Monica is brilliant. Her vast knowledge of structural integration and how the body moves gave me confidence from the beginning that I was in good hands. I have been to her for several appointments. I already feel a positive difference in my posture and am more aware of how I’m sitting and moving on a daily basis.I look forward to continued work with Monica to unwind my long-held tension patterns and to release more pain and stress from my body.
