My own experience: They took a $42,000 trust and reduced it to $38,000 over the course of 12 years. They charged over $1000/year for their bad investment decisions. The staff was all very polite, and usually organized, but they should do the world a favor and go work somewhere that legitimately protects the value of the money entrusted to it. Two thumbs down.

These people are heartless! Dont put them in charge of your loved ones finances! They wouldnt help me at all, my child has been very sick for 3 years. My grandfather left me a trust. My grandfather put in a sickness clause because he was a Dr. and knew how much of a hardship sickness can be. Now his great-grandchild and his grandchild suffer because he left this to me while I was young, thinking of me, not my future children. Originally his friend was in charge, and most people would be able to make the distinction of helping and frivolous expenses. unfortunately, he couldnt continue- now these people collect their fees and do nothing. I implore you to look elsewhere for your loved ones!

I so disagree with all these assessments of this guardianship! Everyone that works here are very genuinely caring individuals that want the very best for their clients! I am a nurse and I care for these vulnerable folks! They will go the extra mile to get what is needed for them! They visit, they research and are there at a moments notice! I have worked with other guardianships and this one surpasses them all! I should know, I have been in this industry for over 34 years and I for one am grateful for their work. Without them my job would be more difficult. Thank you GSS. You are appreciated!!

These people are scandalous. They will siphon the money out of your loved ones account. It might be a slow process. But its true.

The worst. They are exceptionally slow and hard to get ahold of. The nice guy Dave Petrich is the last one youd want to take charge of anything because making a decision or sticking to a direction simply isnt going to happen. The only thing Ive been impressed with is their ability to churn fees for seemingly zero productivity. It might be a great place for simple, no contest, situations. But, if youre going to need someone to ACT on behalf of anyone... keep looking. Keeping an estate open for years and delaying the litigation necessary to close the estate, beyond disappointing. My only guess is they want to keep churning fees.

Absolutely if you care anything about the loved one your considering handing over a estate to a 3rd party do your research. This agency does nothing less then what your trying to protect your loved one from, and does it with the blessing of courts, and lawyers that it charges your loved ones estate for. Some red flags to look out for is agencys that have changed there names, and what they are hiding. Constant continuances in court proceedings, and in-house accounting practices. These agencys will make it impossible for your loved one to ever have there self dignity back, and impossible for family members if circumstances change to be able to gain control of the estate back as they will appoint attorneys regardless of your loved ones wishes to fight, and keep them deemed vulnerable, and unable to make decisions for themselves, so they can continue with the courts blessing to line there pockets, and your loved one is nothing more then a meal ticket. At the same time the agency sends representatives to lobby to change laws to protect the vulnerable adult that are misleading to the general public, and do nothing but take civil rights away, and give more power to a agency that at best should be looking out for your loved ones best interest. I have never seen anything so evil, and underhanded, and downright dishonest until my dealings with this agency. Proceed with extreme caution.

This is the largest Guardianship company in WA state. They have very capable, competent staff that care about the clients well being.
