Nice place. So much more peaceful than a nursing home. Attendants are caring. Food is good. Nursing staff very good. Yes, occasionnally hard getting response from admin staff.
Lots to say. But I used to work for them. Owners were almost never to be found. By the time I left the company they had paid all their employees late 2 weeks in a row. A few days late the first time then a full week late the second time. They were running out of money, not doing any of the things I suggested as maintenance manager, not able to take good care of their residents. They had uncertified caregivers working and could have been fined/gotten in big trouble for more than one thing going on around there. I was constantly having to apologize to customers/clients/residents and their families for the poor condition of things and the absentee owners. This was last year. Now I am attempting to file my taxes and they are claiming they paid me more than they really did, a significant amount, and refusing to fix my w-2. I was forced to report them to the IRS and get an investigation started. Sounds like the owner was embezzling and tried to write a few checks, cash them himself and write it off on the employees. Im not the only person whose w-2 is incorrect. Anyway if you want a company that only cares about money, wont take good care of your loved one and wont listen to your complaints, this is the place for you.
We put my elderly Grandfather with dementia in Evergreen and he was well taken care of with lots of patience and compassion.
