Absolutely my favorite place. Ajah is such an amazing woman, im so comfortable everytime i go in for a wax, and if she wasnt moving id say go no where else!

Highly recommend. I went there this afternoon. Because the Covid,it was allowed just one costumer at the time ( and I love it!). Everything was very clean and organized. I was assisted by the owner Ajah ( wearing face mask all the time!). She is simply amazing. My brazilian wax was painless, faster and safer ( due Covid I think 🤔) than I expected. She paid attention to all details ( even small broken hair after the procedure), she took all unwanted hair off! Because she was following all cdc guidelines I felt very safe and my brazilian wax was well done. Surely, Ill be back!

For a Groupon deal I felt like I got what I paid for. Its a cute little house with a new business setup. I appreciate that the owner started a business on her own. While her business is growing, it’s obvious that she needs help, and should really be focusing on other parts of her business, like improving on communication and customer service skills.The waxing job wasnt painful, but the finish was messy. I asked for a squeaky clean finish but the first result wasnt clean. I had to ask her to come back and show the left overs that she hadnt noticed. Also probably not a good idea to tell a customer this wax is going to feel a little hot but it wont kill you. The professional to do is ask the customer first how they are feeling about the heat and whether they are able to handle it, which she eventually did.The owner is a sweet and funny person and was generous with her wax. But she seems stressed with the reality of running a business which may be affecting the quality of her work. I do recommend this place, but be sure to clearly communicate exactly what you need from her.

She is great! This was my first Brazilian wax and although it was not completely pain free(as it shouldnt be), it was definitely not bad at all!! She is very professional and funny, which makes the experience more doable! afterwards she takes care of every detail making sure you are happy with the result ! I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been getting waxed and sugared for years now and today’s appointment at Spa ‘Olena has to be one of the best appointments I’ve had. Ajah was professional, honest, and friendly. It was also a plus that this was one of the least painful waxes I’ve ever experienced. 10/10 highly recommend.

Ajah is amazing! She’s probably the best wax specialist I have ever been to. The location of spa O’lena is so homey and feels like u are getting waxed at your house! Highly recommend her!

Ajah is amazing at facials. I visit her monthly. While she is giving me a facial she also finds time to massage my arms, neck, and shoulders. She makes me feel at ease and I always leave feeling relaxedNote that I had bumps and build up on my face that she quickly addressed with two facials within 2 weeks. Now its just maintenance mode

The waxing here is the best. Seriously, stop going anywhere else. Prices are good and the quality is consistently fantastic.

WOW!!!! I’ve been waxed by many different estheticians and Aja was hands down my favorite and most pleasant wax I’ve ever had. She took 15 minutes!!!! Quickest Brazilian wax I’ve ever had... On top of that, she had the best conversation and kept me very distracted. She also used a special technique for pain. I highly recommend this woman! She’s super sweet and incredibly good at what she does.

Last time I just left 5 stars with no description.Now let me tell you!She is wonderful, she is great! She does her job excellent (well I do Brazilian wax).And while she is doing it, you dont feel uncomfortable at all. She is joking, making process pretty smooth.She always tries to fit you in schedule, ofcourse dont call like last minute. But if you do it ahead Im pretty you can get in the time you need.Sad part, if I tell you how great she is, it might be hard to book with her in the future. But you know what? She deserves it! And she is the owner of the business, so she cares)

I got a Groupon for a Brazilian, which made me a bit scared at first...but when I met the owner, and learned she was from Hawaii too, I knew I was in the right place. I felt comfortable, and there was no quick throw it on and rip it off. She was able to make the whole thing pain free and used a different type of wax that was nice and didnt leave my skin swollen and red.The wax job itself was super thorough, she took lots of time to get everything, including belly hair and lots of ingrowns. Would definitely recommend!!!! Coming from someone who gets terrible ingrowns and have had lots of waxes.
