F - minusWas told my two docs to go here anytime before 430 and they could do a quick lab / shot,. Got here at 4 on the dot. Was told they already closed down the lab. Sounded to me like the receptionist just wanted to leave early. Have to leave town , and now have do it without this done.

I’ve always had a great experience in this clinic. They greet you as you enter, have a screen that shows your wait time, have a nice fruit infused water, and a prescription vending machine! They will also get your free vaccinations in if you are due for any, even while there for something completely different.Their PT is fantastic. She’s incredibly smart and solution oriented yet realistic in limiting movements and exercise around your injury. She is also a pleasure to talk with as she runs tests and helps you with new exercises. Highly recommend this semi off the grid clinic.

Clean, never crowded. Very friendly staff. A clinic I actually dont mind going to!

So far Im really liking this office. Its a block from my workplace, and scheduling is easy - I can get in quickly. This may be because its a new clinic and folks dont know about it yet, so I hope the quick scheduling part doesnt change! Ive seen a physical therapist and a chiropractor there and both have seemed really knowledgeable and thorough. A colleague has seen one of the docs and really likes her. The office is brand new, as is everything in it, and they have nice touches like a water cooler favored with fresh fruit in the lobby while you wait. So far, so good! I will probably be switching from Northgate to this location for most of my needs since its a lot more convenient to reach.

I recently switched from another location to this one for my health care, even though the other clinic is closer to home and has better parking. Everything here is brand new and extremely clean and modern. I can always get a slot the same day as I call, and its actually a relaxing experience. They have a chiropractor in-house and have fuzzy kimono style tops instead of those awful gowns that tie in the back. It feels like a spa honestly. My tip is to schedule for 5pm or later because then all of the parking nearby opens up as people leave work.

Recently went here and had a good experience. New, clean facility. Kind and attentive staff. This office is 5 minutes from my home, which is a huge plus.

Be early or be out of luck. Unfortunately due to public transportation delays I was 5 mins late to my appointment and was told the chiropractor would no longer see me. Talk about customer service or patient care. Informed they run a really tight shift. Dont understand why they cant just cut my appointment short then rather then ask me to reschedule and spend another 45mins of time traveling there. SLU isnt the most easily accessible place. Safe to say I wont be coming back and instead seek referral elsewhere. Had Kaiser in CA and they were great, Keiser WA needs improvement.
