Amazing team! I have been going to back and neck pain center located on 900 S Jackson St Suite 117 , Seattle , WA 98104. I was introduced to this center for treatment for a back injury. My doctor is named Dr. Nelson . He is a very attentive and caring person . When doing my initial exam to see where my body was at pain level wise there was a moment I had to get up from a laying position. Getting up from this position is little bit of a struggle at the time . Without question seeing that I was struggling getting up he immediately helped support me up safely. That to any person means a lot that someone would immediately help.The communication with my scheduling for all my appointments were clean and clear . They worked around my life and even sent text messages the day before my appointments for reminder.The Physical Therapist Tim is amazing with all his focus to get you back to optimal health. The team was really excellent; Luca was warm, and welcoming at reception, and handled my insurance and billing with expertise — and Dr Nelson was awesome at handling my neck pain! He was attentive and personable, and very thorough in my assessment, in treatment, and in describing my care plan to make sure my pain gets resolved. I highly recommend Neck and Back Pain Center. Dr. Brian Chan is very knowledgeable and experienced. He takes the time to understand my issues and come up with realistic treatment plans. The staff are always welcoming and kind. I had times urgently needed adjustments to help with lower back issues. Even with a full schedule Dr. Chan always able to see me on that same day. I could barely walk because of my lower back pain. But with the regular adjustments and exercises to do at home I’m good to go! I also love that it’s not just cracking your back. The dr will feel/ massage your muscles, explain what is going on and give you suggestions to make continuous improvements with your range in motion.

This is my first time going to a chiropractor for my recurring lower back and neck pain. This place is very welcoming and Dr. Nelson is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what’s going on in a way that’s easy to understand. I felt confident in my care and returned to my normal activities almost immediately after a few adjustments. I never have to wait long to be seen, and can get in and out of the office fairly quickly. I started seeing Dr. Brian Chan at Back and Neck Pain Centers a couple weeks ago. After four visits, the pain that brought me in is gone. Dr. Brian and the staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. This was the first time I visited a chiropractor, so I appreciated that Dr. Brian took the time to explain the nature of the treatments and what to expect.

I have been seeing Dr. Nelson for a couple months now. I was in a ton of pain with limited mobility when I arrived. I am now feeling much better. I am pain free, have increased flexibility/range of motion, and even felt good enough to resume skiing. Office staff is very friendly and offer an overall great experience. Highly recommend.

Dr Nelson was very good at locating the source of my lower back discomfort. Through probing questions and analysis he located and is treating it. Ache and pain is gone.

Some providers seem more interested in how many visits they can get me to make. This clinic seems more interested in my wellness.Also, their treatment approaches are grounded in proven practices.Not all chiropractic care is equal, and this clinic is of the highest quality.

I have been a client of Dr. Michael Chan for about 15 years. He is absolutely the best! I have been to each of the clinics at one time or another and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My entire family have all gone to the clinics at some point and all have rave reviews. I am especially impressed with the extra care and precautions they have taken during the pandemic to ensure a safe environment and pleasant experience for clients. I have recommended them to several people.

I came in for severe neck pain with limited mobility that had been ongoing for several days. Dr. Nelson did his magic tricks on my neck and back, and voila! I was about 80% fixed the next day and good as new a couple of days later. Ill be back! :)

I am SO beyond words grateful to Dr. Chan! My boyfriend is actually the patient but I was welcomed to be included throughout the sessions to hold his hand and understand what was going to take place.I just wanted to share my perspective because from the outside looking in it is unbelievable the change I’ve seen. I didn’t even realize how grouchy my boyfriend had become because so many years of pain became the norm. I have never heard him for over 3 years describe his pain level less then a 6 or 7 out of 10 and usually quite above that. Through the sessions with Dr. Chan I heard the numbers 3 and 2 and now ZERO!!!! Not every single day, but a ton of days I walk into the room and see my boyfriend beaming and hapy in a way that almost shakes the room. I know it may sound like I’m exaggerating but I don’t know how else to describe it, he scoops me up to hug me and you can just tell in his face that the matter what mood I’m in he is there to uplift me to where he is at now.Dr. Chan is very good at explaining everything in a way that my divergent brain can understand. He balanced talking through what the likely steps would be but also letting us know it would be tailored to how the tailbone actually reacted to different levels of the treatment.I was so scared that a dangerous operation was inevitable and the Doctor was very honest that success was not guaranteed or even necessarily likely after so long.I have never seen the twinkle in a doctor’s eyes like his if such passion mixed with his extreme professionalism and knowledge to make a true difference in people’s lives. It is so incredibly rare to find this type of specialist out there and we are so fortunate we did. There is hope! Highly recommend this Dr. who has made it possible for us to have joy, regularity in day to day chores (so nice not to do them all myself anymore!) and become healthier and physically prepared for the future!

Dr. Chan has resolved my neck and arm pain stemming from motorcycle and bike riding. Hes great at reading symptoms and providing an accurate diagnosis. Treatment is explained in a clear manner. The advice on good work-from-home ergonomics has been incredibly useful!

Dr Nelson and Dr Kyle are great. I had a nasty pain in my back from a car accidents. They helped me with my lower back pain and now I can walk better. The staffs are super nice and friendly. Scheduling appointments are so easy. I highly recommend this place if you are having back pains. Free parking too!!!

I was diagnosed with a rare and difficult to treat coccyx dislocation. No one could fix it, no one even knew where to start! I spent 3 years in Dr offices, Chiropractors, and simply enduring the constant pain as I tried to avoid surgery to remove my entire tailbone. I had to work from home, I could barely move without shocking levels of pain.My family found refrences to Dr. Chan online as we searched for an answer. His new office is in a little strip mall in the international district of Seattle, I arrived not a week after they started moving there after their old offices tragically burned down. I was so indescribably lucky that he and his staff are compassionate and heard the depth of my need, they worked with me for weeks to make the appointment happen as he had all his existing patients to see.After several hours talking through my condition, studying my MRIs and Xrays then talking me through them he described a plan of action. He cautioned me that it was not certain to work, laid out risks, and informed me that my insurance will likely confirm that they will not cover the treatment. He answered my many, many questions and those of my fiancee with thoughtful answers and realistic expectations.Such diligence and meticulous planning gave me the confidence that even if it doesnt completely fix my problem it may provide relief. A quick call to my insurance confirmed zero coverage but the price wasnt onerous. 4 sessions in a 2 week period, I agreed.The treatment was...intense. 30 minutes or less, but excruciating and exhausting then a walk after to encourage mobility. There was homework: kegels, proper sitting techniques, even reviews of my medical sitting pillows. Each session provided me with a marked increase in mobility, and later sessions reduced the pain overall. Two days after the last session my pain was almost totally gone when I woke, I had to work around the house to provoke it.Now I am still waiting for new Xrays, I am streching everyday and feel sore if I work too hard bending or lifting...but I can exist without pain. I can walk! Jog both up and down stairs without flensing my flesh! I can honestly smile and say great! when people ask me how I feel now. I owe that to a medical procedure that my insurance would not pay for, I owe that to Dr Brian Chan and his team. For agreeing to see me, right after their office burned down, in the middle of an outbreak, when my prognosis wasnt great for it working.Needless to say I cannot recommend he and his team highly enough. He literally restored my life, ended three years of miserable agony and did so in a single month of treatment.

Very good location if youre in or round China town area. The treatment is perfect the Dr straight in you right up from youre lower back all the way up to your upper neck. Very explanatory to every detail as well.

Out of desperation and great pain in my lower back, I scheduled an appointment with the Back and Neck Pain Centers. The staff were very friendly and I was seen by Dr. Wu right away. He asked me several questions and analyzed my back, pelvis, and legs. He told me one leg was longer than the other. I then got x-rays and I could easily see how my pelvis leaned to one side, causing one leg to be ever so slightly longer than the other. He gave me a cause, diagnosis, and immediate treatment plan. He reassured me that my condition was treatable, which was a great relief to me. I asked him many questions and he answered them patiently and thoroughly. He made adjustments to my back and stretched me. I returned for more visits as he suggested and by the fifth visit, I was pain free! I am so relieved and happy I went here. Little by little, my back and hips are returning to normal.

My father is 71 years old and Dr Albert Wu was really nice to my father and I. I was referred to Dr Wu by my family doctor. My father and I felt at home with Dr Wu because he speaks Mandarin. He is very professional and works very hard. After visiting Dr Wu my father and I felt much better.
