I had an extraction and bone graft and was very pleased. Dr Brenner and Leslie were efficient but patient with my questions, and the procedure was quicker and more painless than I expected. It’s a small thing, but I also really appreciated the mouth insert that allowed my jaw to rest while they worked. And spinning my blood in a centrifuge and showing me the separation that was used to place a layer of “healing” blood cells over top of the graft was pretty cool. Great job, folks!

I definitely feel like Im in good hands when Im at Dr. Brenners office. The staff are all kind and helpful and the office is always clean and even has fresh flowers on display.This office is like the ultimate dentist experience that everyone hopes to have. I dont hate the dentist as much anymore, which is a huge relief.I also feel like Dr. Brenner is very honest and cares a lot about quality of care because he referred me to the best oral surgeon with the most experience with my particular issue, even though he could have tried to do it himself, he wanted me to get the best surgeon for the job.So that makes me feel even better! Extremely professional, attentive, kind, and I am very happy with their services so far.I have to have a lot of work done ($30k+ after insurance) and so far everything has gone as expected/described. Most recently, I got 6-8 back teeth extracted; I was there an hour, hour and a half, in and out pretty quick, not enough pain to warrant anything stronger than prescribed ibuprofen.I have a good rapport with Cindy, Vita, Leslie, and the person at the front desk whose name escapes me; theyre all great and I enjoy talking to everyone there. Dr. Brenner is from my home state, so I have a good rapport with him also. I previously went to a really mean dentist in the lower QA area, and so the people in this office are a huge breath of fresh air in comparison.I also have better habits with brushing and water-flossing from them teaching me how to do it and what current tech is available, and it is much more enjoyable to go in. I never realized until I came here how much the staffs & dentists attitudes affect my attendance and desire to go in as well as my adherence to their recommendations.The only thing I would say negative is sometimes their office is difficult to get a hold of because of their office hours but you can see from my rating that hasnt made me any less unhappy. And theres only one or two dentists there I think, not many, so I cant really blame them for not having more hours than they do.When I had my sleep study done through them, they went the extra mile to get on my medical insurance (they were already on my dental but dental doesnt cover sleep stuff) for the treatment to make it cheaper and easier for me. I was expecting to submit out of network bills to my med insurance and get reimbursed but it looks like I wont have to do that thanks to them.

Everyone there is so kind and they have really positive energy, I usually end up leaving happier that today was my by monthly teeth cleaning, which was certainly not the case previously. They are very good at listening to my concerns and wants, and enthusiastic about helping me reach my health goals.

I can’t say that I really love the dentist but the team at Brenner Dental Care make visiting the dentist much more enjoyable. I am what they call “an anxious patient” so they are always really kind, understanding and patient. I think the best thing about this practice is that everyone is genuinely nice and seems to really enjoy being there. My whole family are patients of Dr. Brenner’s and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Brenner was great; however, his staff were extremely difficult to deal with as others mentioned here in the review. I visited the clinic in April 2021.They are charging $20 per visit, to swipe down the chair you used it, guess why? Because COVID-19 happened!Front desk will surprise/force you to pay $20 in cash which will not be covered or mentioned to your insurance and they take this consent, without which you cant see the Doctor.What will you do? Pay it being helpless.Whereas, same city Seattle, all public commutes (bus/train/street cars) were free of charge for 4 months during pandemic.Very disappointing to take advantage of the situation like this. Request them to review this clinic practice and business ethics.

I’ve been going to Dr. Brenner for about 5 years now and I cannot say enough great things about him and the staff there. I’ve always had issues with my teeth and have seen a couple dentists who do not take their time nor care about patients to get them to a healthier place. Dr. Brenner takes his time to be thorough, has the technology in the office to get the job done and is mindful of how he can learn and adapt to new things for his patients. I’ve had teeth grinding issues for 15+ years and not until seeing him has it been suggested it could be a sleep issue, which grinding has recently been associated to. I appreciate his willingness to help solve the problem while taking care of my teeth. The office is filled with pleasant staff and is very clean. Can’t recommend enough.

A well earned 5 stars from me! Ive been going here for about a year now, and Ive had two cleanings, a cosmetic fix, and a cavity filling done. The staff is top notch! It all starts with April and the entire reception team; you will always hear an enthusiastic professional voice that you can rely on to help you navigate insurance, and appointments with ease. Then the hygienists, they are always patient and accommodating. I had BAD anxiety about going to the dentist, but every trip here literally eases my worries. I always leave more confident, and feeling really taken care of. They are gentle, patient, attentive, and thorough. Finally theres Dr. Brenner. A kind and calm energy, Dr. Brenner is exceptional at his job. He makes sure that you know everything hes doing, and that first and foremost you as the patient are comfortable. I never have any surprises, and he ALWAYS makes time for my questions or concerns. My latest visit was mostly cosmetic and Dr. Brenner performed the delicate procedure perfectly, with the hands of an artist. Considering I have to live with the look of my front tooth everyday, this is something I cant thank him enough for. I appreciate this office, and they more than earned this review. Thank you guys so much for staying open during this pandemic, and not just doing the normal things, but ALWAYS going above and beyond.

Dr. Brenner was great; however, his staff were extremely difficult to deal with.To start off, they will, without notice, charge you an extra “PPE Fee” and claim that “your insurance does not cover it” (spoke with my insurance rep and verified that their office is in fact reimbursed for this fee). Such a shame to see that they are double dipping and taking advantage of the current situation.Secondly, they attempted to overcharge me for a procedure the day I showed up for my appointment. Thankfully I had the exact quote from my insurance, which specified the exact amount I owed to the office, and wasn’t charged the $100+ extra the office was attempting to get from me.To top it off, email communication is radio silent from their office. I suppose that’s beneficial when your customer is inquiring about money they’re owed.I definitely won’t be going back to this office, and would suggest those who don’t want to be cheated out of their money do avoid it too.

Brenner dental care was wonderful! The receptionist was kind and helpful, Becky who did my x-rays and cleaning was amazing and super personable and very knowledgeable, and Dr. Brenner was super great. It really feels like a family and I got to join it! Im looking forward to coming back for my next appointment.

Vida and Dr. Brenner were so incredible to work with. I had so much anxiety to get my wisdom teeth taken out. Vida made me very comfortable in preparation before I got into my appointment, and the appointment itself went very smoothly. I was in an out in a little over an hour. I’ve been coming to Dr. Brenner’s office for around 3+ years now and I absolutely love this office. Actually, the office is clean, modern, and beautiful, but it is truly the TEAM that makes this place amazing. Dr. Brenner is not only a true professional with amazing attention to detail, but also down to earth, funny, and easy to talk with. He has a very calming demeanor and will go out of his way to make sure you feel comfortable and worry-free. I came in with persisting tooth pain that another dental practice couldn’t resolve in over a year... Dr. Brenner found the problem right away and got rid of the pain through a series of small bite adjustments in just a few weeks! On top of that, I also had quite a bit of anxiety after my previous dental experience, and Dr. Brenner was extremely understanding and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Also, the entire staff is absolutely great (and so much fun to talk to). April at the front desk always remembers my name and is so helpful and kind. All of the dental hygienists and dental assistants are so professional, yet super friendly and treat you like family. I cannot say enough nice things or recommend this team enough. Now, after a few years, I’ve had quite a bit of work done here and I can honestly say that my teeth have never felt better and I actually look forward to going to the dentist!

I was very impressed by the high quality of care and attention to details. Cindy made sure to explain everything that she was doing and why she was doing it so I could better understand the health of my teeth. They are very transparent about the pricing of different treatment options so you can make an informed decision. The office is clean and spacious. They did so amazing. I have really bad dental anxiety and Dr. Brenner and his assistant (I can’t remember her name sorry) but they made me feel so relaxed and it genuinely seems like they cared about me as a patient and not just a walking check like I’ve gotten with every other dentist I’ve been to. They’re a little bit of a drive for me but completely worth it! I cannot stress enough how amazing and caring they are. I had to get a root canal done on a front tooth. Ouch! But it didn’t hurt at all. I felt silly putting off for so many years. They saw me and got me taken care of all in barely over two hours. That’s including the laughing gas and making sure I was completely numb. I could go on forever. Thank you so much Dr. Brenner.

I am having my temporary implants done there, almost done with the 1st stages of the process. The second stage is the permanent set of implants. They are taking the proper precautions to my specific situation.They always seem to be paying close attention to detail.

I had a wonderful experience at Brenner. They seem to genuinely care about my comfort. Since I was homeless for 3 years before I went to Brenner it had been a long time since I had my teeth cleaned and I had cavities that need attention not to mention my whole mouth so Brenner work with me to get the price of the procedures that I needed to have down to a reasonable amount and we just took care of what had to be taken care of at that time. I received a few pills which I took the morning of and I dont remember anything from that point until I woke up after all the work was done. Believe me thats the way I wanted it. The staff there is extraordinary really nice and makes you feel welcome in a place where you really dont want to be. I would highly recommend their office to anyone but especially someone who has fears the dental office. I got my first cleaning in about 5 years today and my teeth feel great! Now I have more restored of work to do and I plan on speaking with them at length regarding the cost and what I can afford to do dont be afraid to go into this office. I think theyre a little bit more expensive than other places however its definitely worth it to me considering the level of comfort I received.

To meAfter finding Dr. Brenner on line because of the Queen Anne location and that they take my insurance, I was very happy with my first visit today. Everyone was nice, and professional ( even when I didnt have my paperwork done) . They have a beautiful office and state of the art equipment. Dr. Brenner was relaxed and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy and didnt make me feel bad that I wasnt all about capping my teeth white or redoing my smile. He explained all the options for my needs so I could make a intelligent decision on when to have my work done. I would highly recommend them to anyone .

Unfortunately I did not get to meet Dr Brenner himself at todays visit due to his attending to a root canal procedure on another patient, all of the staff that I interacted with today were absolutely wonderful! Truly the most advanced dental office I have ever seen. I had one of my front teeth crack off under the jawbone. My dentist in IL couldnt do a thing to help me but Dr. Bryan Brenner came high recommended. I flew to Seattle on Saturday morning and was in the chair by 9:30AM. Dr. Bryan Brenner extracted my tooth, implanted a post, made a crown on-sight, and I was finished by 1:30PM. I didnt know it was possible to complete this process in this short amount of time. It looks fantastic and natural and Im back in Chicago.

I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist! When I leave this office, I get the same feeling that I get when I leave the spa to get a facial or the salon to get a haircut - like I’ve done something good for myself rather than feeling frustrated and in pain like I’m used to.

Had a bit of an emergency in the early morning. They fit me in ASAP! The staff was so helpful and made sure I could be taken care of in a quick and timely manner. Filled out all the online paperwork and emailed it to them. When I arrived they showed me the paperwork I filled out and asked if I would like to take it with me or have them shred it since it has personal information. A very class act. My emergency was fixed quicker than expected and the staff made the entire process as simple as possible. Highly recommend Dr. Brenner and his staff!

April at the front desk is the most friendly , helpful and supportive professional that I have ever met. The hygienists are money. Dr. Brenner is genuinely kind, very personable and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable about exactly what needs to be done for your teeth. He doesnt push anything unessessary on you. I love that their cutting edge technology cameras are able to show you detailed colored pictures of your teeth so theres no guessing from black and white film x-Rays. I dont trust Dentists when they cant show me why theyre doing things. Let me tell you, I trust Dr. Brenner.

They do a fabulous job and make it super fast and painless. The process of getting setup is super simple and then every appointment after that is so smooth. They are well organized and well equipped. They can do a lot of stuff in house but if theres something specific you need they have places around the city that they partner with. The staff is super friendly. Im 26 and single but I see people there from all categories and havent once heard of any problems or concerns. The staff could not be more friendly and professional.

Just had a root canal and crown on a broken tooth I ignored too long. Very modern and professional office and very good care. Dr. Brenner was very thorough in his preparation, listened and followed my priorities, and seemed very skilled in his work. No anxiety about anything he was doing (other than normal your drilling into my teeth!! anxiety) and one of the most pain free visits Ive ever had at the dentist.
