I have been working with Justine for quite some time now and the mindset skills she has taught me have greatly improved my life in the process. I have dealt with bouts of anxiety and depression most of my life. I liked Justine the moment I met her. She is a life coach who truly cares about her clients. In the past, with therapists and councilors, I may have gone in and cried and complained about my troubles and actually left feeling worse. A session with Justine is the opposite of this. We do discuss my issues, but she guides me away from complaining and bad feelings that just don’t serve me. I leave our sessions feeling empowered, uplifted and ready to take action on whatever may be stressing me. On top of sessions with her in person or on the phone, she has reached out to me often to suggest tools (books to read, videos to watch, etc) to help keep me in a higher, happier vibe. To know she is thinking of me and checks in like that outside of our scheduled time together means so much. Justine truly goes above and beyond to make me feel supported. I feel lucky to have found her.

It hasn’t been easy, but Justine helps you work on your own stuff in the gentlest of manner. The way she helps you work on your own issues, increases your interpersonal skills across the board. She’s patient and understanding and leads you by example.  Justine is great to work with!

Justine has be a great help in my relationship with my boyfriend. She has opened up our understanding of each other with the skill she has taught us. We are so grateful to her for teaching us understand and communication. Without her we would not be together.

Finding Justine as a coach has been one of the best things I have done for myself and my future. She has been such a fabulous coach over the last couple years. Justine has been invaluable to me and has made a huge impact on my life. Ive worked with her on and off for about eight years, and every time I go back to work with her regularly, my quality of life becomes so much better. She is positive, supportive, and always seems to find a way to turn negative thinking around to a place of empowerment that you can start to upward spiral into. Anna is a true Earth Angel. I have so much love and adoration for this beautiful healer. She is so understanding, patient, uplifting, and unbelievablly supportive. She has such light, and it is a gift for her to share it.Our relationship began around March 2018, when I was in a very sad and lost place.
