I had sugaring done by Ceanna and it was amazing! She was beyond friendly, listened to me and made my experience very personal. She definitely knew her stuff...The space was clean and the bed she used was super comfortable. I highly recommend her!!

I love working with Ceanna. She knows a lot about skin and is gentle. Her coffee scrub makes my skin feel so soft and I glow every time I use it. I also have her do my eyelash extensions; She is a perfectionist which is exactly what I want when your working on my face. I would not trust anyone else to touch my face and especially my eyelashes! She is by far the best. A true artist. Anyone can pay to be trained in her field, but she was ment to do this and the talent she has cannot be bought. She has a gift for working with skin, eyelash art, and wellness in general. She makes it a true art. And you completely trust that are safe in her hands.

Ceanna is an esthetic artist through and through! Her lashes are absolutely gorgeous. Her facials divine.

Ive had both facials and sugaring done by Ceanna, and what a great experience! She was kind, easy to book and the space downstairs was a comfy bed that felt like lying on a cloud. Ceanna was fun and personable, and knew her stuff. I know friends whove had the eye lashes done and love them. I highly recommend Ceanna!!

This review is for the customer service of Ceanna over emails and not the facial as I never got to have the facial done. I cancelled few appointments before (1 in July and 2 in August) as I was traveling a lot and also because of my doctors appointments but I always cancelled months before. On August 22nd I received an email from her saying that she had quite a few bookings and then cancellations from me and if I was coming for a facial on August 24th but I dont know why she asked me that because I had canceled that appointment on May 6th and I am sure being the owner she has a better access to the booking site than me, still I told her that I had been out of town lately and that I booked an appointment for 14th September, she didnt send me any reply after this. Then, I sent her an email on September 1st asking how early do I need to come for my appointment on the 14th as I am a new customer, I got an email from her saying, quoted below:Unfortunately that date is no longer available for an appointment. Your appointment will be cancelled. At this time I am not taking any new clients. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you would like a recommendation for somewhere to get a facial.I then sent her an email saying that I had booked the appointment on August 3rd and it still shows that my appointment is booked. Also, when she had sent me an email on August 22nd and I told her about my September 14th appointment she didnt tell me that it was cancelled, but I didnt get any reply.What I didnt like is customers always need to pay if they dont give 24 hours notice but when it comes to the salon or spa dont they need to follow the same rule?? I know it didnt happen in a period of 24 hours but if I wouldnt have sent her an email on September 1st may be she wouldnt have informed me that I no longer have an appointment on the 14th. I had read good reviews about her work and I really wanted to try Ayurvedic facial but I am really disappointed with this experience.
