Just logged my 60 minute workout, weighed myself, logged my post workout snack and am now drinking from my STYR connected water bottle. I am obsessed with STYRs App and Products!

Amazing service when product was first received, but that changed! The tracker wasnt able to sync to my new phone, and customer service didnt do much. They said theyd send a replacement in case the problem was the unit, and said theyd get their IT department on the problem. That was THE END of the service I received! No replacement tracker ever came. No correction on the bluetooth sync to my phone. Worse yet - 10 EMAILS AND 4 CALLS AND NOW IT APPEARS NO ONE CAN BE BOTHERED! I HONESTLY THINK THE COMPANY HAS GONE UNDER!They MAY have great prices - but it is still NOT worth it. Dont waste your money.

I enjoy the app, scale, tracker, and the water bottle. I dont usually have the water bottle, but its easy enough to log what youre consuming. Helps keep me on track with eating healthier and getting the protein I need. The reminder weighs ins are helpful, too! Plus the customer service is awesome. They have me a one time courtesy replacement when my bottle broke from being dropped with no questions asked. Thats how you keep business coming. Thank you guys!

I found this company on an ad on Facebook and I have been amazed by their customer service. I get responses so fast and they are super helpful. Im excited to continue exploring their products.

Interesting concept.They are constantly adding very useful new functionality . Excited when finished app takes off. These guys are ahead of their time. Must have a solid set of strong developers

I love Styr Labs fitness devices, but the best thing about their program is the ability to quickly order custom protein powder formulations. I highly recommend this companys products.

Worst customer service ever! Going on 45 days. No watch. No return phone call. No return email.

I was recently in the market for a new fitness tracker so I started down the rabbit hole of research. I’ve owned a Fitbit and an Up band. I saw that Styr’s Fitness tracker had great Amazon reviews so I took the plunge. It’s fantastic!

Absolutely amazing company and products. I would recommend this company based on customer service alone. A little back story: I had ordered two scales off Groupon for Christmas gifts and Groupon only delivered one, if anyone has ever tried to get in contact with Groupon you know that it is almost physically impossible to do so. I did message them on Facebook but did not hear back right away. I crossed my fingers and emailed Styr labs hoping they could help me somehow, not even 24 hours after I emailed them I received a response from Colin saying hed look into the issue, after finding my Groupon order Colin shipped me out another scale. After receiving the replacement scale Groupon reached out to me on Facebook saying they would reimburse me for the scale that was not delivered. I felt bad not paying for a scale so I emailed Styr labs again telling them I had been reimbursed and would like to send them a payment for the replacement scale. I received an email back saying there was no need to pay. I was blown away by this customer service, especially so close to the holidays. Thank you so so much Styr labs, you saved my Christmas and the scales are amazing!

Styr seems to be years ahead of everyone else with the technology in their app. Very similar to my Tesla, every new download that I get from Styrs app has revolutionary new updates that are ground breaking in health and wellness. Soon, everyone will be using this app and our society will be proactive in healthcare instead of fighting battles with prescription meds. Very well done.

I’m completely obsessed with the voice controlled food tracking portion in Styr’s App! I have tried all of the apps to track my daily food intake, but none of them were even close to this.
