I have been here many times over the years and the service is great. The foot massage was great. The issue is this: tipping is voluntary and at a customer’s discretion. This visit there were 3 of us and I tipped over 20% and they demand more tip! They wanted minimum $10 per person for a $28 service. If you want more money, just build that into your base price but demanding more money isn’t a way to keep people coming back regardless of how good the service was.

WARNING Great massage how ever they cheated me out of my time,They gave me a 55 mins massage and try to charge me for a 75 minute massage. They also don’t tell about to tipping policy they have and automatically charge you an additional $10 to the price.

I’ve gone here a few times and have generally had a good experience. I like the fact that it’s cheap and you don’t need an appointment. But today, I went in and had a bad experience. The massage itself was good. My masseuse was not so great. He was nice and polite, however, it seemed that he wasn’t wearing any underwear under his sweats and his package kept tapping me every time he leaned over my body during the massage. I felt and still feel violated. Then I was bullied into giving a larger tip than I wanted to. Given the hard times for small businesses, I try to not give bad reviews but this was unacceptable.

I paid you guys $110. I was only supposed to pay $88 for 2 people just like yall told me when you sent me a text. Not $110. You cant force tips on customers for services that have already been paid for. If you require a $10 tip for $44hr service you really need to tell your customers not trick your them. Its very unprofessional and rude! Thank you for your services but do better and dont trick your customers out of their money next time.

Be careful this place will demand 30% tip on a 28 dollar massage, they will chase you and bully you. Its just wrong! Massage is so-so, if you get unlucky you will get a cigarette smelling hand that will massage you. Im done with this place.. use to be great 4yrs ago .. too bad :/

I’ve been going here for years. You get what you pay for. Pros, $28 cash for an hour massage, most masseuses are great, apply good pressure, and are courteous. Cons are the chairs are bit the most comfortable, at times you can smell cigarettes on the masseuse hand, and they demand a larger than 15% tip. I recommend it, just know what to expect.

They tried to bully me into giving a 10 dollar (30 percent) tip. I gave 5 which is more than 15 percent of the 28 dollar massage. The guy at the register chased me out the door demanding I give 10.

I told them $5 is over 15%, but they kept insisting on $10 tip. I said no its a tip and I was only giving $5. They tried to bully us into paying $10 for a tip which is 33%. $5 is more than 15% .

Oh my goodness. I went in to imperial foot massage for a company trip for an hour long foot massage expecting mid-class service. (I have a couple massage therapists in my family) but I left very, very impressed. I had had an asthma attack over the weekend but this was so relaxing. And it wasn’t not only a foot massage but from forehead to toes. It was amazing.

First time, and I will be back! The gent who massaged me, was very skilled and did an amazing job. First time outside the “traditional” massage therapist, and I’d say this gent was as good if not better. And for $30, you can’t beat that! Given that massages are done in a group setting, I can see it not being for everyone. However, I felt very comfortable and was more than relaxed. Go!

At the end of my most recent massage I was BITTEN by a large MOUSE on my toe as I set my feet back on the ground after the completion of my massage. After figuring out what happened I pointed out the rodent (who was darting back to a very large mouse hole in the wall). I watched the masseuse step on the mouses head and twist it until it died. He laughed and carried the mouse by the tail up to the man who works the check in desk and then out the front door into the mall across the entire hall while a bunch of people were getting massages! I was offered no apology; the man at the front desk laughed again when I pointed out I had actually been bitten, pointed at the restarting across the hall and charged full price for the massage.My toe is is completely inflamed and I am very concerned it is infected. Clearly, they dont understand the seriousness of the health concern of their workplace, and Im extremely concerned for others who get services from this place. I am still completely shocked by what happened and by how it was handled by the staff.I have been here several times, and no matter how good the work is this is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and service perspective. This is serious enough for them to shut down their business if I were to report this to the authority. I will not be returning to Imperial Foot Massage in the future and would not recommend other to this establishment.

Good for the money. I recommend this place. I go often and like all foot massage places you get a lot of different people and communication can be a challenge so the massage is always one if a kind, but Imperial has the best record with me as a place I would choose to go. Ive been at least 20 times and I will continue to go back.

Message was great, I love when they climb all over me, pull my arms etc. Dont expect a gentle massage, the lady I had was digging in and getting stuff moving as they usually do at these kinds of places. It is across the hall from an event center so the music was really loud tonight (Saturday night at 9:15-10:45 ish). The massage chair didnt stink as I saw in another review. I got the 75 min massage for 46.00 (CC). They massaged front and back, arms, hands, head, neck, feet, legs Employees dont seem to know English so if you need the bathroom its in the back left corner.

I have been here like 4 or 5 times and loved it until today. Had a wet used towel as cover, where I put my nose smelled like an ash tray and the lamest massage where all the others were incredible with no complaints. Also realized today they charge $2.00 to use credit card.

This is a very unique experience. It seems super shady, youre in a desolate empty Asian place, and open the doors into a kinda steamy dimly lit room lined up with tens of modified lazy boys. But for ONLY $27 youll get some middle aged Chinese guy giving his all to massage your head, shoulders, back, neck, feet, etc. All clothed of course, just roll up your pants for the warm water foot bath.

I love this place!! Like most food massage places they have rows of community massage chairs, but there are also a few places in back for a private massage. It is very inexpensive, but the massages are first rate. Call ahead to get on the schedule because they are always booked.

It hurts so good. I have a sensitive body/feet but I have never felt like it was way too much for me. If you are very sensitive or have an injury, tell them beforehand. Some of the massage therapists (if thats what they are called) are better than others, but I have never left and regretted my decision to go. Sure, you are in a slightly noisy and crowded room most times. But at $27 for an hour, its worth it. I always leave feeling relaxed.

Worst massage Ive ever had!! Shady business. Theres no way those people actually have any training.They tried to bully me into giving a tip, not letting me go without one. At that point I told them the massage was terrible and then they still insisted I give a tip. I had to argue just to get my credit card back.If I had been alone I would have walked out after five mins but I thought my friend was enjoying. It turns out his massage was the same - absolutely terrible. We were both more sore than before we came. The massages were like torture to sit through.Never again!

AMAZING!!! A full body massage for just $40!! you enter this funny dark room with two rows of velvet red recliners, they cover your eyes with a towel, put your feet in a bucket of hot water, and start rubbing all over. By the end you feel pleasantly light headed and relaxed like a noodle! Plus you get a punch card and can a free massage after 10 purchases! Fantastic!

This is not the cleanest of establishments. The massage chairs seemed dirty and the headrest had a funny stale smell. I did not see anyone cleaning the chairs between clients. Unfortunately, once i realized the chair was not clean, it was too late because the massage had already begun. It didn’t help to have a therapist who’s hands smelled of cigarettes. It was typical of the therapists here to have full on conversations in Chinese while working on, non-Chinese customers. The actual massage was good, nothing atypical of an Asian foot massage place. I’ve been there many times usually it’s great! This last time was awful! I think it’s under new ownership. My girl just left me in the beginning of my massage because there was an issue at the desk with another client. Then a few minutes later two men started arguing in there language loudly ruining my whole experience. Then my girl kept whispering to the person next to us and kept stoping during my massage.Talk on your own time I can still hear you even when you whisper. I brought 2 of my friends who had never been there. It was not what I told them it would be. The noise level that night was terrible. I was the last one to start and was the first one done between the 3 of us. I don’t think I got my full hour.... so disappointed...

First timer. I had read some reviews and thought to try. Here are some thoughts that I must have missed in my reading. Be absolutely silent. Some lady rudely said to me, “Don’t you notice that only you are talking?!?” I was whispering and asking what I needed to do since the Asian massage guys seemed to speak only some standard English phrases necessary for the job, ‘One hour? On back. Finish. Tip.” I didn’t know where to put my stuff and such as a first timer but apparently I was to intuitively know the answers. (In a small basket) Maybe there should be a sign at the entrance to be silent upon entry into this odd dimly lit room of 20 or so bodies covered in white towels, reclining in chair inches away from each other . Quite the sight. The chair is extremely uncomfortable. The various angles were awkward as he painfully poked, kneaded, pulled, mashed, and slapped. I’m going to assume acupressure takes a certain degree of deep pressure points to achieve benefits. But it does hurt. NOT a light floofy Swedish massage experience at all! Surprisingly, after wincing at each of his massage movements on my face, leg, feet, shoulders, neck, back, and arms for the the entire hour, I did feel great when I left. Lastly, expect to tip $5 more per person. He even quickly came outside to grab the missing $5 tip for my husband’s massage guy. Since it’s $28, $5 is a 18% tip!

Quality food body massage for $60 an hour. Theyre great at deep tissue. The only limit is they lack private room at that site, but sometimes can send you a person to take you to the other branch.

This place can be good or bad it really depends on who you get or are I guess. I’ve been going off and on for years and today called before we showed up because there have been a lot of closings of “foot massage” shops. We showed in time and the gentleman approached someone that stepped up after me and asked if he had an appointment and proceeded to make him one. Then he look to the next men that came along after me and asked them to which I finally interjected that I had. My husband stepped up and said he was with me and was ignored when I said for two people. The odd laughter when I came out of the bathroom was strange also. Besides that he got a scalp massage and I did not. Hum.... there is more but we shall see if there is a next time.

Oh my god. I have never been to a foot massage place but we decided to try it out during a bachelorette party. It turned out not to be just a foot massage but basically full body too!! It was an hour of absolute heaven that felt so great after a long weekend partying in heels. I have to find one of these places back in Wisconsin.

First, I am giving 2 stars because we have had good experiences here in the past, but my husband and I just got home from an absolutely awful visit (one star or lower).This is a cheap massage and you do give up some of the comforts of a true massage experience, I understand that, but our most recent visit was ridiculous. We were right next to the bathrooms so we got to experience all sorts of wonderful noises. Someone went into the bathroom multiple times during our hour long visit and was loudly coughing out phlegm. So gross. From these seats you can also very clearly hear everyone using the restroom. Not fun. The person next to me was snoring loudly, and the restaurant down the hall was having karaoke night, which I know about because I could hear every. single. song.All of the noises going on were so distracting, but not so much to distract me from my horrible massage. It just wasnt very good. My massage therapist kept on taking little rests and chatting with his coworkers. I felt like he was resting his hands on my butt for 1/4 of the massage without actually applying any real pressure. When the massage ended, I felt like I needed another full massage (from someone/somewhere else) because it was so underwhelming and just an overall frustrating experience.Also, just to end things with a bang, a few minutes before the massages were over, a table fell onto my husbands massage chair and was an inch away from landing on top of his head. No joke.We walked out of there laughing because it was such a horrible experience and hardly even believable. What a disappointment, because in the past we really liked this place.

Very busy place. It really depends who you get on the quality of the massge. Have been there a couple of times and the first time great massage with the right amount of pressure. Second time the guy really did not know what they were doing. My GF went 2x and said both massages not good. They did not apply much pressure. Also very noisy because of banquet hall across the way.

They charged me $26 for a half hour foot massage which is supposed to be $16 and still expected a tip, then they laughed at my 15 percent tip. The receptionist pretends not to know anything if you ask why the prices are that way. They didnt expect that I actually understand Chinese and could hear them discussing how much to over charge me and my friends.

Great Chinese body massage, head massage, foot bath, foot massage for a really good price. I usually get the $27 standard cash-only 1 hour and tip $5. The chairs are really comfortable, though it is a big room with about 10 comfy seated adjustable to lying down massage chairs all at work at once. But its not a problem because the room is darkened and they use light towels as eye masks and separate bigger ones as blankets as needed. Like most traditional massages I have had in town, clothes stay on but shoes and socks come off and you have to pull your pants up for the foot soak. Take note if wearing skinny jeans... Leggings are better. Best to call before (even 15 mins before) and leave you name and number with the time you want to come in or it might be too busy and they might not have a lot of spare masseuses. There are also lots of drop ins.

Nice massage but the place felt so tight. Definitely did not waste any space as there is a massage chair in every corner. The place is right across a busy chinese restaurant so it can get really noisy especially when patrons leave the door open. Difficult to relax. Owner should install a door closer.

One of the guys tells me the massage i get, not what i asked for. I asked for foot massage only but tells me no you get 1 hour foot and back massage. I told him no i said i just wanted foot massage but he kept insisting. After the massage they kept telling me to tip. I said no because i only asked for foot massage but the guys tells me what he wants me to get. I kept saying no. I said i dont have a choice youre not gonna give me that choice? Im suppose to tip you? He said yes and they kept insisting. Worst customer service. They didnt let me choose. I overheard another customer saying that he just wanted neck and shoulders but i didnt hear any arguments or disagreements from them. So whats the deal??

They cant keep good people. The ones they seem to keep are the one who are going through the motions, and the motions are tired. Same went back, and had a good one. Then that one quit then they replace with unskilled workers. Who just want the tips. lame massage last time I go there.

Been going here for a couple of years, such an excellent deal on a reflexology massage.

Wow am I in pain. I asked them to do it softly, and that means use their elbow and grind down into muscles. Told them my arm and shoulder was hurting a lot, the guy pulled on it and dug his finger and thumb into it hard. Ive met construction workers with more tender hands than them. Dont go here if youre really sore and looking for a quality massage.
