She is the outside the box thinking type of doctor. She really cares, she is creative and very intelligent. Ive had many doctors work on my teeth during my lifetime and I feel she is one of the best. She has done things no other doctors would have done to give me a good looking smile within my situation and my budget. I have been coming to her for many years by a recommendation and I will continue to bring my family to her and recommend others to her. (She was highly recommended by several of my co-workers at my former clinic).

I have entirely opposite review for this place, I came here for tooth pain, the doctor took a x-ray, without any explaining she just kept saying how bad my gum and tooth condition is and used a iron hook to clean some teeth calculus, no follow-up no explanation and sent me back home. It happened again after one/two months and I ended up visiting another dentist, what I really need is a root canal treatment since the teeth pulp has been infected, they referred me to endodontist and finally I got the proper treatment I should have at very beginning. IMHO she wasnt able to make correct diagnose at diseases early stage and point me to right resources I needed, which allowed the infections developed for extra time and thats totally avoidable, I think its the biggest irresponsibility here. Wont recommend this place to anyone who wanna find someone really knowledge and responsible for what youre suffering.

Dr. Dehkordi has been my dentist for 15 years. She is fantastic. Im almost happy to go to the dentist. Shes respectful and very skilled. I have No reservations or complaints. A plus!

Let me start by saying that I am petrified of the dentist. In light of that, Dr. Dehkordi and her staff are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and understanding. They make every effort to ensure my comfort (and to quell my rather irrational fears). I have referred numerous friends to her practice; there is nowhere else that I would prefer to go, and I highly, HIGHLY recommend her.

Dr. Azar Dehkordi is the best dentist in town. She is professional yet gentle and methodical. A serious dentist with a very pleasant staff. My husband and I have been with her 20 years now! Shes actually corrected most of the blunders made by mediocre dentists from the past. We highly recommend Dr. Azar Dehkordi. She is hand down one of the best!

Thank goodness for Dr.Dehkordi! I was lucky enough to chip my front tooth eating a sandwich on my lunch break from work! I had chipped it as a kid and the bonding from that finally kicked the bucket. I frantically called different dental offices hoping to get a same day appointment. I thought it was a lost cause until the angels at 5th ave family dentistry got me in right away!Not only did they see me right away, but Dr. Dehkordi did an excellent job replacing the bonding on my tooth. I will definitely be back!

This is a very good place to go for teeth care. Dr Dehkordi is a very competent dentist. I recommend her highly. Shes really nice too. She was the first dentist to make a care plan for me so I could take care of my urgent teeth first and wait on the rest.

The folks at 5th Avenue Dentistry are always kind, easy going, professional and punctual. Ive never had to wait more than a couple of minutes after appointment time. Theyve got a knack for making you feel relaxed in what can be an uncomfortable setting for some.

Dr. Dehkordi got me in immediately after I broke a tooth. She is very careful about patient comfort and did good work on a temporary repair, pending replacement with a crown.

I cannot recommend Fifth Avenue Family Dentistry highly enough! At my appointments, I am always warmly welcomed by their long-time receptionist, Janelle and my visits are always positive experiences for me. Dr. Dehkordi is a very warm, kind practitioner and a very knowledgeable professional. One skill I have often found lacking in other healthcare providers is the ability to clearly and succinctly outline and explain the steps involved in various procedures to their patients. Dr. Dehkordi is highly skilled but she is equally adept at communicating which is an aspect of her care that I deeply value and appreciate. She always provides me with clear explanations as well as her rationale for the choices she makes and the steps she takes in caring for my oral health. She is also very relatable which is another skill that other healthcare providers do not always master effectively along with their technical training. In short, I am a very happy and satisfied patient of Dr. Dehkordi and her practice and I hope that she remains in our city for many years to come!
