Such a worst experience with this doctor Elizabeth Broussard at Pacific medical centre Northgate location. I wish their is 0 or negative rating. And also the phone representative for this North gate location, just a waste of time and not reliable of they are passing on information or playing around. The original appointment scheduled was different, suddenly they call up just a day before in the evening and change it to next day morning first appointment. When you call back to say I cant make it and ask to retain the first appointment, they again give you a different appointment. I couldnt make it still I tried to make it since they said and five min late to the appointment, the doc just cancels it all together, though I informed ahead of time that I am coming from far and running late. But they say the phone representative didnt inform them, though I made two calls to ensure. And even after I arrived there, the person at the desk takes more time contacting a wrong department then calling again to another dept. as she said. And said left message to a different dept.?! Those are the things they spoke, which is all confusing and just wasting time after I arrived at the office. And then say doc is with a different patient, so wait for her to get back. Firstly, if I am the one with the appointment at that time, how will doctor be with different patient in that time? After making me wait there for half hr, then they say doctor said she dont want to see now. Seriously!!! What kind of a game is this. Irritating and troubling patients so much, making them wait for so long and then not taking. Atleast I spoke about 6 or 7 calls overall for appointments and their calls to change etc., until this day of appointment. And still after all that hassle and bearing it patiently, this doctor ends up saying she dont want to see.If she anyway dont want to see, why to waste patients time so much. I would have rather scheduled in different location or different hospital. Such a worst experience with PacMed Northgate, all day heart palpitations and anxiety with their calls and unsurity on finally whats the schedule they confirmed.And this doctor changing everything last minute and ending up not even seeing the patient. Such an unprofessional way of handling! Tiring the patient who is already sick. Learn to be respectful of patients time too. They would have kids too or other schedules, which they need to change to accommodate all this. And inspite of all that, such a worst treatment. Very pathetic, irresponsible, annoying!!Not at all recommended to schedule with this doc, its just a waste of time!
