Only become a patient here if you absolutely have to! Trying to get through on the phone is time consuming. You can hardly ever speak to someone and when you do manage to get an appointment expect to wait 15-20 minutes past your appointment time and if youre coming in for labs you should expect to wait 45 min to 1 hr.Honestly the only reason Ive come here is because I absolutely love my Dr its just unfortunate that the clinic is a nightmare to deal with.

Tried to make an appointment twice and both times had to wait over and hour for someone to pick up the phone. Its just ridiculous. Reception people are consistently unpleasant. They pretended they didnt understand a guy who had some accent and told him they will have an interpreter to call him.

Came in for the COVID test on Tuesday July 21st. There was some issue with the call center when I tried to make an appointment but Ana was on site and fixed everything up for me! She went really out of way to make sure I was taken care of. She got me on the phone with Paula who was really personable and helpful. She got me an appointment right then and there. I worked with (I think the name was) Sarah, who was so friendly and calming when I was so nervous. Thank you so much Neighborcare!

I’ve called multiple times to schedule a new patient appointment for my family and I, but was told that they weren’t taking new patients due to covid, which I understood, but I asked on two different occasions if our insurance was in contract with their facility and both times they said yes. My family went in to the clinic, and when they arrived the clinic did not put in the insurance information appropriately nor did they tell them that they were out of network! We are now stuck with a $380 bill. We called the billing department multiple times and are having to leave multiple messages with no call back. We have asked for the manager, with no response. I work as a receptionist for a medical facility as well, and this is not how they should handle their patients. Had we known the insurance was out of network, we would have gone somewhere else. Now we’ll be going to another facility due to these unfortunate events. I am not one to leave reviews at all, but this just needs to be addressed. We are still waiting for a response.11/16/2020: still no response. It’s been 1 month

Reading all these reviews i had to make sure i was looking up the right clinic. me and my family have been going here for years and they have been AMAZING to us. my PCP Dr. Wells is seriously the most helpful person ever.I know whenever there is something wrong or something doesn’t feel right with my me/my health he always has a solution.

This is a medical clinic with extremely low efficiency, extremely poor service, and chaotic management. It often delays the patients time and energy. But they are the first to make money. For example, dental treatments that can be done at one time in other clinics often take two to three times to complete here.

This clinic is VERY irresponsible particularly in regards to their scheduling habits. I have tried making an appointment with them 3x to get a TB test that I will need for work by the beginning of November, which I scheduled with neighborcare at the beginning of October. The first time I got a call from them saying they needed to reschedule because they didnt set me up with the correct staff member. The second time they said that the provider they scheduled me with wouldnt be there. Now theyre saying I cant come in until the end of November. Thanks to them I now am in a rush to change providers otherwise my job will be at risk.

I would avoid this clinic if at all possible. Not only are they disorganized, but I believe the staff is incompetent. I had an annual exam scheduled with them and had a confirmation text sent to me so I thought I was all set. On the day of my appointment, I checked in and waited 45 minutes and when I asked when Id be seen, they said my Doctor wasnt in that day! Then it took them a good half hour to figure out what to do with me and in the end, I had to re-schedule for another day. This is unacceptable. I can understand mistakes, but this appears to be a pattern that should not be tolerated, pandemic or no pandemic.

Have been trying to make an appointment for months after receiving texts to make an appointment as I havent been seen in a while and I have not been able to get through to an actual person I have waited on hold for more than 30 minutes at a time. Even calling as soon as they have opened and Im still not able to get through now that its urgent Im going to have to find somewhere else to go.

By far the best doctors I have seen. I want to leave a review to share a good experience. I have been consistently impressed by this staff. The man who takes my blood is a damn wizard he’s so good. He’s fast, painless, and kind.The doctors are truly exceptional. If you have ever gone to a doctor and felt unheard or had them be condescending you know the frustration that comes. The doctors here LISTENED and believed me. The doctor took the time to understand and respect my preferences. At times when two options were available, the doctor explained her point of view compassionately never talking down to me. When I disagreed and expressed hesitation about starting a new medication, she was not just accepting but encouraging.I cannot day enough wonderful things about this team. I hope they do read this. I hope they know I am grateful for FINALLY finding a doctor with whom I feel comfortable. Thank you. Sincerely. Thank you.

I was hit by a car and nearly died and all they did was shuffle me in and out of there like I was wasting their time. 5 broken ribs, shoulder broken in 2 places, 2 torn rotator cuffs, a broken foot, knee surgery, a concussion, lacerated organs.....All I got was Just up your ibuprofen amount. This place can go to hell. These arent doctors.

Highpoint Neighborcare is staffed by people. What I mean by this is that I have yet to speak to anyone here who holds themselves in higher regards than the people they are treating, its the first time Ive ever felt listened to as someone with chronic illness. Ive gone farther in my health journey with the doctors here than I have in 13+ years of being sick.I do wish they would do reminder calls, but theyre super busy too. Thats my only thing because Im terrible at adulting. :pMy son also comes here for his dental appointments and theyre so wonderful in that aspect also. His dentist is kind and respectful toward my child and you can see how comfortable children are there.All in all a+++For me to say that is a miracle!

No doubt that they have acquired some excellent physicians, but their inability to cover each other’s patients when out of office left our family hanging. TWICE! The first occurrence I could excuse, the second is absolutely inconsiderate. If you are experiencing anything that requires follow up (labs, ultrasounds, etc), please use caution as we have had to request follow up instead of them offering it.Unfortunate experience, as the premise of this office I can get behind, but the quality of care isn’t consistently good.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the physician and her assistant. My appointment didnt start on time, but I realize thats because the physician really took the time to listen to my concerns and ask me lots of relevant questions, so Im sure gives all her patients this kind of care and consideration. Im willing to wait a bit longer knowing I will be taken care of!

I was supposed to have an appointment at 10:45-check in time on Saturday the 1st, but then last minute around 10am. when I am already on my way! I get a call that my appointment has been canceled, and the person on the phone is trying to fulfill my medical requests over the phone. but excuse me I cant talk right now, I have to get off the phone because I have to explain to this non english hopelink taxi cab driver that he needs to turn around and take me back home. I have to tell the receptionist to call me back, i have to get off the phone and tell my hopelink driver that they have to turn around and take me back home. Then that hopelink driver is upset when really Im the one that really desperately needed to see the doctor. I had been sick with MRSA in the hospital not getting the care I need from other providers and really looking forward to seeing my own doctor. If you are going to cancel someones appointment at least give them two hours notice! The clinic says it opens at 9 a.m. on Saturday so really does it take until 10 a.m. when Im already on my way to let me know? The doctor I have Dr. Jonathan Wells is fantastic, but the rest of the clinic is in shambles. I live on the other side of town, but trying to keep my same doctor, if this is not unacceptable I dont know what is.

This place should not be allowed to give care.Doctors are racist, discriminatory, and undermine the concerns and beliefs of their patients. Doctors speak to people of color in condescending tones and laugh at them.They are very inappropriate and unprofessional; sending duplicate bills after they have already been paid.If you have proper insurance and understand the medical field, this place isn’t for you. Go somewhere with doctors of a higher caliber.

Dr. Wells is Phenomenal..... Maybe too good, but I hope he sticks around... He makes sure his team and his assistants are always on the same page and a step ahead so you dont get surprises.... Thanks Dr. Wells for making this clinic the best in the West.....

Im kind of shocked by the negative reviews for Neighborcare Health. People complain that they had to wait TEN MINUTES, or said they dont take walk-ins (they do), or that they dont have a dental clinic (they do) or that the dental clinic only takes teens (they take all ages) -- seems to me like they all expect to be treated like royalty, like they deserve treatment before anyone else.Get real people. This is a low-income clinic. A place that accepts medicaid patients and offers healthcare to anyone. That means there will be LONGER wait times, and those times will be unpredictable.I didnt have a good experience with one of the docs I saw (Dr. Dodd) a couple years ago, but went back a couple years later when I had a clogged ear, and was treated with total respect (by Dr. Wells) and had my ear unclogged in about 15 minutes. I could hear again -- better than I had in years, thanks to him.

This is a dental care place that you might need to avoid to visit by any means. The dentists were careless and the billing department will over charge you.I have two urgent dental procedures done there due to lack of dental insurance from job this Febuary. Neighborcare dental service at High Point was the only place can take walk-in to check on the problems and had the procedure done. Therefore, I went and had my procedures done by the dental clinic there.That was when the nightmare starts. Since I had no insurance coverage, in order to manage the massive bill I have to sign up with so called budget billing after the initial payment. So, since then I was sending check to the billng department but for few months my remaining balance were the same even my checks was deposited by them. Called several times but the person in charge cannot find the records of my payment from their computer system. I have gotten three to four bills in mails every month from the billing department with the same amount of remaining. This month after I made a payment through phone, I received another bill in mail for extra charge of 30 dollars out of nowhere.I am actually working on legal process to resolve the harassment and billing issues I have received from this clinic. In addition, my teeth procedures were done poorly and I am looking another dental clinic to fix the same problems on the same teeth. So, by any means, walk away from this place or the chain of this Neighborcare Health medical care system. They might be nice medical professionals who work there, but the later administrative nightmare and repeated same healthy problem makes you wondering if it is the right decision. Having a nice doctors or nurses do not equal to the excellence of the medical treatments nor the horrible billing nightmare afterward.If Google provided me a choice to give a no star review, I will not hesitate to give this place zero star. As a Seattle local, please be aware of this clinic and avoid them. They are those ones making profits out of the broken medical systems and underprivileged people.

This place does not have all doctors alot of them are most likey trainees. They have rarely ever in my year and years going there swabed test me... they just look and undermind you and send you off with no or mis diagnosis antibotic.... i had told them i got stab throat from my friend which had a swab test that day and a fill for 20 days and i had gotten a look and a ten day! Now i have gotten it plenty of times after becuase i believe it had never gone away fully. Do not stay at this place. So many better places you can go. I even have a scar from them sending me off with a sis that i could have been cured with medication and they, said theres nothing we can give you.

I am a 48 year old Man who opted to go to Highpoint Dental for Dentures.I had to have my teeth (( that where left )) removed.I had my entire upper teeth removed and they would not give me any pain medicine.After all that, My Dentist told me the insurance will be notified by the staff at the front desk and no one did anything until I finally called after 2 1/2 months.I was told my dentist quit the day after I saw her.I have had multiple visits to fill cavities that one or two should have done the trick so more money is generated and then a mix up that they say puts me in a Stand By only status.How unprofessional with a lack of dignity this dental Preschool is in working with folks that have serious problems,.Brush your teeth and never get involved with this Quack Operation. Who is My Dentist?

My experience with this care was horrible. This place while did not tell us that they do not take walk ins. So we had to wait from 7:00 to 11:28 just for them to tell us that they do not take walk ins. I really wish I could give them 1/4 of a star thats how bad the service is.

Ive been going here scent i was little and as i got older they have lost test results that I had to retake also miss diagnose me I told the doctor what was wrong and going on she said it was definitely one thing FYI I had tingling in my leg told her she said I pulled the muscle and Ill be just fine the next day I woke up and couldnt walk or how about the time where it says they open at 8 a.m. it was still closed they dont open until 9 so I had to call nine-one-one and go to the hospital when you call they never pick up the phone ever

Ive been a client of Neighborcare Health for almost 2 years now. I tried to set up an appointment, but waited on hold for over 10 min. Ive never been impressed with this place, it feels more like a free clinic than a Drs. Office.

This medical clinic has always treated my family well.Timothy John Telfair (reviewer above who gave only one star) is confused about where he had his dentistry done. This is a medical clinic (they do not have dentists) and the dental clinic upstairs only serves youths.
