Dannika was great! I love my new eyebrows! The place was easy to find. The procedure room was clean. And Dannika sanitized the room before my appointment. She numbed my skin before she started so there was no discomfort. I haven’t had eyebrows in so long and I am so in love with my new ones. I got compliments on them as soon as I left the office.

Hard to find the office when theres no signs or directory. Took awhile to find including another client had difficulties as well. In this heat it was terrible.Was admired by the reviews and the website but was greeted by a young woman who just looked like she crawled out of bed or came from the gym.Work out pants with tennis shoes. With a white T-shirt with brown stains all over the front. Hair just put up in a mess.Went in for a consultation but was not impressed. Gave us an interview with three other people and the information she gave us seemed she didnt know how to explain the microblading procedure.This was going to be a birthday gift for my mother but Im not going to trust someone who looked like they just crawled out of bed and seemed unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever! This time Im not taking down my comment, like Sherene ask me to do last time. They cancel my appointments twice, and ask never ask me if I would like to reschedule. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about microblading to just do it! I am so happy I made the decision and beyond the moon I found Sherene. 100% satisfied!

Sherene is amazing! She took her time in creating my outline, taking my face into consideration (not some cookie cutter stencil!), and made sure I was happy with the design. I think its important to have an artist, whether its your brows or your hair style, who knows what will look good on you - Sherene does. After all, youre not just a walking billboard for her work but this is your face were talking about! Aftercare is super important. Even if you have body tattoos, remember this is your face so its different. Sherene spent time going over everything and making sure I understood. I followed her instructions closely and had amazing color retention when I returned a month later for my touch-up. I have friends who had work done elsewhere for less money, but this is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. Her portfolio speaks for itself and her photos were what brought me to her studio. When youre having needles slicing your face do you really want to go somewhere with a Groupon? No! My only regret was that I waited so long to get my brows done. Not having to fill them in daily with makeup is amazing! If youre on the fence Id say go for it! Its worth it. And Sherene is worth it!

I have been going to sherene for years for my lashes. she is not only professional and accommodating, she is also bar none the best lasher in phoenix. she is absolutely meticulous with her process and i leave her studio with the most beautiful lashes (and everyone notices). i am completely pampered while in her care and have been known to fall asleep on her table :). if are looking to get lashes, either a natural set or if you want to go full glam, sherene is your girl. you will NOT be disappointed!

Sherene is a master microblader! I had little to no eyebrows after years of mercilessly tweezing away. I figured it was time to finally take my eyebrow situation into my own hands. I have never written a review, but I want to now. I had a truly great experience at IT Girl Diva.. Shereen did microblading for my eyebrows. .She was charming, professional, and explained the whole process in a way that put me at ease and assured me I would get the results I was looking for. We talked about the shape, and color. She matches your eyebrows to your skin tone ,hair color,and your bone structue. She draws your eyebrows on first with an eyebrow pencil also using a ruler to match angles ,length and such..She wont start until you are extremely happy with all aspects of the process. I guess you can tell I am and was very pleased with the results and treatment. ..I love my eyebrows, now. ...also I might add , the old saying you have to have pain to be pretty does not apply here..I was numb for the microblading..Now I am going to get eyelashes! !!! I am so happy for new technology. ...Please give It Girl a call! !!!!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Sherene and Roxie at this Salon. After having a horrible experience with microblading at another salon just the day before, I contacted Sherene and she was wonderful. I started feeling better just after talking with her. I asked if she had time to see me, her response was Ill make time. Roxie called me shortly after and was able to see me that day to help correct what was done so horribly wrong from the day before. I had 2 different shaped brows, lengths, and hair strokes. Roxie spent over 2 hours with me meticulously fixing each stroke. I cant wait for my follow-up visit in 5 weeks to finish fixing and complete this process so I can have amazing eyebrows. I feel so lucky that I found Sherene and Roxie!

This girl is the Bomb Im very happy with my microbladed brows. She started from nothing and shaped me perfect brows. I couldnt have asked for more of a natrual look. She has a gentle hand and very patient. Im definitely impressed with her work and recommend her to everyone. Thank you Sherene! 😚

I had Microbladeing done a month ago and just did the touch up. I have loved how my brows look. They are all filled in and the tails on my brows lengthened. Sherene did such a great job. She is such a sweet person and makes the experience enjoyable. My eyebrows are perfection and I love them. Im a happy client. I recomend Sherene to everyone!!!! She is amazing!!!

What can I say about Sherene and the crew at ItGirl Diva that hasnt already been said? Except to say that: the rave reviews are true. Ive been to ItGirl for several services and ALL have exceeded my expectations. I see Masha for lashes--she is efficient, reasonably priced, does a fantastic job and so nice. Sherene did my eyebrows (microblading)--she is precise, dedicated, skilled, and will work to get things JUST right. She consulted with me on shape, color and provided excellent aftercare supplies and information. In addition, she did a touch up to make sure that, post healing, everything was just so. Microblading is an investment and a big deal in terms of having something semi-permanent on your face--Sherene put me completely at ease--she explained the process before, while she was working and one look at the reviews here and on Yelp, and well, you can see here skill level. Besides all of that, she is kind, funny, so dedicated to her business and clientele and someone whos easy to spend a few hours with. The studio is cute, convenient and relaxing. Okay, now for the embarrassing part: When I went to Sherene for my brows, she was kind enough to help me remove a set of lashes that I regretfully, in an impulsive decision had done at a local nail salon. Out of sheer kindness and caring, she removed them for me, preserving as much of my lashes as she could, which was no easy feat, so that Masha could apply a new set and fix my bad decision for me. In short, these ladies are great at what they do and so pleasant to hang out with. Thank you Sherene and Masha!

Sherene is a true artist and very well versed in what she did for me. My brows are AWESOME! I never even cared much about them and now that I have been educated by the best... Sherene.... Sherene is the best! I went to her for microblading. I was nervous about microblading because even though it is semi-permanent (it can last 1 to 3 years), it is my face. But Sherene answered all my questions, and during my session, she spent so much time with me. She is a true artist and perfectionist and making women look and feel beautiful really is her passion. An added bonus is how professional and incredibly kind she is. I know reviews really helped me decide on who to trust with my skin and helped me decide to actually go through with tattooing my eyebrows. I can honestly say my only regret was not doing microblading sooner. Every day I wake up and my brows are perfect and you would never know they were partly tattooed. I no longer have to fill them in. I love them! If you are on the fence about microblading: Do It!!!! And without a doubt go to Sherene!
