There was not an interpreter for the procedure, which I was looking for. Instead, the receptionist wasted our time calling for an interpreter over the phone, just to ask basic questions and do a review for the patient I was with, when clearly I said I would translate that part. She needs to be more precise.One of the nurses I encountered was nice. The other one with the Marilyn Monroe type of mole on her face was impatient and didnt even let the patient I was with recover in the recovery room, rushing that patient out, not even giving the amount of time it said on the case number time sheet at all. The patient was dizzy, not aware.
