Love seeing Larissa and have been going to this place for years, however, sitting naked in a room for a skin check way past your appointment time without any communication is completely unacceptable. Please respect our time. A little communication goes a long way.

Scheduled appointment was on time. Front office and receptionist area were welcoming and clean. Doctor and staff were friendly and professional. All actions were explained to me beforehand and my questions were listened to and answered.

Appointment was scheduled with Dr Kelly Pearson’s. The office is always on time with friendly staff. I was there for a routine skin check up. Got one mole removed and was in and out of the office in 30 min. Dr Pearson’s spent time answering all my questions and concerns. My wife also sees her for all things dermatology related. Office is a little tricky to find but after a visit or two you will remember.

Larissa there is great! However, the associates at the front desk are less than professional and welcoming. They are extremely immature and unprofessional. and behave as if you are disturbing them when they should be doing their job. This has happened to me on the phone and in their office. I’ve spoken with other patients who have also experienced this attitude and this also goes for a few of their medical assistance who never follow up with phone calls when you have asked questions regarding medication. Sounds to me like better training and cleaning house could be needed because patients should not be treated and spoken to in this manner by anyone!!

Great experience once again! They actually let me come back in on the same day because I forgot to show them an area of concern. They fit me in quickly and efficiently.

Excellent experience with a Mohs surgery by Dr. Ogrich and her support staff. She is professional, decisive, and highly experienced in this surgery. I was made to feel very comfortable with the level of care and follow-up instructions. I was out of the office in under 90 minutes.

These specialists did an awesome job creating a plan to treat an acne problem that was starting to get out of control and was really bothering me. Within 6 months I looked like a whole new person. I’m really appreciative of their help and dedication to the process as I went through it.

I have been going to Valley of the Sun dermatology for over 20 years.i originally chose this practice when my friend recommeded Dr Lora Platter. Dr Platter and Her PA Samantha were excellent. About five yrs ago, Samantha left to move out of state and Larissa Franchuk took her place.i began seeing Larissa and she is great. Unfortunately, Dr Plattner had to leave the practice three yrs ago. I was very sad and concerned as she is a great Dr. The transition seems to have gone well. I still see Larissa for my check ups and as always she is terrific.i have not seen the mds, but I see nothing but great reviews on all of them. So, although I really miss Dr Plattner, I still feel the practice is in good hands. Larissa is very thorough with skin checks, biopsies and minor surgeries. I would recommend the practice without hesitation.

Julie Bauer was the PA I saw about a “cold sore” my primary care physician had diagnosed on a virtual phone visit. Julie discovered that, after not subsiding after 12 days, the spot was actually not a cold sore but actinic keratosis, a precancerous lesion. She lightly burned it off using liquid nitrogen and the nurse made an appointment for me to come back in a few weeks to recheck it. My entire experience with Clear Dermatology was seamless, capable and professional. I recommend them!

This was another very good experience at Clear.My appoint was at 2. After several procedures, I was on my way home by 2:25. Amazing. The Dr. explained what needed to be done and took care to.be sure I was comfortable.My only difficulty with Clear has been with billing & payment. They dont have on-line systems and dealing by phone has been somewhat difficult.

Really amazing. First I had this bump on my arm and I got very concerned and I was able to make an appt with a doctor ASAP! Dr. Patel got me taken care of. Took a while to schedule it for removal (it was inflamed), but it’s gone now and I feel better. Also, I ended up joining their facial membership, because everyone looked great there lol! Exceptional care and service.

This dermatology office was punctual which I really appreciate. And the PA was thorough in her examination...also a plus and really important. I was however a bit taken back by their demand for my credit card to be placed on file...why??? And i never saw or met a Doctor, only the PA and a medical technician. Both pleasant and thorough...but assumed id at least meet the Doc but that didnt happen.
