Good luck getting them to pick up the phone. On hold for 45 min no one picked up. Apparently wait time was only one minute.

I have been using PacMed Northgate for 8 years since moving nearby. The facility is older and lacks ambience but I have found the doctors and nursing staff excellent, service quick, appointments available when I need them and good follow-up. Dr Ware and Dr Fox are particularly strong providers and highly recommended if you like the facts and collaborate in your care.

Receptionist was kinda rude to me and very unhelpful.

When I type in covid testing site seattle. This place pops up number 2. When I got on the phone with them they told me they no longer provide testing, TAKE THIS DOWN FROM THE SEARCH INQUIRY

This facility is decent. There is enough free parking. The place is kept clean. If there are any negatives it would be the some of the staff. The receptionists at the front desk to their job to a minimum and within their parameters (dont expect anyone to go above & beyond). You must be assertive and ask any questions because they will not give any information other than what your co-pay is and directing you to where your appointment is located. The medical assistants are cool, kind and personable. They do their best to answer questions & concerns to their capacity. The location is convenient (right across from the Northgate mall on 5th Ave NE side).

Dr. Ware is amazing, she listens to everything you need to tell her and instead of pushing different follow ups to be within the PAC Med system she will also refer outside if it suits your needs best. Definitely recommend 100%. The only issue with my appointment was the receptionist when checking in seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and forgot to give me multiple forms.

I have been going to Pac Med clinics for the last 5 years. I started going there to see Dr Wemple for Gout. She has been great and I see her yearly now for a couple of immune diseases. Ive see a number of the doctors; Dr. Paramsothy, Dr. Bressie, Dr. Venema, Dr Ahmed, Dr Leu, Dr. Fu... I highly recommend all of these doctors. They are kind and very caring. Dr. Bressie saved my life when I had multiple blood clots in both lungs and both legs! Dr. Paramsothy treats us like family and we both enjoy seeing her. The reception desk is always polite and helpful. Weve considered trying to find doctors closer but do not want to lose the close relationship we have with these great doctors! I almost forgot about the great medical assistants and nurses!!!

DO NOT try to see Dr. Fox here. They cancelled my appointment TWICE and then told me I couldn’t reschedule for 6 months. I can’t get medical care because they don’t know how to schedule appointments.

They are apparently incapable of sending a prescription to the right pharmacy. They’ve sent me prescription out of town three times.
