Dr Clem is great, helped me deal with back pain and migraines. Also great with kids. Everyone here is super friendly, always a joy to come for an adjustment

My whole family ( myself, husband , 9 year old and 4 year old ) has been going to Dr. Clem for years now. He is a highly skilled chiropractor and I always feel so much better after one of our sessions.I just had one this afternoon after suffering from a locked necked and tension headache for the last 48 hours.... needless to say , after 15 minutes with Dr. Clem , he gently adjusted my spine back into correct alignment and I feel great now . Sandy and Lauren work the front desk and they are both so lovely... they always do their best to get you on the schedule ASAP when you need an appointment. I have sent many of my clients and friends to see Dr. Clem and everyone has been very impressed by him and how much better their bodies feel after a session. Highly recommend- go see Dr. Clem !

Dr. Clem and his staff are extraordinary! Sandy at the Front Desk is the best! I came in a few months ago to get help with my Bells Palsey and from June to now, Ive seen significant improvements. Dr. Clems office is also innovative in the way that the chiropractic work is done. Hes amazing at explaining the procedures to you and their benefits. I would recommend Dr. Clems office in a heart beat!!

Dr Clem and Lauren show special concern for each patient. Aches and pains go away after the first adjustment. They are very flexible with appts and will get you in quickly if needed.

Dr. Clem and his staff are wonderful, i first came in at the recommendation of a friend to have him take a look at my 13 month old daughter. He was so gentle and knowledgeable. I then decided to start seeing him myself, i had seen chiropractors most of my life, but Dr. Clem really tailors his adjustment to you and your needs. After 6 weeks of going consistently I have felt much better. Not only is he great with children, he makes it so easy to get adjusted with your children in good hands with his wonderful office staff. I’m super happy to have found Discovery Wellness Center. I needed to find a new chiropractor as my previous practitioner is no longer and it’s a hunt to find the right situation. The welcoming office in a good location and a chiropractor who’s easy to communicate with as well as provides solid care and relief-it’s been a great experience.

I have going to Dr. Clem for the past year and everything about the experience has been wonderful. I feel a part of the family walking in and getting worked on and I learn more about my body and how the adjustments are helping with Dr. Clem educating me along the way. I have referred my husband and my neighbor and would highly recommend it to anyone else. His holistic approach is why I first came to see him and why I continue coming back. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for their practice.

Dr. Clem (and Courtney too!) made my pregnancy SO much easier. My first was riddled with nausea, tons of heartburn, and by the end my hips were in excruciating pain. (Funny how I decided to do it again, huh? ;) lol)This time around, the heartburn stopped after the first few adjustments, and the hip pain (inevitable when growing an 8lb person in a 53 body) didnt set in until the very end, and was also very manageable. I slept AWESOME until the last week when I started having contractions. And best of all, my (active) labor was only 3 hours!!! Took me half an hour to push this baby out and I can only assume that my regular adjustments played a huge role.After birth, Dr. Clem got my body back into alignment as it quickly lost 20lbs of baby/etc and my hips and organs all found their place again. By 10 weeks postpartum, I felt normal again. I feel like I have my body back to myself and Dr. Clem helped do that.In addition, Courtney was a life saver, keeping an eye on my rambunctious toddler every other week at my appointments. And of course snuggling the new squish at my postpartum adjustments.Id recommend this office to anyone and everyone that is pregnant, in pain, or having any problem with no obvious solution.2018 Update: I’m now going for my third pregnancy, and so grateful yet again for Dr Clem keeping my heartburn in check, and my hip and back pain at bay. He has also adjusted my kids a few times, for various minor problems and he’s so great with them.Sandy and Lauren at the front are so incredibly welcoming and chatty, and always step in to supervise my kids in the play area while I’m being adjusted.We’ve recently moved to NW Seattle and I considered finding a new place closer, but I just couldn’t find anyone else good enough, the 30min drive is WELL worth it.

The Discovery Wellness approach of helping the body to work better is amazing. Their family and pediatric focus is spot on. My husband initially went there for a back issue. We discovered there are huge benefits for the whole family, from sports support and general wellness, to help with better focus and supporting reading disabilities. I cant say enough wonderful things about Discovery Wellness. I started seeing Dr. Clem toward the end of my pregnancy, and I wish I had gone sooner. Through pregnancy, postpartum, and now as an active runner I cant imagine life without his adjustments. My entire family sees him. My toddler daughter has been getting adjusted since birth! They even have an adorable play area for your kids to hangout while you get adjusted. Lauren and Sandi who work the front desk are always lovely and helpful as well. I live a half an hour away now, and continue to see him despite the drive, because he is that good!

Discovery Wellness Center (DWC) is absolutely fantastic!I have been seeing Dr. Clem since 2015. Dr. Clem and the entire team is personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. I have learned a lot about the spine and its relationship to different health issues. DWC is definitely not a place where they rush you in and out of an appointment. Dr. Clem takes his time to listen and determine the best path of treatment.I initially started going to DWC because of a lower back issue. I was referred to DWC by a friend who saw me walking down the street hunched over in pain. He pulled out Dr. Clems business card and told me to go see him. I was always skeptical about going to a chiropractor — mostly because I didnt know what to expect. It never really sounded like something I wanted to do. Lets just say I walked in pretty hunched over in pain, but when I left, I was upright and moving fine. I went home and danced a little in the kitchen to see if my wife would notice how much better I was moving compared to an hour earlier. She was amazed!Since that first visit, my whole family has started going to DWC for a variety of issues, as well as general health and wellness. DWC has helped us with sports injuries, chronic stomach pain, allergies, and even dyslexia.I am very thankful I was referred to DWC. Dr. Clem and the staff have made a huge impact on my family. If you are considering going there, do it. I highly recommend them.
