I got an estimate from them but too much time had passed so they said they needed to come out and update the estimate. Even tho it was the same exact project.So I went ahead and scheduled a second appt for an estimate over a month ago and today they were a no show. They didn’t even call me. I had to call them to see if they were showing up. And they aren’t coming. They said They are happy to reschedule me in another month!! What a joke. I found another place happy to come out and do an estimate next week. I would not recommend Brennan Electric. .

They originally installed my heat pump and did such a great job I had them do some more electrical work. They electricians were great, we had two guys DJ and Tony. Very professional and clean. They were courteous and helpful. I wanted to get some can lights installed, they saw the job and during the installation said they would install a portion of them take a look and see if the lights will be too much before cutting and installing for all 5 lights. But that kind of forethought is important, I cannot uncut a hole in the ceiling but they were thinking about it. Turns out we wanted to the extra light anyway. I have nothing but good things to say about Brennan Electric. I will be using them again for future electrical needs.

Requested to install NEMA 14-50 plug for EV charging. If I didnt ask first, electrician would install non gfci breaker when gfci is now required by the code. I would not pass the inspection. He did not have parts so job needs to be rescheduled. I was never contacted back.This company does the very basic install, and if you want to customize it a little (like recess the outlet) they would not bother.I ended up pulling the permit and doing all the work myself. $60 in parts (I hardwired charging station instead) and 2 hours of work. My quote was $700-800 plus tax and permit for the plug, they do not hardwire.Very unprofessional for what you pay.

On the day the electrician came he was on time, communication was easy, he had good ideas to make things even better and he was done quickly. Brennan electrics is a great shop to work with. We used them for electrical services in remodeling our kitchen, dining, and living room. A decently complex job (for me), but they made quick work of it. They ask a lot of questions to make sure they gave us our vision and told us the process as we went. The whole job took 4-5 visits (because of us), but Joe and crew were accommodating and flexible when needed (I broke ankle half way through so we didnt have the backsplash done in time), they worked around it. Really great team!

This is my 2nd service with Brennan and my experience has been great! Alfred installed a new circuit and outlet with a 35’ run on the ceiling for EV car charging and took great care of working with my garage setup. He let me know what kind if wiring would be used and that it was suitable for sustained load charging. Will definitely use Brennan again for my electrical needs.

We recently hired Brennan through Costco when our furnace stopped working. Even though the weather was getting colder, Dillon was able to schedule an install within a few days of contacting them. Their installers were polite and did a good job. They had the new furnace up and working in no time and it easily passed our citys electrical and mechanical inspections.Hopefully we wont need these services again anytime soon, but if we do we will certainly keep Brennan at the top of our list.

Just wanted to find a way to thank you guys for sending Jim Hohenstein to do the repair work at our house. He was friendly, super competent, super efficient and a great problem solver. We want to give him top rating as he was excellent, but do not know how. Aaron was very helpful in explaining the electrical side of what he was doing, how it pertained to the units, and what I needed to do if something went wrong. He was on time and did his part so the other installers could do their part. Tarran and Ray did all the reconstruction of my new furnace, the refrigerant lines and drains, and install of my new thermostat. I highly recommend having Brennan install your heat pump and upgrade your furnace.

Alfred and everyone at Brennan has been great to work with. They installed a heat pump and replaced the air handler in our house, and a mini split in our mother in law apt. The work was on time and looks great. I apologize to them for not moving the paving stones far enough out of their way to install the mini split. Our experience has left us with no doubt that we can entrust Brennan with any jobs within their scope of practice!!

Great professional service beginning with Todd who came out and assessed my home and helped me determine what would work best. This was through Costco and I am very happy with my purchase. Brennan Electric and it folks, Pat, Ryan and Mikey as well as several other folks were prompt, careful, cheerful and quick. The whole process took under 6 hours from arrival to departure. Very good for needing to work in a crawl space and pull wire under the house. When my local building inspector came he made the comment that Brennan always does good work so their work is easy to inspect and approve. Big thanks for great work and a wonderful experience with a very quiet system that doesnt interfere with patio conversations when it comes on.

This is the second electrical project in my home I have used Brennan to complete. On both occasions I have been extremely pleased. This time, I hired them to install outlets for under-cabinet lighting in our kitchen. The price they quoted me over the phone was confirmed when Jim arrived. He installed the plugs exactly as I had envisioned them. Afterward, he not only vacuumed out the cabinets and countertops, but he even vacuumed the kitchen floor. I was totally impressed! Marty was very helpful in quickly identifying the cause of what I thought was a rather odd electrical problem which appeared to be happening randomly. It took him very little time to diagnose, explain the problem to me, and then fix it. He replaced a part in the garage electrical panel. I’m a happy customer.

My old Seattle home needed a complete conversion from knob and tube wiring to a completely new 200 amp wiring system. Jim originally came to the house and spent over an hour reviewing the out dated system, evaluating my needs while making suggestions for light fixtures in select areas. Scheduling the project with Mercedes was a breeze as she kept me informed of the start and stop dates. DJ and Jim (who did the original walk through) showed up a day before the start date to block in some outlets. The following Monday they both arrived on time to start the work. The project evolved into a more complicated project that originally anticipated due to adverse access issues. Brennan was able to schedule additional days and times when Jim was able to work well into the evening and even on a Saturday. Jim was also very accommodating when he came back to install temporary outlets and switches so we would have electricity for the remainder of the project. All in all, Brennan was very easy to work with and the electricians (Jim and DJ) were very professional throughout the project. I highly recommend Brennan Electric to anyone needing an electrical system update.

Michael did a thorough inspection of the electrical system of my 1904 built house which helped me understand how he would upgrade the knob and tube wiring. And the quote he gave was very competitive! Ive used Brennan previously for an A/C install and a hot tub install and they have done quality work each time.

Brennan Electrical did a professional job at replacing a 40 year old furnace, a 30 year old water heater and placing a new AC unit. The team was very thorough in evaluating the job and placing the new conduits to keep them out of the way. Alfred had a challenge in routing the electrical wires to the AC unit, when finished it looked awesome. He followed the house lines and kept them away from future projects. He also provided valuable service in diagnosing an electrical box challenge. Looks like a future project for Brennan Electrical. I highly recommend the team for furnace, AC and water heater upgrades or new installs.

Just had a tankless water heater put in through the Costco program. Sales rep was friendly and wasn’t pushy. Installation techs were nice and answered all my questions. Great group of people. Will be dealing again with them for future purposes.

Jim and Lamin fixed an outage at my house quickly and well. They first tried to discover the problem quickly but, when that failed, came back promptly and did a more detailed analysis requiring a wiring mapping and were able to return us to working order with minimal fuss. Seem to be good guys too. I only don’t give them a five-star rating because I don’t give that rating.

Brennan Electric just completed the electrical portion of our new heat pump installation. (Dec 2018) The electrician, Bobby, was just great. His excellent knowledge and top notch expertise re-enforced our decision to rely on Brennan for our heater replacement / conversion to a heat pump system. We have several electrical system challenges in our older home and I look forward to engaging Brennan Electrical, to service those needs in the near future.

When my heat pump needed replacement I got bids from several companies. I decided on Brennan because of the Costco connection. Their bid was comparable but the rebate card made them the best deal. They arrive to do the job promptly And completed the installation in a day even though there were significant problems getting the heat pump into my backyard. There were a couple of problems that they dealt with promptly and professionally. From the office staff to the field team this company works hard to do a good job. Overall, even given the issues with my particular installation, I would give these guys five stars and hire them again.

Its been over a month and I am still waiting for an estimate for a light fixture repair. I contacted them about this and they promised me that it would be done by the end of the week. That was 3 weeks ago.

I cant criticize Brennan Electric too much, for we were without heat and they showed up a couple of days later with 5 trucks and did a great job installing our new furnace and air conditioning unit. I only gave them 3 stars though, because they married the new furnace up to an existing electrostatic filter and left it dirty. Also, the vents were supposed to be cleaned but the guy never showed up and my attempt to reschedule vent cleaning was fruitless.

We had Brennan replace a broken disconnect box for our heat pump. The guy was friendly and knew what he was doing. I am very pleased!

Brennan electric did a great job installing my new HVAC system. I would give a 5 star rating but didn’t get knowledge of where to purchase a new replacement filter. As it’s a special filter I’m having trouble locating it and now 6 months after installation I need one.

The first company I arranged to come out, didnt even bother to show up on the date we agreed upon. I called Brennan Electric after a friend suggested I try them and they were able to schedule our project in a reasonable time frame. Jim, the electrician that came out was professional, knowledgable and put us at ease. He did a professional job. He came back again to install our cooktop on short notice as well. I felt like he took care of our project as if it was his own home. We will use Brennan Electric again in the future when we have projects that fit their service. Great communication and execution. Bobby explained what would be done and gave specifics on how things would be done including routing of cables and placement of wall and ceiling penetrations and boxes for the installation of an air conditioning system. He and Josh made certain that everything was complete before they left, and they didnt leave a mess. They opted to do things right over doing things the easiest way. The result is a functioning system without a negative appearance. Great work! And done with a smile.

Jim H. arrived on time and walked through all of the options for replacing our old, noisy wall heaters. He even recommended a heat pump for our main floor after asking some questions about where we spend the most time. I greatly appreciated his ballpark costs of various solutions and look forward to scheduling work when the estimate comes in.

Josh was on time and highly professional. Diagnosed and did repairs quickly, including suggesting that I return a $50. LED closet light fixture that I didnt really need, and just get a $6.00 flourescent replacement bulb. (A big box store clerk convinced me I needed the LED fixture.) Josh couldnt have been nicer and he will now be my go to electrician!

Quote was very high. When office called for follow up I requested the electrician to call me back to explain charges, no call back.

Id like to take a moment to describe how to properly merge in traffic. When your lane is ending, you position yourself between two cars and merge in one at a time like a zipper. This is called a zipper merge and is the correct way to merge on WA roads according to the WSDOT. Additionally, when YOUR lane is the one ending, you do not have the right of way and must yield to traffic in the continuing lane.The way NOT to merge, is to tailgate the car in front of you to force your company truck into a gap that wasnt made for you, causing people to slam on their brakes.If someone cant grasp this very simple driving concept, or the idea of driving politely and correctly while representing a company, I certainly wouldnt want them in my home working on things where cutting corners could cause physical harm or death like electrical work.If youd like to know who to thank for this review, please direct your attention to whoever was driving truck 81 through Silverdale at 1:45 on July 19th, 2019.

Job that was supposed to take 2 days was finally finished after almost 6 weeks. Two no call/no shows for scheduled work days, and a cancellation/reschdule the night before work was to be done. Very poor communication not only with me as a customer but within the employees of the company as well. Satisfied with the finished work but it was extremely unpleasent getting to that point.

Brennan provided a very honest appraisal of what products we needed and did not try to upsell their product or service. They were ontime, very professional, did a great job. Would not hesitate to use them again

We’ve used Brennan twice for installation of outdoor lighting and replacement of all exterior light fixtures. Both times Josh Dulaney was the electrician who came out. He was very helpful in our initial meeting, offering suggestions and answering our questions. When it came time for installation, he arrived promptly (not easy since he had to take a ferry to reach us) and got right to work. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. He disposed of all the old fixtures, wires, bulbs, saving us the hassle. We now have much more (and better quality) outdoor lighting than before. We highly recommend Brennan Electric.

I was referred to Brennan for some minor electrical work and I was very disappointed in the lack of customer care I received from both the electricial department and electrician. I had to call several times to get my appointment scheduled in the first place. When I finally got an appointment scheduled, I was given a 2 hour window of when the electrician would arrive. After not showing up w/ in the 2 hr time frame I called the main office to get an update. Was told he was on his way. An hour later I called again and couldn’t reach anyone and left a voicemail. Almost 2 hour after my 2 hr scheduled window he arrived. It took him longer to ring up my charges than it did to fix the problem...$200 later. I am only giving one star for actually completing work!!!
