NOT PROFESSIONAL FIRST AID. I consider the work of the SWEDISH Medical Center ER absolutely inappropriate and want to open a complaint because of their services: I needed to go back to the ER, to see other doctors - which means LOTS of extra expenses, I now have nerve damage and could lose my finger. I have horrible pains, can’t use my left hand ONLY because the medical help at ER was done NOT PROFESSIONALLY.

My partner came in to the ER to get admitted to inpatient mental healthcare after being in such extreme crisis for weeks and months from crippling anxiety that they cant move or feed themself, and after 2 suicide attempts in the last several months, and was turned away with a pat on the back and a phone appointment with their case worker who is literally the one who kept telling them they need to be hospitalized, because, according to the Swedish ER staff, they are not a danger to themself. This is the state of mental health care in America. This is Washingtons best mental health facility, supposedly. I am disgusted and appalled.

I know things vary depending on time of day/night - but I want anyone reading this to know that Swedish Cherry Hill is about the most competent, friendly, professional and clean emergency room I have been in.Arrived 4am on a Friday. Was in a room by 4.30. Seen by a nurse by 4.45 and met the doctor at 5am. By this time I had been administered with pain relief and the ct scan was booked. I will be home in 45 minutes.As important as all of this is the fact that everyone who has cared for me has been truly polite.Thank you Swedish.

At this point it has taken three hours and no treatment yet. This place is totally disorganized, the staff are jerks, and they can’t give me any estimate on when I will be treated. A sad excuse for healthcare in this country!

10/5 stars.I had a guest staying at my community (I’m the community manager - not just a random stranger!) who was disabled and needed assistance so I brought him to two urgent care centers that said they couldn’t help him before bringing him to Swedish ER. The staff went above and beyond and showed the utmost care for him, accommodating with all necessary assistance in order to meet his special needs. I only wish I would have thought to catch the name of the nurse at the time because she was so kind, patient, and empathetic.If someone from Swedish reads this, please find out who she was and thank her again for me - she deserves recognition! The staff at Swedish Medical ER are amazing.They helped make a very stressful situation much less stressful.

I waited over an hr even though it did not seem busy and the staff was not friendly at all. Quality of care was also poor. I would not recommend this place.

Currently Waiting in lobby for over two hours and they are not even busy.. SmhI need help and shouldnt have to wait in lobby for hours. Not happy

This is by far the best emergency room I’ve ever been to nation wide. They are fast and efficient and have the most awesome bedside manner.

Lack of emergency room beds means you may have, as we did, a 4 hour wait. Staff not at all helpful.

This place suppose to be emergency room but this people dont really care about the patient it can take 45 min to an hour to get to triage. Very poor service

There are 2 nurses there who owe me a ride on my ten it’s time to collect
