out, this Goodwill is small but usually a good selection. Like any thrift store, its hit-or-miss on a given day, but the offerings seem to rotate frequently, and the dressing rooms are large, clean, and well-lit.There is a donations drop off around back.

We were there browsing the store when a man walked up to us and asked a question about something on the shelf. We answered it as best we could, as we thought he was just being friendly. Apparently, he ran out the back door with arms full of store products a few minutes later. An employee then yelled at us, saying we had to tell our friend hes banned from here and hes not welcome, not after stealing all that stuff. She berated us for his actions for a minute. Seeing our looks of confusion, she clarified it was about that guy whod asked us a question before. Everyone in the store was looking at us with disgust. We put our items back and left. I wont be returning. It was absolutely embarrassing. If theres an issue of theft, lock the back door or put it more cameras. Do something about that doesnt involve yelling at your potential customers.

Although this is a small Goodwill, it seems much more curated than the average store. Ive been here about 6 times now and its always been clean with new stuff out thats in surprisingly good shape. Ive found a number of deals here in both appliances and clothes that are far better than the ones Ive found at the Dearborn store. I almost hesitate to write this review since the store feels somewhat undiscovered. Also, several times Ive witnessed the store clerks here be very helpful to people, and one going so far as to offer a small bit of credit to a homeless guy who was having a rough day and just needed a t-shirt or two.All in all, great store!

There is a lot of stuff here from what I assume are ex-amazon employees, and thusly, most of it is very nice.
