She took her time and perfected my hair as a wedding guest better than the photo that I brought in for inspiration. I will absolutely be back and requesting her! My bridal party and I got our hair & makeup done at Swink and loved our experience! The bridal coordinator Amy was very easy to work with, and helped navigate the changing covid restrictions with me. My trial was beautiful, and the hair stylist took my notes well to make my day of hair and makeup perfect. Im especially impressed since I hardly ever wear makeup or do my hair and was expecting to feel really dolled up and not know how to ask for what I wanted, but everything felt natural and came out as I wanted. Photos of our hair & makeup nearly 15 hours later!

My 4 year old daughter and I were treated so well at Swink. Neither of us can wait to go back! They were so accommodating and worked both of us in, even though I didn’t make an appointment for my daughter and their schedule was packed! The service was top tier. ❤️

My friend and I had a great experience at Swink and were happy with our final hair! She got a dry style, and I got an updo. She did curls in her short hair, and I had an intrict twist and braid detail, low bun combo. So good! Both of our hair was a little frizzy/had fly-aways, but we were both happy with the results regardless! Fun experience to start off a girls night!

After having a bad experience with a different lash tech it was refreshing to get a last-minute appointment at Swink.  Shayanne was more than accommodating! She asked a lot of questions before my fill to get an idea of what I was looking for, which I highly appreciated. She was very friendly and professional loved chatting with her, she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I will certainly be coming back here again!

Absolutely wonderful!! I had the privilege of getting my hair/makeup done by Tiara last month for my wedding. My mom also got her hair/makeup done (I cant remember the girls name) and she looked beautiful! I was so happy with the results and would highly recommend Swink!

I didnt get what I asked for. One of my friends could have easily done what the hair dresser did. I had a wedding and I needed it to be good, but I ended up taking a shower and drying my hair at home. I saw other people and they left with a good drystyle and updos, but I didnt have the same luck. I cant recommend this place for an important event after my experience

The front desk employee and Emilio were both OUTSTANDING!The front desk employee greeted me so warmly and with such kindness.Emilio then did my hair and makeup for an event and I looked STUNNING! My hair and makeup stayed all night and I was so so impressed. If I ever have another event in Seattle I will definitely book again with Emilio. Super impressed!

My daughter got a makeup lesson from a lovely young lady named Molly. She taught her alot and was VERY sweet with my daughter. We definitely will be coming back!

I have been a client for over a year. The customer service is excellent and I can always book a last minute appointment or they squeeze me in. I signed up for the membership because the blowouts last awhile. I like that I can request a stylist since it can sometimes take a few appointments to know my hair. I have also used their makeup services for events and the artists are talented and know how to apply makeup for photos. Highly recommend them!

June is excellent! I have found no one in the Puget Sound area as skilled and consistent as she is when it comes to eyebrows. Shes also a complete sweetheart, taking the time to really know and speak with her clients.The salon is always impeccably clean, the front desk team are beyond attentive as well as helpful.Sometimes there is a backlog of appointments running long, but everyone does their best to keep you comfortable while you wait.Ive spent more at other places, but Ive never hand anywhere best Junes quality or the establishments service!

I’ve been going to Swink off and on since they opened and have always had a great experience! The stylists are super talented and fast (without seeming to rush). I have a thick head of hair with a mind of its own and they always do great blowouts, generally with time to spare. I’ve gotten some cute dry styles there too although, as with most things of this nature, it helps to have at least an idea of what you want done going into it. They also use great products and don’t charge extra for things like Moroccan Oil like some blowout bars do.

When my hair and makeup stylist had to cancel at the last minute Swink was able to accommodate my entire bridal party! They were easy to work with and all the stylists are talented professionals. Billing is also very convenient. I’m deducting one star because my false lashes kept peeling off before and during the wedding/reception. As a bride, it was quite disappointing. :(

Wonderful place with very talented staff. They did the hair and make up for my daughter and her bridal party for her wedding. Watching the transformations was just amazing. True artists! Highly recommended mm

Fast service and decently priced. Tuesday’s they have a small discount. No coffee,or extra amenities to make it a luxurious experience (eg even the waiting chairs are uncomfortable)

This is the only place Ive ever had my hair and make up done and its always 100% amazing! I have thin fine hair so its tough. I had Minnie do clip ins and a style and she is so so good!! I will def see her again!!

On our wedding day in July, 2015, we booked out Swink so 11 members of our family and friends could get their hair & makeup done before the ceremony (my longtime hairstylist was doing my hair & makeup, otherwise I would definitely have had my hair & makeup done at Swink!). They had set out a wonderful lunch for us, complete with champagne! My girls returned looking beyond fabulous, and raved about how great the stylists were at Swink. It was great to work with Amy, who arranged everything and made the whole process very smooth. I cant recommend them highly enough for the fabulousness of your wedding day!

The place is so cute and service is always prompt and friendly. So convenient to my office in downtown. They make you feel so relaxed I usually fall asleep during my lash extension fills.

I had a great blowout here on my super curly type 3b/3c curls! Afterwards it was straight with body and swing and shine and it lasted just over a rainy Seattle week. The whole experience was amazing! They were very prompt, the music was fun (Beyonce!!!) and the person who did my hair had a great personality. We chatted while she worked, I never had to hold my head in an uncomfortable position, No one yanked my hair, I didnt get burned even though my roots were amazingly straight after, and they gave me different options for products when washing my hair, and I was in and out in an hour. Everyone was kind and attentive, the place is well lot and trendy with huge mirrors so you can watch the whole time. And it was only $40. I will definitely come back here any time I want to feel done up. Next time I may get my makeup done too. A lady next to me got hers done for a gala and looked GORGEOUS.

I cant remember the name of the guy here who did my hair, but he did an amazing job with my hair! He said hes normally at a different location, Im not sure where. But anyway, I gave him an idea to start with, then as he went along I threw in some more ideas of what I wanted done, he was very patient and listened the whole time and even gave some suggestions. In the end, I was very happy with my hair! I was even worried about the fact that my hair doesnt hold curl too well over a day, but my hair lasted through my all day photoshoot (Even outside in the wind)!The same guy also did my makeup, he did it a little heavier than I was used too, so he blended it a little for me and I simply asked him to put a touch of a light cream or skin color on the inner lid of my eyes and it looked perfect!Meanwhile, my mom and two sisters got their hair done and I really liked how their hair came out and it also lasted throughout the whole day!Thank you so much to everyone here! Everything they did here came out really well in the pictures! :)

Super fun environment. The staff is very friendly. I was worried I would break out or have an allergic reaction to the make up as I have very sensitive skin. But I was fine.

Horrible customer service. Receptionist misquoted amount for service and then put the wrong service in the computer. Service was rushed because I was told they had no one to do what I was initially scheduled for that day. I asked for a discount or to speak to the manager and receptionist just charged me a new amount. Hairstylists were very patient. Overall, awful experience!

Really inconsistent quality of service. As the only blow dry bar in the city, I have returned despite a few bad experiences. Online booking is simple. I am trying some eastside alternatives.

Went for a blowout and my hair is more flat than when I blow dry it myself. She teased it when I asked her to add more volume but I would never recommend coming here for a blow out. It was also all sectioned when she was done and 2 hours later I have to redo my hair. Obnoxious
