I’ve been going to TK for a year and a half now and I am so glad I found her! My own hair is very fine and got thin as I got older. No matter what I did , it would just look too thin and see through toward the ends. I had considered getting hair extensions before but was concerned about putting additional weight my already weak hair. The answers I got from other specialists were polarized between “not with your type of hair” and “oh, you can get any extensions, no problem at all”.  When I had my consultation with TK, she knew exactly what kind of extensions I could benefit from. Her own hair is similar texture and she had worked extensively with my type of hair , not to mention her experience with cancer patients and hair restoration.Her approach is very individualized. She will recommend the type and amount of extensions to minimize damage to your natural hair and suggest treatment so that you can work on getting your natural hair stronger while wearing extensions.   She truly cares about her clients and wants to do what’s best for them in the long run. I hear other salons will try to sell as much hair as they can to maximize their profit now, which will damage your hair. Seems shortsighted, but hardly surprising at all.My first set of extensions was very partial, slightly longer than my own hair length  - to try out and see how it feels and how my hair holds up. The match to my natural hair was amazing – you couldn’t tell the difference with color and texture. My hair responded well and after a few months, I got slightly longer extensions and more strands. This is the longest hair I had in my life and I love it!! The hair looks absolutely natural and proportionate to my face and body. When hair grows out and it’s time to take out and re-attach extensions, TK reconditions each individual strand (!) before applying back in my hair. This level of care and detail speaks volumes about TK professionalism and ethics. I can’t be happier with her services and would recommend to anyone!

TK is by FAR the best person I have gone to not only for my extensions but for my hair in general. I am from Colorado and have had many experiences with getting my hair done with extensions and i cannot be more impressed with the quality of my experience. TK is amazing and I would give her 10 stars if I could. I had such bad experiences with my previous hair lady. TK is realistic, understanding and most importantly knows what is best for my hair. My hair extensions have never been more glamorous and let me mention she lightened my hair from almost black to a lighter brown with NO bleach. She is so gentle on my hair, always gives me her best service and transfers my hair from average to perfect every time I visit her! There is no one I would trust more with my hair than TK!

I grew up in Oklahoma and when I moved to Scottsdale in 2013, I heard about her and how well she does hair. I started going to her then and fell in love with everything she does. I have since moved back to Oklahoma, and travel to Scottsdale for her to do my hair every three months. I will never let anyone touch my hair besides her! I first met Tk in 09 when I went for a hair extension consultation.Right away I could tell she was soo much different then past hair extension salons I had visited. TK is truly the Hair Doc! My whole life I have struggled with very thin, fine, limp hair. It is beyond frustrating to have every day be a “bad hair day”. Hair Doc TK is a magician! She always does my color and extensions in the latest and most on-trend styles. I don’t have time to research what is “in-style”. TK knows not only what is in style, but what is going to look best on me. I get so many comments on my hair, and I have referred a lot of people to TK, just because of people seeing my hair in person and wanting TK to work her magic on them, too. The reviews look great and thats the reason why I scheduled a consultation. It wasnt easy as shes always busy, which I understand. However, I finally scheduled a consultation and she cancelled. Reported it was because she was sick. Okay, understandable. But they havent attempted to reschedule and hasn’t been the friendliest either so at this point Ill just go some place else. Dori from Stylistics is amazing, but wasn’t available and I needed something ASAP. Had I waited for Dori, I would have been seen by now.

I have been going to TK for nearly two years and her skill level and attention to healthy hair care is unprecedented. I was diagoned with breast cancer and due to treatment lost most of my hair. I had searched for hair extension services and visited three different salons before I found TK. It was clear that unlike anyone else she customized hair care to the individual, used natural hair products that she mixes herself for superb color and healthy non toxic, for her customers! Her salon is relaxed and different from the routine posh or high cost salons. Tk is the best! I have been a client of hers for the past 10 years and refuse to go to anyone else. I found her after being scammed for thousands of dollars by other beauty salons in Scottsdale.
