Everyone here is super friendly and here to help you with anything. They are here to answer any questions you may have and find the right solutions to your needs. Nick is my personal trainer and has been awesome at correcting my form and showing me proper technique. Kj is also pretty cool, if you deem him give him a fist bump!

This Eos is a pretty nice gym with some understanding staff members who helped me get into a healthy mindset with working out. Since I started around March-April 2021 time, I have lost a lot of weight and I am proud. However, since June, I have moved to Florida, and can no longer go to said gym, and the cancellation process for membership has been absolutely awful, and I havent been able to get in touch with a single worker. Would like this to be resolved as quickly as possible since I am paying for something that I cant even use.

Love the location and concept, but the equipment is in poor condition. Every day theres a piece of equipment in my routine broken. The sauna is broken at least half the time and now has a sign saying it will be broken foe another month. Asked the ops manager about repairs, or switching to another location.he was unconcerned and dismissive. Such a shame, so convenient and reasonably priced. To be fair, other employees are friendly, but referred me to this person to talk about my concerns.

This is an awesome gym! They have an incredible amount of classes (from yoga to Zumba to body pump, etc). They have a variety of rooms to work out in… free weight, machines, cycling. They even have a cinema where you can watch movies while you sweat on cardio machines. Staff is friendly & locker room is clean. Also, parking is not a problem.

After my first payment went through, some days later my wife and I both got an email saying there was a problem with my payment and I needed to contact the gym. I contacted the gym and the person who helped me saw the late fee but waived it because he saw that my previous payment was successful. This is the first month of our membership?!The manager sold us on a nutrition program that doesnt exist. I told them about a nutrition program and blood tests my wife was doing. The manager claimed they had the same type of program, that they can do blood tests to figure out a better diet, etc. It also came with a bit of personal training. Turns out, its not the same. Theres some guidelines and ideas but no actual testing involved. We were mislead and this is a bad start to a client/gym relationship.Also, if the manager tells us hes going to waive the first couple months of the membership fees because I signed up for these PT sessions, maybe he shouldve told us about the annual fee that was going to be taken out of our account 1 month in. That shouldve been completely disclosed to us. I was told the annual fee could not be refunded, after all this, I dont think thats right.All I want is my annual fees back in my account. That’s $120 of my life I need for bills. Had I known this was going to happen, we would’ve have never signed up. I already contacted the BBB. All the emails of area/district managers I found on Yelp have come back to me with ‘failure to send’.Update: 6/21/21I got through to area managers. I was told our memberships are canceled and they will refund our money. The BBB sent me a message from the gym saying our memberships were canceled but no mention of a refund. I rejected that and asked for my money. I can’t get a manager to call me back from the gym and ABC fitness (the payment company) said my refund was denied. I’m not done. This is BS.

I’ve tried a ton of different gyms (some fancier and more expensive than this EOS) and this one is my favorite. Super big, tons of equipment, lots of clips, they don’t play the music too loud so you can listen on your headphones, open 24 hours, etc. Tony is a great manager too! Super helpful. 10/10

I went in towards the end of May and I upgraded my blue membership to black. At that time the sales rep ensured me nothing would change on my account other than the price increase for the difference between the two memberships. He had asked for my signature and when asking what I was signing he had stated it was agreeing to the membership upgrade/increase. I knew my annual feel was due in June and had asked when this would be charged. I was told at that time it would be charged 6/27 for annual fee and my membership would be charged 6/26 as normal.My annual fee was charged 6/7/21 for $49.99. Membership was charged 6/27 as normal for $21.99. I was then charged another fee for $76.98 on 6/27. Which is incorrect pricing because I get a discount through my employer.When I called the Northsite location to see what was going on I was advised instead of my current membership being upgraded the sales rep created a whole new account with a random DOB and an emergency contact of someone I have never heard of. I cannot be certain but the only reason I can guess a new account was created is so the rep could get credit for signing a new account. I was told I would get a call back from the assistant GM which never happened. I called back to speak to the GM where I was told I would be getting a credit to my account and waving membership fees for the next few months to follow. I was told this had to be approved by higher up and I would be updated, that was on a Tuesday and I’m still waiting to hear back. I continue to get the run around with no follow up or timeframes. I’ve have contacted the GM, the District manger and now the VP. This is ridiculous and I will now be making a report to the BBB for fraudulent charges.

As I approached front desk the customer service rep not looking to greet me kept texting on his phone did not see if I checked in. Went to use the elliptical three of them are broken looks like they havent been serviced in a long time, machines in movie theater room old and dated. Im shocked this is a Scottsdale Gym, I use the ones in Surprise and Peoria which are head and shoulders above this location

Ive been repeatedly wrongly charged for illegitimate accounts over the past few months (initially $350 which overdrew my bank account), not refunded fully and then denied refunding for the remaining amount. Despite me addressing the issue early on, theyve continued to wrongly charge my account while telling me the problem is resolved or the requests are just processing. If I wasnt paying attention to my charges or proactively disputing the charges they would have basically stolen over $400 from me and then denied my refund requests. Ive been a member with them for years and this is how I get treated? Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I did enjoy working out there, but now I have absolutely no trust in how they treat their members.

I would have really enjoyed this gym if it was not for how unprofessional the staff is and how many times I needed to cancel my membership in person and over the phone, and it is still not taken care of since March.In person in March I walked up to the front desk and asked to cancel my membership because I was moving, they said they would take care of it and someone would call me the next day. Nothing. I walked in a second time before I moved, again, They will cancel it tomorrow for you when the manager is in. I received calls from the manager and he said it is all taken care of and they would refund me for the previous month because I was already told it was canceled. Then a month later I get charged twice for over $128. I am now back and fourth over email and they are still giving me a hard time even though I have moved. I would not go to this gym at all.

I love this location!! I have been a member at EoS for over three years now and it’s the best gym in the valley, especially for the price! Can’t beat it! The gym is somewhat busy during peak hours, but usually pretty calm and not overly crowded. The front desk staff are usually friendly, and the personal trainers answer any of my questions! Nick and Hannah are the best! Very knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions. Would recommend this location to others!

Very scammy and predatorial gym. When you see the marketing add showing off all the membership options, dont misinterpret the 1$ fee for the annual $50 fee. Yes you must click the box saying you understand this fee is there, but some people are misunderstanding it as the 1$ waived fee. Its an honest mistake that many people have been making according to one of the workers I spoke with. Two weeks in only and I cant recieve my annual fee back to leave the gym. Youd think this would be an understandable mistake, easily resolved to benefit both parties. Nope.Ive spoke to one lady on the phone who couldnt help and said come in and speak with someone. I came in the following day, and was able to explain my situation to a lady before she said that she had to leave me to help another client. Called again the same day, gave me the fake let me talk to my manager speech, following with nothing resolved again. Just a shame business is done this way and how youd want your company represented like this. Shouldve known my first day that the service here is poor, when I was standing at the front desk to ask a question, while two kids behind the desk looked at their phones for a grand total of 2 minutes before looking up to see me there.Bottom line, dont sign up online, cause you will misinterpret the contract like so many other folks! A sign that the marketing team is great here! Staff is polite and equipment is great! Just feel cheated.Bailey

Got a membership for really cheap because they had a promotion, definitely worth it but in order to get the promotion I had to get their blue membership, which is about 22$ a month. They do have a a Grey or black membership for about 10$ but that membership only allows you to work out at the specific location you signed up at. The thing is they also have an annual fee for about 73$ which you gotta pay after your first month on top of the 22$ so youre lookin at 95$ after the first month, but every other month is 22$ if you have the blue membership. Thats where they get you. So if this is not for you I would watch for that. The gym is nice mostly spacious at this location but the other locations I hear are bigger, which makes it difficult to get in due to Covid-19 (10% capacity) but they are trying the best they can. Its kinda crowded but not really depending on when you go. During the day it can be crowded even with 10% capacity, at night not so much and you have to reserve your time online at most 24-hours in advance. Its difficult to find a reservation but if you go online at a good time like during the early morning you can get the time slot you need. Im sure this will all change in due time when covid scares die down. Its mostly like any other 20-25$ gym Ive ever seen but I like it, I like the vibe they give off. Most of the staff is friendly and the rest are respectful and nice. This is however my first gym membership but Ive been to others as a guest and I think this one is a good fit for me especially since Im new to the gym.

This gym is in serious need of new equipment and honestly a renovation. Seems like almost every piece of equipment is either extremely old and/or worn down or broken. Masks and distancing are not enforced at all now that the mandate has been lifted (even though there’s still a pandemic going on), so that’s also not good.That being said, it still gets the job done. Has what you need to get a full workout in. Cardio cinema is great.

I had thought I had cancelled my subscription during the COVID shutdown however I was then notified that I had an outstanding balance of over $800 of past charges that have now gone to collections? Not even an explanation was provided to how it got to that amount in the first place and both the Gym and Financial company that EOS works with were unreliable in terms of communication.

DO NOT JOIN! There is a valid reason so many Better Business Bureau complaints! This establishment has no integrity or professionalism. On June 1st, I sat down with Antonio assistant mgr and joined & my son with their $1 special then came back to cancel several days later as I found a gym that was significantly closer and larger. I was told I would receive an email with a cancellation confirmation by front desk asian woman (not sure her name which I can only describe her as) I never received an email confirmation so I left a voice message on 6/9 for someone to call me back no one did. On 6/10 10:45am I called again, spoke to operation mgr Rebeca who said Antonio was busy and would look into it and make sure cancellation was submit and call me back. He never called me. I called back 6/10 at 4:24pm spoke to Josh who said Antonio was busy but would make sure I was not charged and escalate it to corporate and that I would receive an email and a call back from the manager Rodney. I never received a call back from Antonio or Rodney. 6/16 I received a text from ABC Fitness Solutions their 3rd party billing company saying I was past due and owed them money. I called ABC Fitness Solutions spoke to Jane who said my membership was never cancelled. AND, my membership was active and past due. 6/16 at 10:10am I called EOS fitness spoke to Rebecca operations mgr and asked for the EOS manager Rodney who was not available nor was Antonio the assistant manager. I explained again everything and she said Ill have Antonio give you a call when he is in at 11am. On 6/16 11:15am I called spoke to Rebecca again, no Antonio and Rodney are not in. She said I now have to pay $49.96 annual Fee PLUS $10 for past month PLUS $10 for next month! And she would submit my 30 day cancellation today and became very rude on the phone towards me. Of coarse I am upset but I was never rude towards her and wait, who is the customer here??? WHAT A SCAM!!! This is the very worst customer service I have ever experienced. You may get $69.98 out of me but I will surely share my experience on Facebook, Nextdoor and tell anyone and everyone so I spare some one this experience!!! No wonder you have so many Better Business Bureau complaints. Wish I read them First!

I am so saddened by what has happened here. Today I was informed that they have removed their mask mandate for both staff and guests. I’m actually beyond saddened, I’m sick. This country is at 20% fully vaccinated WELL BELOW what is required for heard immunity. Gyms are extremely dangerous places for airborne viruses. To top it off they have removed the tables in the front that allowed you to check in while socially distant. You now have to get within two feet of a staff member not wearing a mask to check in. I was so excited for my fitness journey here, and that has come to a grinding halt. This is disturbing and disgusting. I will be calling management tomorrow and canceling. THE PANDEMIC ISNT OVER JUST BECAUSE YOURE OVER IT.

So.. I signed my husband and myself up for the black membership and personal training.. This company didnt waste any time pulling money out of my account. They were even charging me for a personal trainer and I never once met anyone. I received a phone call once. The guy seemed like he didnt want to work with my husband and I. So we never dealt with anyone! BUT again money was being pulled from my account. So.. my question is?!?! Who was this money going to? When I finally emailed someone after getting the run-around over the phone. They cancelled the trainer and cancelled the back pay. But wouldnt give me a refund on anything else. I even had free personal training sessions because I helped sell several memberships to my employees. This company is garbage! They took advantage of me and my husband and refused to make it right.

They were welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Very comfortable place to workout no matter the skill level. The culture is both uplifting and positive. All the equipment and classes you need. I had a lot of problems with EOS Fitness recently. They charged my card for about $70.00 for a renewal on my membership that I thought was canceled. I broke my back in Jujitsu and had to cancel my personal training with EOS. I thought my membership was canceled as well, but it was not and i was not being billed because of COVID-19. I was infuriated when I got charged but Joe, the regional director of EOS Fitness, called me and let me know what the situation was and calmed me down. He gave me back my $70.00 and offered an apology for the way I was treated by their finance company. Since then, I have updated my review because of what Joe did for me. Thank you Joe, I love EOS fitness and it is a great deal for the monthly price. Their gyms are clean, friendly, fun, and their onsite staff/trainers are amazing.

As soon as you walk in, most gym front desk associates scan you in and say hello and tell you enjoy your work out. If you know anything about working out, your good to go. If you need something in particular, ask a gym team member and most will always try to help you. Very friendly staff! If you are here training for the USA Olympics, stop complaining and go else where. This place is pretty clean, nice free weights, and plenty of space off peak hours. If you go at 5:15 pm, dont complain about waiting for 3 minutes to use a weight station. This is NOT your personnel gym! That being said, Ive been going here for 6 years when it was Golds gym. Stop complaining, and start to work out and enjoy a healthy life.

For many people a gym isnt just a place to workout, have a sweat and leave but a place to call a home.Having a gym you can depend on when the times of a pandemic are hitting is a blessing.Being flexible with availability for members to come in at anytime of the day, cleaning and following all guidelines so that not only they can stay open but to keep us all safe.Eos has treated me well over the years and if you need a great gym to take care of you when times get tough, EoS is one of the few that can.

No one will return my calls or emails and I’ve been charged multiple times for a frozen account. Last week I was assured all was good, but today $127 was taken out of my account for personal training. I’ve called several times (and always told a message will be left and I will be called back) and emailed the area operations manager with no response whatsoever. This is THEFT. At this point, I will definitely be canceling my account instead of freezing it until October.

Desk personal/managers NEVER walk the floor to pick and/or reorganize weights. Equipment breaks down often and can take weeks to repair. Members here have little sense of a gym community they leave dumbbells and other equipment scattered all over the place. Main concern for EOS is selling gym memberships.

Great gym nice team. Good workout. Tell them Julius sent you they will give you special deal ;-). Honestly one of the best gyms in Scottsdale. Im from Vegas and I think I like this gym a lot better. I workout twice a day so having a 24hr facility is important. The team remembers you and greets you with smiling faces. I like the late night team the best. Great time to workout is after 10pm mornings are packed.

With gyms opening back up after covid, I was excited to see this locations was offering promotions to join. The person who signed me up callously misled me when I initially signed the contract to join and I was almost immediately charged a large administrative fee. I wouldn’t recommend becoming a member of this location, their customer service is poor and the staff is a very bland bunch who aren’t concerned with the needs of members.

I have had a range of experiences with this company. I made great friends with a manager here several staff and loved working out here for two years. It is an awesome facility and some really great people work here. That being said I had an Absolutely horrible customer service experience when i moved out of town and no longer needed a membership. It takes way too much effort to cancel your membership by having to go in person which is not necessary technologically speaking. I was finally able to cancel my membership and four months later two of my cards i used for my membership were charged 150$ and during my time i had problems with ghost charges luckily the manager Jeremy was great and always helped me but he got promoted to a different location and couldnt help me anymore. the membership is only 20$ but When you call to cancel they refer you to a separate company that takes care of billing and you just get the runaround. The only way i could resolve it is by having my cc company issue a charge back. All in all its a great place to work out just be prepared to deal with some problems.

Nice enough gym, just issues with billing. Cancelled my membership in Feb-March 2020 because I was involved in a serious car accident and unable to work out for some time. Did so over the phone with Patrick and he did not cancel. They are trying to extort $42 from me and telling me this will affect my credit. Really? Is this any way to run a business? The gym has not been open for MONTHS due to COVID. I just had surgery 2 weeks ago again and still cannot work out. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK NOW. If this hits my credit, I will dispute.

After COVID-19 the gym shut down. They didnt charge me when it all happened but when they were going to re-open, I didnt want to wear a mask when I worked out so I opted to cancel my membership. That was in June and they are still charging me in spite of me going to my bank and the BBB. I have emails from managers saying my account would be closed in July and that I would receive a refund. They didnt charge me for August so thought all was well (aside form not receiving my refund) so I contacted Chase and the BBB. They finally issued a refund but it wasnt a a complete refund. I disputed and they argued that they even waived a $25 late fee?!!! How is there a late fee when you are taking the money out of my account each month on the first! Explain that logic. How do I owe you a late fee when I canceled in June and have an email from Cole Coffeen saying my account would be closed and monies refunded within 2 weeks. You waived a late fee!!! Are you delusional? There was no late fee to be charged!!! I cant believe I am still dealing with this business over five months after they said they would cancel and refund. I would avoid this place, there are many other gyms that likely have better customer service or just go outside.UPDATEThanks to the BBB all charges have been reversed and I have received confirmation of cancellation.

I suggest waiting for the other gyms to open...OR maybe EOS should stop cashing in on everyones memberships and charge per appointment so that those working out get charged and those who arent able to find a sot available arent. We tried to cancel my husbands membership back in March when the pandemic began however I was told they had frozen all members accounts and couldnt cancel his membership. Upon reopening and being charged again I called to cancel for the 2nd time and I was directed to a third party company that cancelled my membership but told me I needed to give 30 days notice. REALLY...I called in March to cancel. So guess what I was charged another monthly fee and a $49 renewal fee for next years membership. If you call the 3rd party they tell you to call your gym. I did a record 17 times and spoke with MIKE who stated he was the manager. Time after time couldnt refund my money instead said he can only email corporate. I called again to see what the resolution was and Mike wouldnt come to the phone 4 times. Instead he had the person on the phone tell me he was in a meeting. I then tried to call corporate but guess what no phone number for corporate you can only email them. This gym could careless about you and the customer service is the worst. Instead of being thankful they are reopened they are taking advantage of members that are on auto pay and want to cancel.

Great Gym! Layout, new equipment, locker rooms, sauna, etc etc etc is top notch and perfect. All for an amazing rate per month too, love it and will be a member for as long as I am in AZ. Absolutely love this location! It’s not only big and spacious, but always clean as well. The staff is super friendly, easy to talk to and always helpful when needed! People who workout here are always friendly as well. An environment like this makes it so enjoyable to workout and I definitely am glad this is my new fitness home!

Nice gym, but bad business practices. I had an issue with freezing my account during COVID. Apparently only the first 2 months were frozen for free, then they started charging me $5/month without any communication or a heads up. Totally bad business practice and unethical. Thats not how you treat your local customers, charging them without telling them.Ive decided to cancel membership. Wont be returning to EOS anytime soon.

The gym is great but don’t pay for any extras like personal training. I signed up for two months of personal training until the trainer either quit or was fired. It’s been two months since then and I have only gotten the run around about getting me set up with another trainer or getting my money back. No one calls you back or gives you and consistent answers on what they plan to do. Like i said great gym but stay away from and extras

I love this place they have every piece of equipment you could ever want the staff is courteous there cleaning all over and wearing mask gloves walking around with bottles and rags cleaning up after every single person. Best gym in the valley!

I am sure I am just one of MANY being charged for a membership for use of a facility that is only available for certain people. I know many people who PAY but cant get an appointment.. seems like a breech of contract. HOW LONG WILL EOS CASH YOUR CHECK WITHOUT GAURENTEEING YOU A CHANCE TO USE THEIR GYM BEFORE A SMART ATTNY FIGURES OUT THAT IT SEEMS LIKE A SCAM. Any smart attnys out there??! I hope when other places open you all feel the harshness of choice...since you are choosing to charge without services rendered.

I’d like to start off by saying the child care is amazing! The women that work in there are so warm and friendly. The gym staff are all extremely welcoming and helpful as well. The gym itself is rather busy around the times I have gone. I also find it odd to see multiple people walking around without shoes on. I witnessed a man spit on the ground a few times. I know gyms aren’t exactly the most cleanliness of places, but I’d expect adults to be a little well mannered on this side of town.

Unbelievable just signed up at eos Fitness gym guys my second day I got yelled out because I did not have sign up in advance to workout which no one told me about it I spoke with the front counter sorry I didnt not know can I come back latter they were like no you cant we are done for today and I was like ok I am signing up for tomorrow for 1 oclock they were like you go to do it in 24 hours in advance pretty much you are not cane work out tomorrow eather which means you are not welcome hire at all I was like ok then I am cancelling my membership they were like go head talk to those guys I went and I cancelled they told so sorry that happened to you we will refund your money its your second day hire with us they never refund my money money back they overreacted me that is EOS fitness gym its a joke worst place I ever been.

Amazing Old school style gym. Heavy weights and a great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Happy to see they removed their mask policy as well as they are for freedom and health! If you dont like it then workout at home.

Darcy is the man. Go see him if you want a sales rep who genuinely seems to care about your best interests before putting numbers on the board. Hes friendly, easy going, and just a really good dude. The facilities are fantastic but lots of places have great facilities. The staff make this place the one you should choose.

TOTAL REDEMPTION! All was resolved!!??Joined 8/21 not knowing that sauna closed..no classes...cancelled via email on 913. Told I did it wrong. Huh? Finally got hold of ABC financial. Said they would cancel eff today 10/06 but would have to pay my annual fee, September and October dues because I just missed the 30 day notice time period because they will not go back to September or before. Impossible to reserve a decent workout time slot..that is a lot of frustration and money to cancel. Way to look out for COVID circumstances..had I known so many services were down I never would have joined. So far over 30 minutes on the phone with ABC to see if they can do something...

Please save your time and money and dont go to this gym! They provide horrible customer service. Classes are good but the management (Jeremy) make it not even worth it. Definitely dont trust anyone with your card info either. They will continue to charge your card when you have cancelled services. They also have a huge turn over rate with employees. No wonder! Make sure if you do cancel membership or classes you do so in writing and get a copy. They will say one thing to your face then do the opposite just to get the money! Please take your membership elsewhere where you will actually be respected as a paying customer.

Annoyed to consistently come into the gym, only to find the use of the basketball court is being used for staff training or a photo shoot I CANT understand why Im paying full price for half a service. (With zero mention during my walk through period, that the basketball court facility is also a staff training room.) I will be cancelling and I will not be referring on. Another money trap.
