Inconsistent with policy.I think my partner and I saw Mark 5 times total. He was ok, however we had 3 weeks running where:We cancelled with 24 hour notice because I was sick.He literally didnt show up with no real explanation.We cancelled with less than 24 hour notice because my partner was sick.Luckily I called before our next scheduled appointment, because he had given it away knowing we took a two hour bus to get to his office. If I hadnt called day of, we would have shown up having no idea what had happens.As such, not recommended. Not showing up was bad enough, and it wasnt until the final random cancellation that I thought about all the calls and emails not returned, the inconsistency, and the general not listening. 2 stars for showing up when it worked for him.
