Dr. Smith took care of me when I came to care for my Mother over the weekend in February. He was courteous and listened. I appreciated the fact that he saw me even though I was not a current patient. Because of his care and consideration my time with my Mother wasn’t inconvenienced because I wasn’t feeling well, within a few days of getting the correct meds I was feeling much better. Thank you Dr. Smith, your current patients are lucky to be in your care.

Dr. Smith by far is the best family care physician we ever had....friendly...courteous...friendly on the ball staff...and will talk to you any time...very concerned about patients... I had extensive back surgery August 2020 and October 2020...Got Covid at Rehab...Doc called me at home every day to find out how I was doing and my wife...Higley recommend Dr. Smith...And Im not a relative and didnt know Doc previously....Hes the best...Joe Saita

Dr Smith listens to his patients and is always available to talk. You can even reach him on the weekends, which is something I haven’t experienced before. He corrected my medications until my bloodwork was “normal”. If you are looking for a dedicated physician, he is your guy!

Dr. Smith is an excellent doctor! His staff is very kind and helpful. Anytime myself or my family needs him he’s there wether it’s right after the office closes or 3 am he calls you within 20 minutes and helps no matter what the issue is. We will continue to go to him for as long as he’s in practice.

I recently switched my pcp to Dr. Smith, and let me tell you, it was the best decision! As a nurse myself, I know how the medical field is, and he genuinely cares for his patients. Horribly rude staff. Secretary tried lying to me about my medical records to avoid having to fax them to another office. Difficult to reach, slow to respond and then intentionally hostile. One of the most unpleasant experiences with customer service that Ive ever had.

Dr. Smith and staff are exceptional ! They return phone calls , you can speak to a nurse if you need. The first time I went there he spent an hour with me getting to know me and going Over things.

Dr Smith is an awesome doc and we will miss him, however we will not miss his rude front desk assistant. if there ever was a Cruella Deville in the medical world it would be her. Never has time to do anything.. cant tell you when records are sent to locations.. I got I dont now when they were sent and we dont track them when I asked about our records which have not been received by our new DR here in Texas.
