Marjarni, provided me with a very relaxing massage, gave me great tips on how to relax. I wish she would be available to give another me another massage. Seems like you therapists are extremely busy helping clients which is great .

Disrespectful of your time, poor business practices: While I cant speak for the in-clinic experience, their in-home option is poorly run. Ive scheduled four in-home, 90-min session, and scheduled two, 90-min massages as a Valentines gift for my husband. Of the four appointments, only the first one was on time, without a reschedule. Then, the second one was 60 mins late. The third appointment was a reschedule because there was a snow event on Friday, and the therapist couldnt make the Monday evening appointment. Last Friday, my appointment was cancelled by the clinic three hours prior to scheduled appointment time. The clinic staff graciously offered $50 off my next service, rescheduling for the following Friday, today. One hour prior to my appt time, I received a text that my therapist was stuck on traffic, and wouldnt be able to make it from Roosevelt to Edmonds in time my appointment at 4:30. The text read they would offer yet an additional $20 off my service, for an appointment start of 5. At 5:15, I called the clinic wondering where my therapist was. Then the field program manager (Lauren) called me to let me know he was a few minutes away, blaming him for being late. Then the field regional manager, Michelle, called to let me know that therapists are flakey, and that Lauren, the other manager is young and doesnt have professional experience. However, she also informed me that the appointment never should have been scheduled for 4:30, because my therapist was still in an appointment in the clinic. Not sitting in traffic after all, which is what Lauren the field scheduler text. Despite how much I loved this service, and was willing to pay a premium, this place is a disaster. If I was late to three of four appointments or rescheduled day of, Id be charge the entire amount. Stay far away from this place. Youre better off getting monthly massages from Massage Envy.

If I could give Marijani 1000 stars I would! I had a Reiki session with her and it was incredible. She has so much wisdom to share and I feel lucky that I was able to benefit from her amazing and healing work. If you need energy work done please do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her...you will wish you had done it sooner! : ) I will be booking a massage appointment with her next as my sister shared with me that it was one of the best massages she has had! My family sings Marijanis praises from the rooftop.

They harass people for the most petty things. Parking being the best example.

Great massage. Consistent quality with professional practitioners. Heard through the grapevine a while ago that they have questionable practices with paid time off. A couple of great practitioners left because they recognized they were getting cheated. I found other practitioners since I heard about that. I hope they get it sorted out because I want to return.

I had a massage with Ellen and she really listened to my needs and catered get massage to exactly what I was looking for. The only reason it lost 1 star was because when I was being rung up, I was charge more than what I expected. I asked about the $20 discount for new customers and the receptionist frankly said that new customers specifically had to ask for the discount because she gets in trouble if they just automatically give it to all new customers. This just sounded like a slightly underhanded business practice. Otherwise the massage did exactly what I wanted.

My husband absolutely adored his massage . It was a deep tissue with Tasha and she was simply amazing and worked wonders on his back and neck. We will definitely be back. Plus! They were able to find a gift certificate that I had lost which is just super awesome!!

I dont think its particularly easy finding a good fit massage therapist, but I have had, over the years, the fortune of finding several at DreamClinic for various upper and lower back, and sometimes shoulder or hip, issues. I need deep tissue medical massage with what is probably considered pretty strong pressure, but want someone who works into it and has a good flow from one area to another. Corey B at Queen Anne and Preston at Roosevelt are excellent.

My wife has been here at this location for about 2 years on and off. Its so beneficial that my wife is able to get massage before during and after her pregnancy. It made her feel much more at ease and relaxes her body when there are times of aches and pains.For me carrying 2 growing boys has its toll and I definitely always look forward to getting a massage. As a bigger guy, i realized that I needed a massage therapist who can put more pressure on my muscles to relax my tight bound muscles and tendons.As a suggestion, I use to feel bad switching massage therapists, but I realized that each person has their likes and dislikes, I know my body needs real deep tissue manipulation, therefore Mike has been a great recommendation that my wife told me to try.Today I worked with Richard, I had a lot of pressure and pain for my shoulders and my back. his powerful hands allowed my muscles to relax and feel so much better. Im a fairly big guy, so having strong pressure is the style and type of massage I was looking for and he took care of the body parts that where sore and needed concentrated attention. Very happy with another amazing massage therapist.

This place is always so busy. They have a small parking lot and you are lucky if you find parking. Otherwise, you have to fight to find a street spot. They are located near the busy street of Roosevelt so street parking is limited.They offer online scheduling which is very convenient. I find the prices to be a bit steep but they do accept insurance as well. They also have a membership which allows you to pay a little less for massages as long as you meet their membership requirements.I see Liz P. She is amazing. She listens to what I need and remembers my preferences. I always feel super relaxed when I leave. I wish I could afford to see her weekly! I have also seen another masseuse when Liz was ill, and she was good as well. The massage rooms are nice and roomy. The walls are not thin and I rarely hear traffic in the hallway or in the other rooms.Overall, super happy with Liz P. She is the best!

I have known about Dreamclinic for years. With their incredible reputation they are not exactly Seattles best kept secret. For years they have consistently brought a standard of massage that has no equal. To me it would be utterly inconceivable to go anywhere else! This place is always amazing and seems to hire only the best therapists. I definitely recommend you try them first before you go anywhere else.

I sit behind a computer desk for long hours and accumulate lots of tension around my neck, shoulders, and back. My insurance covers massages, so I decided to try Dreamclinic since they accept insurance. I’ve been going for several months now and have tried various therapists. I’m pleased to say I’ve been happy with nearly all of them. I prefer deep-tissue, so I want to give a big shout-out to Charylie, she’s awesome and I highly recommend. The location is great for me, I just walk down for my appointment, but they have a few parking spaces if you need to drive. I like the facility, it’s clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and very helpful, check in/out is a breeze. The online booking system is so great, it allows you to book several weeks in advance, so I usually book a few sessions at a time. I highly recommend Dreamclinic Roosevelt, it’s the best!

I love that there is a place near me where I can get a Thai massage. All the therapists Ive worked with have been great. They take the time to understand whats going on in your body, adjust as needed during the massage, and provide some helpful suggestions on stretches you can do in between appointments.

I was having this severe neck and upper back tightening for 3-5 days . ..I was able to get appointment in the hour on Sunday🙏..The room was very clean. The therapist was very professional asked the right questions, kept my privacy, checked on my comfort level during the session. ...She was very strong and very knowledgeable.My discomfort level was 9/10 now 2 days after 1/10.I have also been doing her suggestions of stretching and warm pack.

Samantha is the best massage therapist. She uses techniques that I had never experienced but bring me great relief. She is so kind and thoughtful and gives feedback on where she noticed the most tension on my body so I can pay more attention to those. She doesnt use too much oil like other therapist there do. She is very professional and knows what she is doing.

First massage ever!The Dreamclinic was exceedingly helpful, friendly, and professional. The massage therapist I saw (Liz) was very friendly and informative. She took the time to break down where my body was struggling and provided tips for the future. Any questions about gratuity, etc, were answered without a hint of awkwardness and utmost professionalism. Worth the trip.

TERRIBLE!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Awful service and customer care. I felt creeped out by the therapist the entire time I was there and completely inappropriate behavior made me want to get out of there as fast as possible. I can’t believe a place like this is still in business with the way they treat their clients. There are so many better places in Seattle to get your care without feeling like you’ve been violated.

Ive been receiving both massage and acupuncture from Dreamclinic. I have been having pain in my left hand that travels up into the arm, most likely from repetitive motion with typing. I had two acupuncture sessions and am now relieved to say I am pain free. Thanks to Tim for being my hero.

Just got back from a massage. It was my first massage ever, so I wasnt entire sure what to expect.... and I think Im a little obsessed. Id go back every day if I could!! The masseuse was extremely mellow, calming, and professional in his demeanor, and simultaneously powerful and gentle in his massage. I had told him that I felt like my neck and shoulders needed some attention, but he intuitively found all the tender spots without me having to say a word and gradually worked them out. I felt like a puddle when it was over... still do!Before I left, he also took the time to talk to me about dealing with any soreness, drinking plenty of water to flush out the toxins that were released, etc. Very thoughtful and thorough!

DreamClinic provides outstanding massage therapy, cupping, and accupuncture. Their therapists are top of the line and the customer support is excellent. I frequently go to DreamClinic in Roosevelt as part of my regular health routine. I highly recommend them.

I came for a 60 minute hot stone massage, a gift for my birthday. Ive had several hot stone massages before at different spas, and was excited to try dreamclinic seeing such great reviews. The front desk staff were very polite, and my massage therapist was sweet, but... I was disappointed with the massage and the experience. The room itself was sort of blah, no particular ambiance, and halfway through, a puppy who was apparently staying upstairs began barking, which was disruptive. The bed was not the most comfortable Ive experienced, just ok, and there was no aromatherapy or scented oil options, which, in this price range, I expected. The massage itself was pretty dry--my therapist used a lotion but not enough of it, and I felt her hands sort of chaff my skin rather than smoothly glide over it. She incorporated the hot stones into about half of my massage, which was disapointing--I would have liked more. My biggest complaint was that there was no finesse to my massage. Shed massage my arm, and then plop it down, stuff it back under the sheet, and move to the next spot. A great massage is sort of like choreography, seamless and fluid. This was choppy, and her massage technique at times felt lazy and unintentional, like she was mindlessly rubbing. The massage I had an Napolitano was 10 times better. Bummer. **later in the evening developed shooting pain in my neck! will be requesting refund. *** still have not heard from manager.
